本发明公开了一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料及其制备方法,用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料包含异氰酸酯和组合料,所述异氰酸酯和组合料的质量比为1:1.75,所述组合料包含的组分及各组分的质量份数如下:聚酯3350:40~50份;聚醚4110:20~30份;玻璃纤维:100~200份;硅油:2.8~4.2份;三乙胺醇:8~10份;催化剂A33:1.5~2.2份;催化剂HP‑53:1.5~2份;水:3.5~4.2份;阻燃剂:30~35份。采用上述材料和方法后,使得制备的用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料耐高温、阻燃性能高、高强度且环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着客车行业的发展及人们需求的增长,用于客车的材料需具备耐高温、高阻燃、高强度、轻量化、高度环保的特性,传统的客车的材料特性通常不能达到较理想的效果,难以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料,它耐高温、阻燃性能高、高强度且环保。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料,它包含异氰酸酯和组合料,所述异氰酸酯和组合料的质量比为1:1.75,所述组合料包含的组分及各组分的质量份数如下:
聚酯3350:40~50份;
聚醚4110:20~30份;
玻璃纤维:100~200份;
硅油:2.8~4.2份;
三乙胺醇:8~10份;
催化剂A33:1.5~2.2份;
催化剂HP-53:1.5~2份;
水:3.5~4.2份;
阻燃剂:30~35份。
进一步,所述硅油为硅油AK-8801。
进一步,所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂DMMP。
本发明还提供了一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料的制备方法,方法中包含以下制备步骤:
(1)制备组合料:将组合料的各组分按质量份数加入反应釜中进行混合反应,反应温度为50~60℃,搅拌速度300~340r/min,搅拌时间4~5h,即可得组合料;
(2)制备发泡材料:将异氰酸酯和组合料按照1:1.75的质量比混合,并在温度为60~70℃的条件下反应,即可制得用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料。
采用以上技术方案后,由于配方组分搭配合理并且制备方法得当,使得制备的发泡材料阻燃性能高、强度高,满足人们的需求,也延长了客车的使用寿命,另外,由于发泡材料的使用原料均为环保原料,因而不会释放出对人体有毒有害的物质。

实施例一:
一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料,它包含异氰酸酯和组合料,所述异氰酸酯和组合料的质量比为1:1.75,所述组合料包含的组分及各组分的质量份数如下:
聚酯3350:40份;
聚醚4110:20份;
玻璃纤维:100份;
硅油:2.8份;
三乙胺醇:8份;
催化剂A33:1.5份;
催化剂HP-53:1.5份;
水:3.5份;
阻燃剂:30份。
所述硅油为硅油AK-8801。
所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂DMMP。

聚酯3350:45份;
聚醚4110:25份;
玻璃纤维:150份;
硅油:3.5份;
三乙胺醇:9份;
催化剂A33:1.85份;
催化剂HP-53:1.75份;
水:3.85份;
阻燃剂:32.5份。
所述硅油为硅油AK-8801。
所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂DMMP。
一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料的制备方法,方法中包含以下制备步骤:
(1)制备组合料:将组合料的各组分按质量份数加入反应釜中进行混合反应,反应温度为55℃,搅拌速度320r/min,搅拌时间4.5h,即可得组合料;
(2)制备发泡材料:将异氰酸酯和组合料按照1:1.75的质量比混合,并在温度为65℃的条件下反应,即可制得用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料。
实施例三:
一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料,它包含异氰酸酯和组合料,所述异氰酸酯和组合料的质量比为1:1.75,所述组合料包含的组分及各组分的质量份数如下:
聚酯3350:50份;
聚醚4110:30份;
玻璃纤维:200份;
硅油:4.2份;
三乙胺醇:10份;
催化剂A33:2.2份;
催化剂HP-53:2份;
水:4.2份;
阻燃剂:35份。
所述硅油为硅油AK-8801。
所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂DMMP。
一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料的制备方法,方法中包含以下制备步骤:
(1)制备组合料:将组合料的各组分按质量份数加入反应釜中进行混合反应,反应温度为60℃,搅拌速度340r/min,搅拌时间5h,即可得组合料;
(2)制备发泡材料:将异氰酸酯和组合料按照1:1.75的质量比混合,并在温度为70℃的条件下反应,即可制得用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料。
以下为本发明一种用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料的阻燃性能测试结果:
检验标准要求:阻燃材料的燃烧速度应不大于100mm/min,若出现下列情况则分别按要求标识试验结果,检验结果分为A、B、C、D、E 5个等级:
A:(0mm/min):试样暴露在火焰中15S,熄灭火源试样仍未燃烧,或试样能燃烧,但火焰达到第一测量标线之前熄灭,无燃烧距离可计。
B:从试验计时开始,火焰在60s内自行熄灭,且燃烧距离不大于50mm,则认为满足标准要求。
C:燃烧速度实测值(mm/min)
从试验计时开始,火焰在两个测量标线之间熄灭,且不满足第2条情况时,则按标准计算燃烧速度。
D:燃烧速度实测值(mm/min)
从试验计时开始,火焰燃烧到达第二标线,或从计时开始,试样长时间缓慢燃烧,则可以在试验计时20min时终止试验,并记录燃烧时间及燃烧距离且按标准计算燃烧速度。
E:试样在火焰引燃15s内已经燃烧并到达第一标线,则认为试样不能满足燃烧速度的要求。
检验结果:A-B(0mm/min),采用本实施例制备的用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料符合阻燃性能要求。
本发明的工作原理如下:
由于配方组分搭配合理并且制备方法得当,使得制备的发泡材料阻燃性能高、强度高,满足人们的需求,也延长了客车的使用寿命,另外,由于发泡材料的使用原料均为环保原料,因而不会释放出对人体有毒有害的物质。

玻璃纤维:100~200份;
硅油:2.8~4.2份;
三乙胺醇:8~10份;
催化剂A33:1.5~2.2份;
催化剂HP-53:1.5~2份;
水:3.5~4.2份;
阻燃剂:30~35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于:所述硅油为硅油AK-8801。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂DMMP。
4.一种如权利要求1~3任一项所述的用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:方法中包含以下制备步骤:
(1)制备组合料:将组合料的各组分按质量份数加入反应釜中进行混合反应,反应温度为50~60℃,搅拌速度300~340r/min,搅拌时间4~5h,即可得组合料;
(2)制备发泡材料:将异氰酸酯和组合料按照1:1.75的质量比混合,并在温度为60~70℃的条件下反应,即可制得用于客车的环保阻燃聚氨酯发泡材料。
