According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a control method for a humidifier.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, for the humidifier described above, the control method includes:
s301, obtaining working liquid information in a working chamber of the humidifier; wherein the working fluid information comprises one or more of functional fluid concentration and functional fluid type; wherein, the functional liquid is concentrated liquid with set function.
S302, the set water injection amount of the water injection device, the set water discharge amount of the water discharge device and the third set liquid amount of the third flow control device are determined according to the working liquid information and the set liquid information.
When the working liquid information comprises a functional liquid type, correspondingly, the set liquid information comprises a set functional liquid type, if the functional liquid type in the working liquid is not consistent with the set functional liquid type and the functional liquid in the working liquid and the set functional liquid are not suitable for being mixed with each other, the water discharge amount is set to be larger than or equal to the total amount of the existing working liquid in the working chamber, for example, the water discharge amount is set to be the maximum capacity of the working chamber; setting the water injection amount to be less than or equal to the maximum capacity of the working chamber, for example, setting the water injection amount to be the maximum capacity of the working chamber; and determining a third set liquid amount according to the set water injection amount and the set functional liquid concentration. When the working fluid information includes the concentration of the functional liquid, the set liquid information includes the concentration of the set functional liquid correspondingly, and if the concentration of the functional liquid in the working fluid is not consistent with the concentration of the set functional liquid, for example, the user wants to reduce the taste of a certain indoor aroma or increase the taste of the aroma. The concentration of the functional liquid in the working liquid can be reduced by only injecting water with a set water injection amount into the working chamber; the functional liquid is injected into the working chamber according to the third set liquid amount, so that the concentration of the functional liquid in the working liquid can be increased/decreased, for example, when the concentration of the functional liquid is greater than that of the functional liquid in the working liquid after the functional liquid with the third set liquid amount is mixed with the water with the set water injection amount; when the concentration of the functional liquid is lower than that of the functional liquid in the working liquid after the functional liquid with the third set liquid amount is mixed with the water with the set water injection amount, the concentration of the functional liquid in the working liquid can be reduced. The set water discharge amount can be zero, and the concentration of the set functional liquid in the working liquid can be adjusted together with the set water injection amount and the third set liquid amount.
And S303, controlling the water injection device, the water discharge device and the third flow control device according to the set water injection amount, the set water discharge amount and the third set liquid amount.
When the third flow control device comprises a third control valve, the opening degree of the third control valve can be controlled according to a third set liquid amount; when the third flow means comprises a third water pump, the power of the third water pump may be controlled according to a third set liquid amount. As can be seen from the above explanation of S302, if one or more of the set water injection amount, the set water discharge amount, and the third set liquid amount is zero, it means that the corresponding device is not operated. Therefore, in S303, the control of the water injection device, the water discharge device, and the third flow rate control device includes not only the simultaneous adjustment of the set water injection amount of the water injection device, the set water discharge amount of the water discharge device, and the third set liquid amount of the third flow rate control device, but also the adjustment of one or more of the three devices.
When the working liquid information is inconsistent with the set liquid information, namely when the functional liquid needs to be changed, the working liquid information can be consistent with the set liquid information by adjusting the water injection amount of the water injection device, the water discharge amount of the water discharge device and the flow rate of the third flow control device, and the working liquid in the working chamber is adjusted without manual operation of a user, so that the working liquid is convenient for the user to use. When the functional liquid is the aromatherapy liquid, the user operation is not needed in the process of changing the aromatherapy type, and the use by the user is convenient.
When the humidifier includes the first water tank, if the first liquid level of the first water tank is lower than the first lower limit set liquid level, or the first water quality exceeds the first set water quality range, the set water injection amount is set to zero in S302, or the opening of the water injection device is always controlled to zero in S303. When the humidifier comprises the second water tank, if the second liquid level of the second water tank is higher than the second set upper limit liquid level, the set water discharge amount is set to be zero in S302, or the opening degree of the water discharge device is always controlled to be zero in S303, so that the normal working state of the humidifier can be ensured. Further, when the first liquid level of the first water tank is lower than a first set upper limit liquid level, or when the first water quality exceeds a first set water quality range, or when the second liquid level is higher than a second set upper limit liquid level, a corresponding alarm prompt is sent to a user through the prompt device. Wherein the alert reminder includes but is not limited to: storage water tank water yield is too little, storage water tank quality of water is too poor and waste water tank water yield is too much, reminding device includes but not limited to: the system comprises a light reminding device (reminding by light flashing), a sound reminding device (voice or buzzing and the like), and terminal equipment provided with corresponding application programs.
