Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of ultralow-temperature top-mounted ball valves, in particular to a sealing ring special for a wedge-shaped sealing structure of an ultralow-temperature top-mounted ball valve.
Background
The ultra-low temperature ball valve is a special valve for an ultra-low temperature liquid cargo system on an LNG ship, and is difficult to disassemble and overhaul due to the fact that the valve is welded on a pipeline, so the top-mounted ultra-low temperature ball valve is generally used on the ship. The sealing surface of the top-mounted type ultralow-temperature ball valve is of a wedge-shaped structure, so that the sealing ring and the valve ball are reliably and physically fixed and cannot be loosened after being installed in place, a pressing force can be applied between the valve ball and the sealing surface to help sealing, and the top-mounted type ultralow-temperature ball valve is a structure which is most easy to overhaul and maintain for LNG ships, so that the top-mounted type ultralow-temperature ball valve is preferred in a ship environment generally. As shown in figure 1, the wedge-shaped sealing ring of the ultralow-temperature top-mounted ball valve is provided with R-shaped grooves, the upper side, the lower side, the left side and the right side of the sealing ring are all through grooves, and the shapes and the sizes of the R-shaped grooves are completely consistent. However, if the conventional annular sealing ring is fixed in the valve body, due to the downward pressing stress of the ball body, the upper and lower pressures borne by the sealing ring are uneven, which results in uneven specific sealing pressure of the sealing ring on the whole sealing ring, large specific sealing pressure at the lower side and small specific sealing pressure at the upper side, so that the lower side of the sealing ring is easy to seal and the upper side of the sealing ring is easy to leak, and the sealing surface with uneven specific sealing pressure is difficult to realize sealing requirements under the ultralow temperature working condition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an ultralow temperature ball valve sealing ring, which enables the original uneven sealing specific pressure to tend to be evenly distributed on the whole annular sealing ring, obtains even sealing specific pressure and strengthens the sealing capability of a valve.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an ultra-low temperature ball valve sealing ring, comprising:
the sealing ring body is of an annular structure;
the upper end opening groove is arranged at the top end of the outer side of the upper part of the sealing ring body, and the upper end opening groove is a non-penetrating R-shaped chute;
the two side grooves are respectively arranged at the top ends of the outer sides of the two sides of the sealing ring body, and the two side grooves are non-penetrating R-shaped straight grooves;
and the lower end opening groove is arranged at the top end of the outer side of the lower part of the sealing ring body and penetrates through the R-shaped straight groove.
The depth of the upper end slot is half of the thickness of the sealing ring body.
The inclined angle of the chute with the upper end being grooved is 6-10 degrees.
The penetration depth of the slots at the two sides is half of the thickness of the sealing ring body.
The invention also provides an ultra-low temperature ball valve, which comprises a sealing ring arranged between the valve body and the ball body, wherein the sealing ring comprises:
the sealing ring body is of an annular structure;
the upper end opening groove is arranged at the top end of the outer side of the upper part of the sealing ring body, and the upper end opening groove is a non-penetrating R-shaped chute;
the two side grooves are respectively arranged at the top ends of the outer sides of the two sides of the sealing ring body, and the two side grooves are non-penetrating R-shaped straight grooves;
and the lower end opening groove is arranged at the top end of the outer side of the lower part of the sealing ring body and penetrates through the R-shaped straight groove.
The depth of the upper end slot is half of the thickness of the sealing ring body.
The inclined angle of the chute with the upper end being grooved is 6-10 degrees.
The penetration depth of the slots at the two sides is half of the thickness of the sealing ring body.
The invention is specially used for the sealing ring under the ultralow temperature state (-163 ℃ to-196 ℃), so that the sealing ring can compensate shrinkage deformation, the ball body can be better contacted with the sealing ring, the ball body has different shrinkage capacities at the ultralow temperature, the uneven downward pressure stress of the wedge-shaped structure is offset, the sealing at the upper side of the ball body can be particularly compensated, and the surface contact tends to linear sealing, so that the sealing ring has even sealing specific pressure, the sealing effect is favorably realized, and the sealing ring is evenly sealed on the whole sealing ring.

The preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2 and 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the present invention provides an ultra-low temperature ball valve sealing ring, comprising:
the sealing ring comprises a sealing ring body 1 which is of an annular structure;
the upper end groove 101 is arranged at the top end of the outer side of the upper part of the sealing ring body 1, the upper end groove 101 is a non-penetrating R-shaped chute, the penetrating depth of the upper end groove is half of the thickness of the sealing ring body 1, and the inclination angle of the chute is 6-10 degrees;
the two side open grooves 102 are respectively arranged at the top ends of the outer sides of the two sides of the sealing ring body 1, the two side open grooves 102 are non-penetrating R-shaped straight grooves, and the penetrating depth of the two side open grooves is half of the thickness of the sealing ring body 1;
and a lower end slot 103 arranged at the top end of the lower outer side of the sealing ring body 1, wherein the lower end slot 103 is a straight slot penetrating through the R shape.
As shown in fig. 3, the sealing ring of the ultra-low temperature ball valve provided by the invention is arranged between a ball body 2 and a valve body 3 in the ultra-low temperature ball valve, a sealing ring body 1 is respectively contacted with the ball body 2 and the valve body 3, one side of the sealing ring body 1 which is not contacted with the ball body 2, namely, the outer side is provided with an upper end open groove 101, two side open grooves 102 and a lower end open groove 103, the lower side of the sealing ring is most easily pressed, the lower end open groove 103 is designed to penetrate through an R-shaped straight groove to provide the least supporting force and reduce the sealing specific pressure acting on the sealing ring, the upper side of the sealing ring is least easily pressed, the upper end open groove 101 is designed to be a non-penetrating R-shaped inclined groove to provide the maximum supporting force and increase the sealing specific pressure acting on the sealing ring, the left side and the right side of the sealing ring are in a medium pressing state, and the two side open grooves 102 are designed to be non-penetrating R-shaped straight grooves to provide the medium supporting force. Therefore, the upper part, the lower part, the left part and the right part are uniformly pressed, the original uneven sealing specific pressure tends to be uniformly distributed on the whole annular sealing ring, the uniform sealing specific pressure is obtained, and the sealing capability of the valve is enhanced.
The ultralow-temperature ball valve sealing ring is specially used at the ultralow temperature (from minus 163 ℃ to minus 196 ℃), so that the sealing ring can compensate shrinkage deformation, a ball body can be better contacted with the sealing ring, the sealing ring has different shrinkage capacities at the ultralow temperature, uneven pressing stress of a wedge-shaped structure is offset, the sealing at the upper side of the ball body can be especially compensated, and surface contact tends to linear sealing, so that uniform specific sealing pressure is arranged on the sealing ring, the sealing effect is favorably realized, and the sealing ring is uniformly sealed on the whole sealing ring.
