Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical schemes and beneficial effects to be solved more clear, the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4 together, a single-sided pedicle screw is now described. A unilaterally clampable pedicle screw comprising:
a main body 10; and
two side plates 20 are arranged at the top of the main body 10 and are used for being connected with fixing screws, grooves 21 are formed in the outer side faces of the side plates 20, and the distance between the two end faces of the side plates 20 gradually increases in the direction from inside to outside.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can clamp pedicle screws on one side, and the outer side surface of the side plate 20 is provided with the groove 21, so that a clamping tool can be hooked into the groove 21 through the fixed hook 70 to limit the side plate 20 in the clamping groove 80; in the direction from inside to outside, the interval of the two end surfaces of the side plate 20 gradually becomes larger, so that the clamping groove 80 of the clamping tool does not need to be provided with an inner side wall, the side plate 20 is limited in the clamping groove 80 through the two end surfaces of the side plate 20, and the inner side wall of the clamping groove 80 is prevented from entering the mounting groove 30 to influence the mounting of the fixing screw. The clamping tool can clamp the pedicle screw on one side through one side plate 20, shielding to the top of the pedicle screw is reduced, and subsequent operation is facilitated.
Specifically, the spacing between the two end surfaces of the side plate 20 becomes gradually larger in the inside-out direction, so that the spacing L1 between the inner side edges of the opposite end surfaces of the side plate 20 is smaller than the spacing L2 between the outer side edges. The lower end face of the clamping tool is provided with a clamping groove 80, the lower end of the clamping groove 80 is opened, the front side of the clamping groove 80 is opened, and the width of the opening at the front side of the clamping groove 80 is smaller than that of the rear side of the clamping groove 80. The single side plate 20 can slide into the clamping groove 80 from below upwards. The front side of the clamping groove 80 is open, so that the front side wall of the clamping groove 80 is prevented from entering the mounting groove between the two side plates 20 of the root screw, and the mounting of the fixing screw is prevented from being influenced. The width of the front opening of the holding groove 80 is smaller than the width of the rear side of the holding groove 80 so that the one-sided plate 20 does not come out of the front opening of the holding groove 80.
The rear side of the lower end of the clamping tool is provided with a containing groove communicated with the rear side of the clamping groove 80, the lower end of the clamping tool is connected with a fixing hook 70 through a spring plate, the fixing hook 70 is arranged in the containing groove, and the hook part of the fixing hook 70 penetrates into the clamping groove 80 from the containing groove, so that the fixing hook 70 can enter the clamping groove 80 from the rear side in a free state, and the fixing hook 70 can be driven to be hooked into a fixing hole of the rear side of the single-side plate 20 in the clamping groove 80 through the spring plate in use.
More specifically, the body 10 is a threaded rod for threaded engagement with the patient's spine such that pedicle screws are secured to the spine. Two side plates 20 are fixed at both sides of the top end of the main body 10, the two side plates 20 are disposed opposite to each other and are provided with screw grooves at respective inner sides so that fixing screws can be screwed between the two side plates 20 through screw connections. The outer side of the side plate 20 is provided with a circular recess 21. The cross section of the side plate 20 is arc-shaped, and the distance L1 between the inner sides of the two end surfaces at the two ends of the arc-shaped shaft is smaller than the distance L2 between the outer sides.
Referring to fig. 2, as an embodiment of the single-sided pedicle screw, the end surface of the side plate 20 is a plane and the angle between the side plate and the depth axis of the groove 21 is β, which is an acute angle.
Specifically, after the fixing hook 70 is hooked into the groove 21, a pushing force is generated on the side plate 20 along the depth axis of the groove 21, and the included angle between the end surface of the side plate 20 and the depth axis of the groove 21 is β and β is an acute angle, so that the end surface of the side plate 20 abuts against the side wall of the clamping groove 80.
Referring to fig. 2, as a specific embodiment of the single-sided pedicle screw, two end surfaces of the side plate 20 are respectively plane and form an included angle α, and the included angle α is an acute angle.
Specifically, the distance L1 between the inner sides of the two end surfaces of the side plate 20 is smaller than the distance L2 between the outer sides, so that the structure is simple and the processing is convenient.
Referring to fig. 2, as a specific embodiment of the unilaterally-clampable pedicle screw provided by the invention, the relationship between the included angle α and the included angle β is β=α/2.
