Please refer to fig. 1-4. In one embodiment of the invention, the frame comprises a frame body and a main support bracket 2. The frame body has a connection plate 11. The main stay 2 has a connection cylinder 21. The main support bracket 2 rotates relative to the frame body through the fixing bolt 9 and the bushing 8. The fixing bolt 9 can be locked to the connection plate 11. The bushing 8 is sleeved outside the fixing bolt 9. And the fixing bolt 9 presses the bushing 8 against the connection plate 11. The connecting tube 21 can be sleeved outside the bushing 8. Elastic sealing rings 10 are sleeved at two ends of the bushing 8. During installation, the two elastic sealing rings 10 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the bushing 8, lubricating oil is coated outside the bushing 8, the fixing bolt 9 is penetrated into the bushing 8, the connecting cylinder 21 is sleeved outside the bushing 8, the fixing bolt 9 penetrates through the bolt hole on the connecting plate 11, and a nut is screwed on the other side of the connecting plate 11 until the fixing bolt 9 presses the bushing 8 on the connecting plate 11.
Further, a counter bore or stepped bore is provided inside the bushing 8, which is adapted to the fixing bolt 9, to accommodate the nut and the screw of the fixing bolt 9. The nuts of the fixing bolts 9 are pressed against the stepped walls of the countersinks, by means of which the entire bushing 8 is pressed against the connecting plate 11. By this arrangement, the fixing bolt 9 can be prevented from being exposed, and interference with other members can be prevented.
Further, the material of the bush 8 is selected to be metal so as to prevent deformation. Further, the material of the bush 8 may be defined as a lightweight aluminum alloy. The elastic sealing ring 10 may be defined as a rubber sealing ring. The rubber seal ring can generate a good damping force to the connecting tube 21.
In order to prevent the connecting cylinder 21 from rubbing against the flange 81 of the bushing 8 during rotation, in one embodiment of the invention, a friction pad 20 is placed over the bushing 8, the friction pad 20 being placed adjacent to the flange 81. The friction pad 20 is located between the flange 81 and the connecting cylinder 21, thereby preventing the connecting cylinder 21 from contacting the flange 81. This increases the service life of the bushing 8. Further, the friction pad 20 may preferably be made of steel.
In a specific embodiment of the invention, the frame body is connected with the main support bracket 2 through a return spring 3. Namely, one end of the return spring 3 is connected with the frame body, and the other end is connected with the main support bracket 2. In order to ensure that the two have sufficient elastic force, the two return springs 3 may be defined to constitute a double return spring 3. The return spring 3 is connected with the frame body as follows: a slideway plate 12 is arranged on the frame body, and the slideway plate 12 is provided with an arc slideway. One end of the return spring 3 is connected with a connecting frame 4, and the connecting frame 4 comprises two opposite connecting side plates, and the two connecting side plates are positioned on two sides of the slideway plate 12. The locking bolt is arranged in the arc-shaped slideway in a penetrating way. Two ends of the locking bolt are respectively in threaded connection with the two connecting side plates. When the main support bracket 2 is supported or sprung, the lock bolt slides along the slide way. The return spring 3 is connected with the main support bracket 2 as follows: the main support bracket 2 is provided with an installation seat, and the other end of the return spring 3 is connected with the installation seat.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the sleeve assembly 7 is sleeved over the lock bolt. The sliding sleeve set 7 includes an inner sliding sleeve 71 and an outer sliding sleeve 72. The inner slide sleeve 71 is sleeved outside the locking bolt. The outer slide 72 is fitted over the inner slide 71, and the outer slide 72 can rotate around the inner slide 71. The outer sliding sleeve 72 is arranged in the sliding way in a penetrating way. The outer slide sleeve 72 can roll along the slide way during the bouncing or propping up of the main prop stand 2. Therefore, abrasion between the locking bolt and the slideway is avoided, and breakage of the locking bolt is effectively avoided. In addition, rolling friction is adopted between the outer sliding sleeve 72 and the sliding way, so that friction force is small, and smoothness of movement of the locking bolt is improved. Further, the length of the inner sliding sleeve 71 is defined to be longer than the length of the outer sliding sleeve 72. In this way, the locking of the lock bolt is facilitated, and after the lock nut touches the end face of the inner sleeve 71, the lock bolt is proved to be locked in place.
