The invention discloses a manual and electric opening and closing operating mechanism for a circuit breaker, which comprises a motor device, a control circuit board, a screw rod assembly, a transmission plate and a circuit breaker handle, wherein the control circuit board is electrically connected with the motor device; the control circuit board is electrically connected with three switches, the three switches are arranged at intervals along the axis direction of the screw rod, the three switches are a closing position switch, a separating brake position switch and an initial position switch respectively, the initial position switch is arranged between the closing position switch and the separating brake position switch, and a triggering part suitable for triggering all the switches is fixed on the transmission plate/the moving block. The manual and electric opening and closing operating mechanism is reasonable in structural design and has a good use effect.

In the technical scheme, the motor device further comprises a mounting frame, and the motor device and the screw rod assembly are mounted on the mounting frame; and the mounting frame is also provided with a guide structure for providing guide for the movement of the moving block.

In this embodiment, the motor device 1 includes a driving motor 11 and a reduction gear set 12, an input gear 13 of the reduction gear set 12 is fixed on a motor shaft of the driving motor 11, and an output gear 14 of the reduction gear set 12 is fixed at an end portion of the screw 4, so that an output rotation speed of the driving motor 11 is adjusted to a proper rotation speed by the reduction gear set 12 and then is output to the screw 4.
Further, the motor device further comprises a mounting frame 10, the structure of the mounting frame 10 is shown in fig. 5, and the motor device 1 and the screw rod assembly are mounted on the mounting frame 10; the installation frame 10 is further provided with a guide structure for providing guide for the movement of the moving block 5, the two ends of the screw rod 4 are respectively connected with two side wall plates of the installation frame 10 through bearings, gears forming the reduction gear set are respectively rotatably installed on one side wall plate of the installation frame 10 through installation shafts, the driving motor 11 is fixed on the side wall plate of the installation frame 10 through screws, and the structure is adopted.
As a further improvement of the above embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the guide structure is a guide rod 101 disposed on the mounting frame 10 and disposed in the same direction as the screw rod 4, the moving block 5 is provided with a groove 51 matched with the guide rod 101, and the guide rod 101 is matched with the groove 51, so that the moving block 5 can only move along the axial direction of the screw rod 4 and cannot rotate circumferentially under the guiding action of the guide rod 101 when the screw rod 4 rotates.
The three switches adopted in the embodiment can be existing switches such as a micro switch and a photoelectric switch, and the driving motor adopts a miniature direct current motor, so that the motor is high in efficiency and small in size and is convenient to install.

the control circuit board is electrically connected with three switches, the three switches are arranged at intervals along the axis direction of the screw rod (4), the three switches are a closing position switch (6), a separating brake position switch (7) and an initial position switch (8), the initial position switch (8) is arranged between the closing position switch (6) and the separating brake position switch (7), a trigger component (9) suitable for triggering each switch is fixed on the transmission board (2)/the moving block (5), when the trigger component (9) is positioned at the position for triggering the initial position switch (8), a gap is reserved between the hole wall of the handle perforation (21) and the breaker handle (3) for the manual switching of the breaker handle (3) between the closing position and the separating brake position so as to realize manual switching on and off; when the electric switch-on or switch-off is performed, the motor device (1) is controlled to rotate and drive the screw rod (4) to rotate along a first direction, and then the transmission plate (2) and the trigger component (9) are driven to move synchronously along the axial direction of the screw rod (4), when the trigger component (9) moves to trigger the switch-on position switch (6) or the switch-off position switch (7), the transmission plate (2) pushes the breaker handle (3) to a switch-on position or switch-off position, after the switch-on position switch (6) or the switch-off position switch (7) is triggered, the motor device (1) is controlled to drive the screw rod (4) to rotate along a second direction opposite to the first direction, so that the transmission plate (2) and the trigger component (9) are driven to move reversely, and the motor device (1) is controlled to stop rotating until the trigger component (9) triggers the initial position switch (8);