Specifically, the two end surfaces of the side plate 20 are symmetrical about the depth axis of the groove 21, and the stress is more reasonable.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 together, as a specific embodiment of the unilaterally clamping pedicle screw provided by the invention, a mounting groove 30 for accommodating a fixing screw is formed between the top surface of the main body 10 and the two side plates 20, and a plurality of single-ring grooves 40 which are axially arranged along the mounting groove 30 and are used for being in threaded fit with the fixing screw are formed on the inner side surfaces of the side plates 20; a retaining protrusion 50 is provided on the inner wall of the single turn groove 40 at a predetermined depth of the installation groove 30.
In use, the spinal fixation rod 60 is inserted into the mounting groove 30, and then the set screw is screwed into the mounting groove 30 until the screw thread at the lower end of the set screw enters the single-turn groove 40 at the predetermined depth of the mounting groove 30, at which time the lower end of the set screw just presses and fixes the spinal fixation rod 60 in the mounting groove 30, and the retaining protrusion 50 on the inner wall of the single-turn groove 40 clamps the screw thread of the set screw with the other inner walls of the single-turn groove 40, thereby preventing the screw thread connection of the set screw and the side plate 20 from loosening. The doctor only needs to screw the fixing screw to realize the locking of the fixing screw and the pedicle screw, does not need other instruments, does not need additional operation, is simple to operate, and cannot increase the operation difficulty.
Specifically, when the fixing screw is screwed into the mounting groove 30 but the lower end of the fixing screw is not abutted against the spinal fixing rod 60, the screw thread on the outer periphery of the fixing screw is in normal screw fit with the single-ring groove 40 on the inner wall of the side plate 20, so that the fixing screw can be smoothly screwed, and when the lower end of the fixing screw is tightly pressed against the spinal fixing rod 60, the screw thread on the fixing screw is clamped by the retaining protrusion 50, so that reverse resistance is provided for the fixing screw, and loosening is prevented. The two side plates 20 and the top of the main body 10 are integrally formed in a U shape, and a mounting groove 30 is formed in the middle. When the fixing screw is screwed into the mounting groove 30 and compresses the spinal fixing rod 60, the position in the mounting groove 30 corresponding to the lower end of the fixing screw is the predetermined depth of the mounting groove 30, so that the screw thread on the fixing screw enters the single-turn groove 40 provided with the retaining protrusion 50 while the lower end of the fixing screw compresses the spinal fixing rod 60, and the retaining protrusion 50 clamps the screw thread on the fixing screw. The inner wall of the single turn groove 40 includes an upper side wall of the single turn groove 40, a lower side wall of the single turn groove 40, and a groove bottom of the single turn groove 40. The upper side wall of the single-turn groove 40, the lower side wall of the single-turn groove 40 and the groove bottom of the single-turn groove 40 can be provided with the retaining protrusions 50, or the retaining protrusions 50 can be arranged on one or two of the three.
More specifically, the single-turn grooves 40 on the two side plates 20 are disposed axisymmetrically with respect to the axis of the mounting groove 30. The periphery of the fixing screw is coaxially provided with two threads, the ends of the two threads are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixing screw, and the fixing screw can be installed in the installation groove 30 to avoid dislocation when the fixing screw is installed in the installation groove 30.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 together, as an embodiment of the unilaterally clampable pedicle screw of the invention, the thickness of the retaining protrusion 50 increases gradually in the direction of the single turn of the groove 40.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, as an embodiment of the unilaterally clampable pedicle screw of the present invention, a retaining protrusion 50 is provided on the upper and/or lower side walls of the single-turn groove 40.
Specifically, the screwing direction refers to the movement direction of the screw thread of the outer circumference of the set screw in the single turn groove 40 when the set screw is screwed into the mounting groove 30, that is, the arrow in fig. 3 and 4 is directed to the screwing direction of the single turn groove 40. The areas of the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the single-circle groove 40 of the thread groove are larger, larger retaining protrusions 50 can be arranged, the contact area between the retaining protrusions 50 and the threads of the fixing screws is increased, friction is increased, the depth of the single-circle groove 40 can be increased if necessary, the areas of the upper side wall and the lower side wall are larger, and larger retaining protrusions 50 are arranged. Because the top of the fixing screw thread is pointed, the bearing capacity is smaller, the areas of the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the fixing screw thread are larger, the bearing capacity is relatively better, and the retaining protrusion 50 is arranged on the upper side wall of the single-circle groove 40, so that the retaining protrusion 50 can be abutted with the upper side surface of the fixing screw thread; the retaining protrusion 50 is arranged on the lower side wall of the single-ring groove 40, so that the retaining protrusion 50 can be abutted with the lower side surface of the screw thread of the fixing screw, the stress structure is more reasonable, and the damage to the screw thread on the inner wall of the mounting groove 30 is avoided.
