Abstract
石墨烯切削液及其制备方法,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:聚醚12‑25%;硼酸酯10‑18%;胺类化合物2‑8%;抗氧化剂1‑8%;油酸1‑8%;多元酸防锈剂5‑15%;沉降剂0.2‑2%;石墨烯稀释液1‑8%;水余量。与现有技术相比,采用聚醚复合石墨烯作为润滑剂,同时,添加酯类添加剂作为辅助,具有优异的润滑性能;采用多元酸防锈剂,其是一款环保型水性防锈剂,避免了传统亚硝酸钠防锈剂对人体的伤害;沉降剂可以有效解决加工过程中,金属或加工材料的悬浮不沉降问题,净化了切削液,提升了加工液抗磨性能;具有很高的性价比,环保,水处理简单,不直接污染环境,还具有很好的润滑性能,可以直接替代油性切削油,节约石油资源;制备方法简单,成本低,适合大规模推广应用。

本发明涉及切削液技术领域,尤其涉及石墨烯切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的水溶性切削液中,润滑剂采用氯化石蜡,硫化剂以磷化剂为主,防锈剂以亚硝酸钠为主,对操作人员有很大伤害,水处理也很繁琐,处理成本高,且选用的沉降剂,在金属加工过程中,金属或加工材料悬浮不沉降,切削液不够纯净,使得加工液抗磨性能差。
因此,急需提供石墨烯切削液及其制备方法,以解决现有技术的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提供石墨烯切削液配方,具有很高的性价比,环保,水处理简单,不直接污染环境,还具有很好的润滑性能,可以直接替代油性切削油,节约石油资源。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述石墨烯切削液的制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。

步骤3、最后加入抗氧化剂,继续搅拌10min;检测是否混合均匀,若检测合格,即可装桶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的石墨烯切削液具有以下有益效果:
1、本配方采用聚醚复合石墨烯作为润滑剂,同时,添加酯类添加剂作为辅助,具有优异的润滑性能;
2、采用多元酸防锈剂,其是一款环保型水性防锈剂,避免了传统亚硝酸钠防锈剂对人体的伤害;
3、沉降剂可以有效解决加工过程中,金属或加工材料的悬浮不沉降问题,净化了切削液,提升了加工液抗磨性能;
4、本配方具有很高的性价比,环保,水处理简单,不直接污染环境,还具有很好的润滑性能,可以直接替代油性切削油,节约石油资源;
5、制备方法简单,成本低,适合大规模推广应用。

实施例5所述的石墨烯切削液采用GB-T3142-1982润滑油承载能力测定法(四球法)测定金属切削液的最大无卡咬负荷值PBB为102kg,烧结负荷值PD为173kg。
通过比较可知,实施例5的石墨烯切削液为本发明的最佳实施例。
本发明的石墨烯切削液具有优良的清洗性能和沉降性能,采用了石墨烯溶液作为润滑剂,润滑性能优异,其润滑性能、抗腐蚀性能和清洗性能能够长期匹配,能有效减少精神在加工过程中的刀具磨损,并且对机床有非常好的防锈保护作用;工作液无异味,对皮肤无毒害、无刺激,能有效保障操作人员的健康和安全;同时工作液不会酸败变质,可以循环添加使用,无废液排放,不会污染环境。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的石墨烯切削液,其特征在于:所述胺类化合物选自单异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、多异丙醇胺、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、丙烯酰胺或者二环己胺中任意一种或者几种的组合。
6.根据权利要的求1-3任一项所述的石墨烯切削液,其特征在于:所述多元酸防锈剂选自二元酸防锈剂、三元酸防锈剂、或者二元酸防锈剂、三元酸防锈剂与单元酸防锈剂或者植酸防锈剂的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的石墨烯切削液,其特征在于:所述沉降剂选自聚丙烯酸酰胺、聚胺、丙烯酸钠中的任意一种或者几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要的求1-3任一项所述的石墨烯切削液,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯中的一种或两种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的石墨烯切削液,其特征在于:所述石墨烯稀释液为石墨烯水稀释液,质量浓度比为3-8%。
10.根据权利要的求1所述的石墨烯切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、先后将石墨烯稀释液、油酸、胺类化合物、多元酸防锈剂、硼酸酯、聚醚按比例加入到水中,温度在50-60℃,转速在2500转/h下,搅拌10-15min;
步骤2、缓慢加入沉降剂到上述原料中,搅拌3-5min,直到混合均匀;
步骤3、最后加入抗氧化剂,继续搅拌10min;检测是否混合均匀,若检测合格,即可装桶。
