Technical Field

Background
The existing side-loading garbage truck comprises a box body and a dumping device. The dumping device is arranged on the side surface of the box body. The dumping device comprises a barrel hanging device. The barrel hanging device comprises a left grabbing arm, a right grabbing arm, a fixing frame and a grabbing arm oil cylinder. One end of the left grabbing arm and one end of the right grabbing arm are hinged with the left side and the right side in the fixing frame respectively, the grabbing arm oil cylinder is arranged in the fixing frame, and the grabbing arm oil cylinder is hinged with the left grabbing arm and the right grabbing arm. Detailed Description
In fig. 1-5, the invention discloses a barrel hanging device, which comprises a left grabbing arm 8, a right grabbing arm 1, a fixed frame 7 and a grabbing arm oil cylinder 6. One end of the left grabbing arm 8 and one end of the right grabbing arm 1 are hinged with the left side and the right side in the fixed frame 7 respectively. The grabbing arm oil cylinder 6 is arranged inside the fixed frame 7. The grabbing arm oil cylinder 6 is hinged with the left grabbing arm 8 and the right grabbing arm 1. The barrel hanging device further comprises a barrel hanging plate assembly, and the barrel hanging plate assembly comprises a left barrel hanging plate assembly and a right barrel hanging plate assembly. The left hanging barrel plate assembly and the right hanging barrel plate assembly are symmetrical in structure. The left hanging barrel plate assembly and the right hanging barrel plate assembly are respectively arranged on the left grabbing arm 8 and the right grabbing arm 1. Taking the right barrel hanging plate assembly as an example, the right barrel hanging plate assembly comprises a right barrel hanging plate 2, a right bracket 4, a right swing block 12 and a right swing shaft 11. The right swing block 12 is provided with a shaft hole matching with the right swing shaft 11. The right bracket 4 and the right grabbing arm 1 form a connection capable of rotating around the vertical direction. As shown in fig. 5, the middle of one side of the right hanging barrel plate 2 is hinged with the upper end of one side of the right bracket 4. The right swing block 12 is rotatably connected with the lower end of the right bracket 4. One end of the right swing shaft 11 is hinged with the lower part of one side surface of the right hanging barrel plate 2. The other end of the right swing shaft 11 is inserted into a shaft hole provided in the right swing block 12. Because the left hanging barrel plate assembly and the right hanging barrel plate assembly are symmetrical in structure, the left hanging barrel plate assembly comprises a left hanging barrel plate 10, a left support 9, a left swinging block and a left swinging shaft. The right support 4 and the right grabbing arm 1 form a connection rotating around the vertical direction through a pin shaft 3. The middle part of one side surface of the right hanging barrel plate 2 is hinged with the upper end of one side of the right bracket 4 through a transverse pin shaft 14. The sensor is arranged on the fixing frame 7, senses the position of the garbage can, and controls the grabbing arm oil cylinder 6 through the control device, so that the left grabbing arm 1 and the right grabbing arm 8 clamp two side faces of the garbage can.
In order to further improve the reliability that the garbage can does not fall down in the lifting process, the upper ends of the right barrel hanging plate 2 and the left barrel hanging plate 10 are respectively provided with a hanging tooth 13.
In order to further improve the clamping effect, rubber plates are respectively arranged on the other side surface of the right hanging barrel plate 2 and the other side surface of the left hanging barrel plate 10.
In order to limit the rotation angle of the right hanging barrel plate 2 around the right bracket 4 and the left hanging barrel plate 10 around the left bracket 9, limit adjusting nuts are respectively arranged on the other end of the right swinging shaft and the other end of the left swinging shaft.
In order to protect the garbage can, a backing plate 5 is arranged on the fixing frame 7.
For simplifying the structure, the right bracket 4 and the right grabbing arm 1 form an angle of rotation around the vertical direction which is not more than 30 degrees; the angle of rotation of the left bracket 9 and the left grabbing arm 8 around the vertical direction is not more than 30 degrees.
In order to simplify the structure, the angle of rotation of the right hanging barrel plate 2 around the right bracket 4 is not more than 30 degrees; the left hanging barrel plate 10 rotates around the left bracket 9 by an angle not larger than 30 degrees.
In the above barrel hanging device, since the left barrel hanging plate assembly and the right barrel hanging plate assembly can rotate around the left grabbing arm 8 and the right grabbing arm 1 respectively, and the left barrel hanging plate 10 and the right barrel hanging plate 2 can rotate around the left support 9 and the right support 4 respectively, that is, the left barrel hanging plate assembly and the right barrel hanging plate can swing in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, when the left grabbing arm 8 and the right grabbing arm 1 clamp two side surfaces of the garbage can, the left barrel hanging plate 10 and the right barrel hanging plate 2 can be tightly attached to two side surfaces of the garbage can, so that clamping forces applied to two side surfaces of the garbage can are balanced, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the clamping forces of the left grabbing arm 8 and the right grabbing arm 1 to the two side surfaces of the garbage can are unbalanced in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction in the prior art, not only improving the clamping effect on the garbage can, but also improving the service life of the garbage can.

6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the right bracket and the right gripper arm form an angle of rotation about a vertical direction of no more than 30 degrees; the left support and the left grabbing arm form an angle of rotation around the vertical direction which is not more than 30 degrees.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the right barrel hanging plate rotates around the right bracket by an angle not greater than 30 degrees; the left barrel hanging plate rotates around the left support by an angle not larger than 30 degrees.