In addition, the retaining protrusion 50 is disposed on the upper sidewall of the single-turn groove 40, so that the top surface of the retaining protrusion 50 can be abutted against the upper side surface of the screw thread of the fixing screw, and the upper sidewall of the single-turn groove 40 pushes the fixing screw into the mounting groove 30 through the retaining protrusion 50, so as to increase the pressing force of the bottom end of the fixing screw to the spinal fixing rod 60.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, as a specific embodiment of the unilaterally clamping pedicle screw provided by the invention, the top surface of the retaining protrusion 50 is a plane, and the side wall surface of the single-ring groove 40 provided with the retaining protrusion 50 is disposed at an included angle γ with the top surface of the retaining protrusion 50.
Specifically, 30 DEG gamma > 0 DEG, or 20 DEG gamma > 0 DEG, or 15 DEG gamma > 0 DEG, or 10 DEG gamma > 0 DEG. The rotation resistance of the fixing screw is gradually increased, and a doctor can sense that the fixing screw rotates in place through the change of the rotation resistance of the fixing screw. So that the retaining projection 50 does not directly block the rotation of the set screw, and when the retaining projection 50 abuts against the threads on the inner wall of the mounting groove 30, the set screw can also rotate to a certain extent to adjust the pressure of the set screw on the spinal fixation rod 60 and the pressure between the retaining projection 50 and the threads on the set screw.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 together, as an embodiment of the unilaterally clampable pedicle screw of the present invention, the retaining protrusion 50 has a lower hardness than the inner wall of the thread groove. Specifically, after the retaining protrusion 50 abuts against the thread of the fixing screw, the retaining protrusion 50 is prevented from crushing the inner wall of the single-turn groove 40, so that the single-turn groove 40 is deformed and damaged. In this case, the retaining protrusion 50 may be disposed on the lower sidewall of the single-turn groove 40, and when the spinal rod 60 is twisted, the spinal rod 60 may press the fixing screw upward, and the fixing screw transmits pressure to the harder upper sidewall of the single-turn groove 40, so as to avoid the pressing deformation of the retaining protrusion 50 by the fixing screw, and reduce the clamping force of the retaining protrusion 50 on the screw thread of the fixing screw.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, as a specific embodiment of the single-sided pedicle screw, the main body 10 includes a threaded rod and a top plate vertically disposed on top of the threaded rod, and two side plates 20 are respectively disposed on opposite ends of the top plate.
In particular, the threaded rod is used for threaded connection with the spine of a patient such that the pedicle screw is fixed with the spine. The threaded rod is vertically arranged, and the top plate is horizontally fixed at the top of the threaded rod. The upper end of the threaded rod is aligned with the middle position of the top plate, and the two side plates 20 are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the two ends of the top plate.
The groove widths of the plurality of single-turn grooves 40 decrease one by one in the top-to-bottom direction of the main body 10; and/or the groove width of each single turn groove 40 gradually decreases in the respective precession direction.
Specifically, the groove width of the single turn groove 40 refers to the spacing between the upper and lower sidewalls of the single turn groove 40. The groove widths of the plurality of single-turn grooves 40 are gradually reduced in the direction from the top to the bottom of the main body 10, that is, the groove width of the single-turn groove 40 located below is smaller than the groove width of the single-turn groove 40 located above in the direction from the top to the bottom of the main body 10, so that the threads of the outer circumference of the fixing screw enter the thread grooves formed by the communication of the single-turn grooves 40 from the top to the bottom, and the upper side wall and the lower side wall of the single-turn groove 40 close to the below can gradually clamp the threads of the outer circumference of the fixing screw. More specifically, the groove width of each single-turn groove 40 is gradually reduced in the respective screwing-in direction, facilitating the entry of the threads of the outer periphery of the set screw into the respective single-turn groove 40. More specifically, in use, the upper side wall of each single-turn groove 40 is fitted to the upper side surface of the set screw thread, a gap is formed between the lower side wall and the lower side surface of the set screw thread, the retaining projection 50 is provided on the lower side wall of the single-turn groove 40, and the top surface of the retaining projection 50 abuts against the lower side surface of the set screw thread.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
