Lockholes are formed in two sides of the leakage-proof valve, a bearing is installed on one side of the leakage-proof valve, a connecting pipe is installed inside the bearing, a water inlet pipe is installed on one side of the connecting pipe, the water inlet pipe is preferred, and a rubber pipe sleeve is attached to the top of the rocker.
