The invention provides a cold air access device, which is used for being arranged on an air inlet of a ventilator, wherein the cold air access device comprises: the mounting base is arranged on the air inlet of the ventilator; the connecting rod comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the connecting rod is connected with the mounting base, and the second end of the connecting rod is connected with a cold air pipeline interface; the cold air pipeline interface is used for accessing cold air and supplying the cold air to an air inlet of the ventilator.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a cold air access device, in particular to a cold air access device for spreading and airing fermented grains in the field of brewing.
Background
In the field of brewing industry, the temperature of fermented grains needs to be controlled within a certain range, and the too high or too low temperature can influence the activity of saccharomycetes, thereby influencing the yield of brewing. In the prior art, the fermented grains with high temperature are generally cooled by air of a spreading and airing machine, so that the air inlet temperature of a ventilator in the spreading and airing machine can directly influence the spreading and airing effect. Because the air inlet temperature of the ventilator depends on the room temperature, the too high room temperature is unfavorable for spreading and airing of fermented grains.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a cold air access device which can effectively adjust the air inlet temperature of a ventilator and improve the cooling effect of the ventilator.
The invention is realized in the following way:
a cold air access device for mounting on an air inlet of a ventilator, comprising: the mounting base is arranged on the air inlet of the ventilator; the connecting rod comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the connecting rod is connected with the mounting base, and the second end of the connecting rod is connected with a cold air pipeline interface; the cold air pipeline interface is used for accessing cold air and supplying the cold air to an air inlet of the ventilator.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: by setting the cold air pipeline interface as a cold air inlet, the air inlet temperature of the air inlet machine can be reduced; the connecting rod is arranged between the cold air pipeline interface and the air inlet of the ventilator, and can enclose a rectangular opening to serve as a second normal-temperature air inlet for supplementing air quantity for the ventilator; the hollowed-out area of the connecting plate can also be used as a first normal-temperature air inlet; the air inlet quantity and the air inlet temperature can be adjusted by comprehensively controlling the inlet of normal-temperature air and cold air.

Referring to fig. 1-3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cool air access apparatus, including: a mounting base 100, a connection bar 200, and a cool air duct interface 300. One end of the connecting rod 200 is connected with the mounting base 100, and the other end of the connecting rod 200 is connected with the cold air duct interface 300.
The mounting base 100 serves as a fixed connection. The mounting base 100 is fixedly connected with an air inlet of a ventilator (not shown in the figure) through bolt jacking. The cool air inlet device is fixed to the air inlet of the ventilator through the mounting base 100. Specifically, the mounting base 100 is provided with a clamping groove, so that the clamping groove can be mounted at the edge of the air inlet of the ventilator.
The connection rod 200 is connected to the mounting base 100 and fixed to the mounting base 100. The connection rod 200 is screwed with the mounting base 100. Specifically, the connection rod 200 includes four connection single rods, which are disposed in parallel and at intervals, and each of which is individually connected with the mounting base 100. Further, the connecting rod 200 is perpendicular to the plane of the mounting base 100, and the projection points of the four connecting single rods on the plane of the mounting base 100 can be connected into a rectangle.
The cold air duct interface 300 is connected with the connecting rod 200 through a nut lock. The cool air duct interface 300 includes a first port and a second port. A connecting plate is arranged on the first port and is used for connecting and fixing the connecting rod 200. The connecting plate comprises a hollowed-out area and a non-hollowed-out area. The connecting rod 200 is fixed in the non-hollowed-out area. The second port is connected to a refrigeration device and serves as a cool air inlet.
During operation, cold air enters from the second port of the cold air duct interface 300, passes through the cold air duct interface 300, the connecting rod 200 and the mounting base 100 and enters into the air inlet of the ventilator, so that the purpose of reducing the air inlet temperature of the ventilator is achieved. Meanwhile, in the space between the cold air duct interface 300 and the mounting base 100, a rectangular opening may be formed by every two adjacent connection single rods, and the plurality of rectangular openings formed by the connection rod 200 may be used as the second normal temperature air inlet 2, and the hollowed-out area on the connection plate of the cold air duct interface 300 may be used as the first normal temperature air inlet 1. Therefore, when the cold air volume can not reach the air volume of the ventilator, insufficient air volume can be supplemented through the first normal-temperature air inlet 1 and the second normal-temperature air inlet 2, so that the influence on the air volume of the ventilator is avoided.

1. A cold air access device for mounting on an air intake of a ventilator, comprising:
the mounting base is arranged on the air inlet of the ventilator;
the connecting rod comprises a first end and a second end, the first end of the connecting rod is connected with the mounting base, and the second end of the connecting rod is connected with a cold air pipeline interface;
the cold air pipeline interface is used for accessing cold air and supplying the cold air to an air inlet of the ventilator;
the cold air pipeline interface comprises a first port and a second port, a connecting plate is arranged on the first port, the connecting plate comprises a hollowed-out area and a non-hollowed-out area, the second end of the connecting rod is fixed in the non-hollowed-out area of the connecting plate, the second port is used as a cold air inlet to be connected with cold air, and the hollowed-out area of the connecting plate is used as a first normal-temperature air inlet to supplement air quantity for an air inlet of the ventilator;
the connecting rod comprises four connecting single rods, the four connecting single rods are parallel and are arranged at intervals, each connecting single rod is connected with the mounting base independently, the four connecting single rods are arranged between the cold air pipeline interface and the mounting base, each two adjacent connecting single rods form a rectangular opening in the middle space of the cold air pipeline interface and the mounting base, and the rectangular opening is used as a second normal-temperature air inlet and is used for supplementing air quantity for an air inlet of the ventilator.
2. The cool air access apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mounting base includes a clamping groove for mounting the mounting base at an edge of an air inlet of the ventilator, and wherein the mounting base is fixedly connected to the air inlet of the ventilator by a bolt.
3. The cold air access device according to claim 1, wherein a first end of the connecting rod is connected to the mounting base by a screw thread, and a second end of the connecting rod is connected to the cold air duct interface by a nut lock.
4. The cool air access apparatus of claim 1, wherein the connecting rod is perpendicular to a plane in which the mounting base is located.