The first water quality exceeds a first set water quality range, which comprises dividing the water quality into two or more water quality grades, and the first set water quality range comprises one or more of the two or more water quality grades. And if the water quality grade of the first water quality does not belong to the water quality grade contained in the first set water quality range, determining that the first water quality exceeds the first water quality range. For example, water quality may be classified into 2, 3, 4, or 5 water quality classes. Correspondingly, the first water quality range may include one of 2 water quality classes, may include 1 or 2 of 3 water quality classes, may include 1 to 3 of 4 water quality classes, and may include 1 to 4 of 5 water quality classes.
As shown in fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, the working fluid information further includes a third fluid level; s302, according to the working fluid information and the setting fluid information, the set water injection quantity of the water injection device, the set water discharge quantity of the water discharge device and the third set fluid quantity of the third flow control device are determined, and the method comprises the following steps:
s401, determining the liquid volume change according to the third liquid level and the third set liquid level, wherein the liquid volume change comprises the set water injection amount and/or the set water discharge amount.
In S401, the third liquid level of the working fluid in the working chamber is adjusted, if only the third liquid level is adjusted, if the third liquid level is within the third liquid level range, the third liquid level is not adjusted, and if the third liquid level is outside the third liquid level range, the third liquid level is adjusted to a third set liquid level, where the third set liquid level is within the third liquid level range.
S402, determining a third set liquid amount according to the concentration of the functional liquid, the set liquid concentration and the liquid volume change amount.
The third set liquid amount can be accurately determined, so that the concentration of the functional liquid can accurately reach the set liquid concentration.
And when the third liquid level is zero, determining a set water injection amount according to a third set liquid level, and determining a third set liquid amount according to the functional liquid concentration, the set liquid concentration and the set water injection amount. In practical applications, since the set water injection amount is much larger than the third set liquid amount, in practical calculation, it can be considered that the total volume of the working liquid in the working chamber is unchanged after the functional liquid of the third set liquid amount is added, for example, the total volume/total mass of the pure functional liquid is determined by setting the water injection amount and the set liquid concentration, and then the third set liquid amount is determined according to the functional liquid concentration and the total volume/total mass of the pure functional liquid.
As shown in fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, when the concentration of the functional liquid in the working chamber is different from the set functional liquid concentration, S401 and S402 may be implemented as:
s501, determining the volume change of the liquid according to the third liquid level and a third set liquid level;
s502, determining the total volume/total mass of the first pure function liquid according to the volume of the residual working liquid and the concentration of the function liquid, wherein the volume of the residual working liquid is determined according to the third liquid level.
S503, determining the total volume/total mass of the second pure function liquid according to the third set liquid level and the set function liquid concentration;
s504, determining a third set liquid amount according to the liquid volume change, the total volume/total mass of the first pure function liquid and the total volume/total mass of the second pure function liquid.
In the working process of the humidifier, the working liquid in the humidifier is adjusted.
If the third set liquid amount is negative, that is, when the functional liquid concentration of the working liquid needs to be reduced but the functional liquid concentration is much higher than the set functional liquid concentration, and/or the liquid volume change amount is much smaller than the remaining working liquid volume, the liquid volume change amount includes the set water discharge amount and the set water injection amount. The working liquid with set water displacement is discharged into a second water tank (waste water tank), and then the clear water with set water injection amount and the functional liquid with third set liquid amount are injected, so that the concentration of the functional liquid of the working liquid can be reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the working fluid information further includes a third water quality of the working fluid, and S302 determines a set water injection amount of the water injection device, a set water discharge amount of the water discharge device, and a third set liquid amount of the third flow control device according to the working fluid information and the set liquid information, including:
s601, when the third water quality is out of the third water quality range, determining a set water discharge amount according to a third liquid level of the working liquid, and discharging the working liquid in the working chamber to the full extent;
s602, determining a set water injection amount according to a third set liquid level, wherein the set water injection amount is used for ensuring that the third liquid level is within a third set liquid level range;
and S603, determining a third set liquid amount according to the set functional liquid concentration and the set water injection amount.
If the third water quality is outside the third water quality range, the third water quality of the working liquid is poor, and the working liquid needs to be updated. And controlling the humidifier to be closed in the process of updating the working liquid.
When the third water quality is in the third water quality range, the humidifying power of the humidifier is controlled according to the actual indoor humidity and the set indoor humidity, wherein the actual indoor humidity can be acquired through the humidity detection device. And if the actual indoor humidity is less than the set indoor humidity, starting the humidifier, and if the actual indoor humidity is greater than the set indoor humidity, closing the humidifier.
