Abstract

微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂,以该防水剂组合物总量计含如下重量百分比的物料:CaO/SiO2/Al2O3复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%,沸石粉15~50%和活性二氧化硅粉20~50%。将本防水剂掺入水泥砂浆,可提高水泥砂浆构件及砼构筑物的抗水、防渗水性能。

Description

微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂
本发明属于水泥砂浆及混凝土的添加剂,特别是防水型添加剂。
防水材料按其属性与形态可分为柔性防水材料、刚性防水材料和瓦片防水材料。
柔性防水材料其基料为有机或有机/无机混合材料,该材料具有较好弹性或塑性变形性能,但其主要问题是易老化,使用寿命短,一般十年左右都逐渐失效,且其使用有局限性,在建筑外墙、内墙、地下室背水面、水池、地面抗渗等场合均无法适用。
刚性防水材料由无机材料制成,主要有防水混凝土(砼),防水砂浆以及提高刚性防水材料抗渗能力的抗渗剂、刮涂剂等。该材料近几年才发展起来,尽管已有不少品种,有的也在一些重大工程中应用,但存在的问题与不足十分突出。首先因其质硬而脆,适应变形能力差,容易开裂导致渗漏水,特别在外墙上,使用不当极易造大面积龟裂,从而失去防水效果;其次是,目前已有的刚性防水材料其抗渗能力大多都在P6~P10左右,对多层地下室、地铁、遂道等有高抗渗要求的工程无法满足:第三是现有刚性防水材料现场施工适应能力差,工艺繁杂,一般工人极难操作,且价格昂贵,无法大面积推广使用。
本发明的目的在于解决水泥砂浆和砼构件渗水问题,提供一种高效水泥砂浆防水剂,掺有这种防水剂的水泥砂浆及砼构件具有高的抗水性能。
本发明微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂其技术解决方案的特殊之处是以该防水剂组合物总重量计含如下重量百分比的物料:CaO/SiO2/Al2O3复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%及余量的沸石粉。
本防水剂还可以含活性二氧化硅粉20~50%,其组成可以是:含所述的复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%,沸石粉15~50%,活性二氧化硅粉20~50%。
所述的沸石为斜发沸石或丝光沸石,其分子通式为:
(Na,K)x(Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba)y[Alx+2ySin-(x+2y)O2n]·mH2O
式中:x-碱金属离子个数
      y-碱土金属离子个数
      n-硅、铝原子个数之和
      m-水分子个数
所述的萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐其结构式为:(n:6~14或7~13)
本微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂是一种无机粉状材料,它含多种高活性化合物,掺于水泥,在水泥水化过程中,能形成有自粘性和粘结性的高强微晶体,并能将多余水分吸收,封闭砂浆或砼构件内的细微裂缝和毛细通道,将水泥石和骨料牢固地结合在一起,并成为砂浆和砼的一部分,在自然养护过程中,它会徐徐释放所吸收的水分子,使其继续起水化作用,形成高密度的水化石,从而减少毛细孔体积,增大水泥石的胶孔比,使砂浆和砼的强度和抗渗性、抗裂性得到进一步加强。试验表明,掺有本防水剂的水泥砂浆试块,其抗渗标号P>24,远高于现行刚性防水材料抗渗性能。例如:1、采用标准砂,525#普通硅酸盐水泥,掺入本发明的一种防水剂10%(以水泥重量为基准),水灰比(水比水泥)为0.6,灰砂比(水泥比砂)为1∶2.5,试块采取自流灌浆入模成型,湿养护7天后自然干燥,抗渗加压试验,在水压2.9MPa,维持60分钟,不透水,实试7天抗渗标号P>28。2、采用标准砂,525#普通硅酸盐水泥,掺入本发明的一种防水剂10%,水灰比为0.55,灰砂比为1∶3,试块采取自流灌浆入模成型,湿养护7天后自然干燥,抗渗加压试验,在水压2.5MPa,维持60分钟,不透水,实试7天抗渗标号P>24。3、采用标准砂,525#普通硅酸盐水泥,掺入本发明的一种防水剂10%,水灰比为0.50,灰砂比为1∶2.5,试块采取自流灌浆入模成型,湿养护28天后自然干燥,抗渗加压试验,在水压3.2MPa,维持60分钟,不透水,实试28天抗渗标号P>31。

Claims (4)

1、微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂,其特征是以该防水剂组合物总量计含如下重量百分比的物料:高性能混凝土矿渣复合掺合料20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%及余量的沸石粉。
2、如权利要求1所述的微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂,其特征是含活性二氧化硅粉20~50%。
3、如权利要求2所述的微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂,其特征是含所述的复合矿粉20~60%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐5~10%,沸石粉15~50%,活性二氧化硅粉20~50%。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的微硅高效水泥砂浆防水剂,其特征是所述的沸石为斜发沸石或丝光沸石,其分子通式为:
(Na,K)x(Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba)y[Alx+2ySin-(x+2y)O2n]·mH2O
式中:x-碱金属离子个数
      y-碱土金属离子个数
      n-硅、铝原子个数之和
      m-水分子个数
所述的萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐其结构式为:(n:6~14或7~13)
