the positioning and clamping device comprises a support, a position sensor and a locking piece, wherein the support is connected to the rack in a sliding manner through the locking piece, the position sensor is connected with the locking piece in a control manner, and the position sensor can detect the distance between the position sensor and the propelling device;
the positioning and clamping device further comprises a clamp which can sleeve the bamboo wood, and the clamp is fixedly connected to the support;
when the actual distance value between the pushing block and the position sensor is equal to the default distance value, the position sensor controls the locking piece to be loosened, and the positioning and clamping device can move forwards along the track of the rack and the bamboo wood;
the positioning and clamping device further comprises a bolt, a supporting block and a spring, wherein the clamping hoop is divided into an upper clamping hoop and a lower clamping hoop, the upper clamping hoop and the lower clamping hoop are respectively and slidably connected with the bolt, the lower clamping hoop is fixedly connected with the support, the spring is sleeved on the bolt and is positioned between the upper clamping hoop and the lower clamping hoop, and the bolt is fixedly connected with the supporting block;
the positioning and clamping device further comprises a second hydraulic oil cylinder, one end of the second hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the lower clamp, and the other end of the second hydraulic oil cylinder is fixedly connected with the supporting block;
the positioning and clamping device further comprises a plurality of pressure sensors and a pressure controller, the pressure sensors are fixedly connected to the inner surfaces of the upper clamping hoop and the lower clamping hoop, the pressure sensors can detect clamping pressure of the upper clamping hoop and the lower clamping hoop on bamboo materials, the pressure controller is connected with the pressure sensors, and the pressure controller is connected with the second hydraulic oil cylinder in a control mode;
the fiber opening device comprises a conical die, wherein the conical die comprises a connecting part and a conical part, and the conical part is fixedly connected with the head end of the frame through the connecting part.

s31, detecting and recording actual distance values between the position sensors and the propulsion device; when the actual distance value between the pushing device and the position sensor is equal to the default distance value, the locking piece is released, and the positioning and clamping device can move forwards along the track of the rack and the bamboo material.
