The translation mechanism 41 comprises a chute frame 411, a sliding groove 412, a driving motor 413, a translation lead screw 414, a lead screw slider 415 and a moving plate 416, wherein the chute frame 411 is installed on the fixed plate 3, the sliding groove 412 is arranged at the upper end of the chute frame 411, the driving motor 413 is installed on the sliding groove 412, the translation lead screw 414 is installed on an output shaft of the driving motor 413, the translation lead screw 414 is installed on the chute frame 411, the lead screw slider 415 is arranged on the translation lead screw 414, and the moving plate 416 is installed at the upper end of the lead screw slider 415; during operation, the driving motor 413 drives the moving plate 416 to move through the screw rod sliding block 415, the moving plate 416 drives the glue injection mechanism 42 and the cleaning mechanism 43 to move back and forth, the translation mechanism 41 moves stably, the transmission effect is good, the operation is simple and convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.
The glue injection mechanism 42 comprises a glue injection barrel 421, a glue injection cylinder 422, a glue injection piston 423, a hose 424, a glue injection head 425 and a telescopic cylinder 426, the glue injection barrel 421 is installed on the outer side of the lower end of the fixed plate 3, the inner side of the glue injection barrel 421 is of an open structure, the inside of the glue injection barrel 421 is connected with the glue injection piston 423 in a sliding fit mode, the glue injection cylinder 422 is installed on the inner side of the lower end of the fixed plate 3, the top end of the glue injection cylinder 422 is connected with the glue injection piston 423 through a flange, the outer side of the glue injection barrel 421 is connected with the glue injection head 425 through the hose 424, the lower end of the glue injection head 425 is installed on the outer side of the movable plate 416 through a pin shaft, the middle of the glue injection head 425 is; during operation, injecting glue cylinder 422 drives injecting glue piston 423 and extrudes the sealed glue of injecting glue bucket 421 inside, and sealed glue is extruded from injecting glue head 425 through hose 424, and injecting glue mechanism 42 carries out automatic injecting glue to the gap between plastic-aluminum board and the keel frame, reduces manual operation, has improved work efficiency.
The cleaning mechanism 43 comprises a lifting cylinder 431, a transverse plate 432, an electric slider 433, a push plate 434, a mounting plate 435, a scraper blade 436, two roller frames 437, two rollers 438, a U-shaped frame 439, a wiping roller 4310 and a rotating motor 4311, wherein the lifting cylinder 431 is mounted at the upper end of a moving plate 416, the transverse plate 432 is connected to the top end of the lifting cylinder 431 through a flange, the electric slider 433 is mounted at the middle part of the upper end of the transverse plate 432, the mounting plate 435 is connected to the upper end of the electric slider 433 through the push plate 434, the two roller frames 437 are arranged at the right side of the upper end of the mounting plate 435, the two roller frames 437 are symmetrically mounted at the front side and the rear side of the mounting plate 435, the rollers 438 are mounted on the roller frames 437 through pin shafts, the scraper blade 436 is mounted between the roller frames 437, the U-shaped frame 439 is mounted at the left side of the, the rear end of the wiping roller 4310 is connected with the U-shaped frame 439 through a bearing; during operation, the lifting cylinder 431 drives the transverse plate 432 to move up and down, the electric slider 433 on the transverse plate 432 drives the mounting plate 435 to move left and right through the push plate 434, the scraper blade 436 scrapes off redundant sealant on the aluminum-plastic plate, and the rotating motor 4311 drives the wiping roller 4310 to rotate to clean the redundant sealant on the surface of the aluminum-plastic plate, so that the cleanliness of the surface of the aluminum-plastic plate is ensured.
The clamping device 5 comprises an installation frame 51, four L-shaped frames 52, four clamping electric sliding blocks 53, four sliding frames 54, four sliding plates 55, a lifting plate 56, a clamping cylinder 57 and a suction cup 58, wherein the installation frame 51 is installed in the middle of the upper end of the fixed plate 3, a rectangular groove is formed in the middle of the installation frame 51, the four clamping electric sliding blocks 53 are uniformly arranged at the upper end of the installation frame 51, the L-shaped frames 52 are installed at the upper ends of the clamping electric sliding blocks 53, the sliding frames 54 are installed on the side walls of the rectangular groove, the sliding frames 54 are connected with the sliding plates 55 in a sliding fit mode, the lifting plate 56 is connected among the four sliding plates 55, the clamping cylinder 57 is installed in the middle of the upper end of the fixed plate 3, the top ends of; during operation, the electronic slider 53 of centre gripping drives L type frame 52 and presss from both sides tightly the plastic-aluminum panel, and sucking disc 58 inhales the plastic-aluminum panel tightly under the drive of external high-pressure air pump, and centre gripping cylinder 57 drives lifter plate 56 and lays the plastic-aluminum panel on keel frame, and the staff of being convenient for installs the plastic-aluminum panel.
The section radius of the inner wall of the glue injection barrel 421 is the same as that of the glue injection piston 423.
The moving plate 416 is of an inverted U-shaped structure, the moving plate 416 is connected with the sliding groove frame 411 in a sliding fit mode, the moving plate 416 can play a limiting role, and the moving plate 416 is prevented from shaking in the moving process.
The height of the scraper blade 436 is lower than the height of the upper end of the roller 438; when the aluminum-plastic panel is cleaned, the scraper blade 436 is prevented from being in direct contact with the aluminum-plastic panel, and the aluminum-plastic panel is prevented from being damaged.
The surface of the roller 438 is coated with an oily material, so that the roller 438 is not adhered to the sealant.
