With the water level in the water storage tank 12 rising continuously, the floating block 57 will gradually move upwards to drive the marker post 56 to move upwards, when the cross line at the lowest side of the marker post 56 is exposed, the user can close the water valve switch 22, open the valve 14, the water in the water storage tank 12 can be discharged through the water leakage pipe 13, so the user can determine the amount of water sprayed for the potted plant, and when no water flows out from the water leakage pipe 13, the user closes the valve 14.
