a receiving unit 501 configured to receive an information processing request from a first device;
an extracting unit 502 configured to extract a keyword corresponding to the information processing request as a first keyword; wherein, the grade of the first keyword is a first grade;
a determining unit 503, configured to determine, as a first user, a user that matches the first ranking and the first keyword;
a sending unit 504, configured to send the information processing request to a second device; the information processing request is used for indicating the first user to process the information processing request, and the second device carries the identity of the first user.
By means of the method and the device for recommending the information processing requests matched with the grades of the first users, the problem that the recommendation of the first users is too simple and the working efficiency of the first users is affected can be effectively avoided, so that the working efficiency of the users is improved, and unnecessary working tasks are avoided. Or, by recommending the information processing request matched with the grade of the first user to the first user, the problem that the recommendation for the first user is too complicated can be avoided, and the workload of the first user is increased, so that the corresponding problem is recommended for the first user more accurately, and the working efficiency of the first user is improved.
In a possible implementation manner, the sending unit 504 is further configured to send a data transfer request to the first device;
the receiving unit 501 is further configured to receive data requested by the data transfer request;
as shown in fig. 6, the above apparatus further includes:
a transferring unit 505, configured to transfer the data requested by the data transfer request to the account of the first user after confirming that the processing is completed.
In a possible implementation manner, the receiving unit 501 is further configured to receive evaluation information, where the evaluation information is used to evaluate accuracy of a processing result of the information processing request;
as shown in fig. 6, the above apparatus further includes:
an updating unit 506, configured to update the rank of the first keyword according to the evaluation information and the number of the first users; wherein, the higher the accuracy of the processing result of the information processing request is, the higher the grade of the first keyword is; the smaller the number of the first users, the higher the rank of the first keyword.
In a possible implementation manner, the receiving unit 501 is further configured to receive reference information from the second device, where the reference information is used to indicate a capability of the first user to process the information processing request;
as shown in fig. 6, the above apparatus further includes:
a setting unit 507, configured to set an initial level of the first user according to the reference information.
Specifically, the reference information includes at least one of qualification information of the first user, proficiency field information of the first user, and work experience information of the first user.
It should be noted that the implementation of each unit may also correspond to the corresponding description of the method embodiments shown in fig. 3 and 4.
It is understood that the server provided by the embodiment of the present application can be used for executing the specific implementation manner of the information processing device. The processing unit 302 described in fig. 2 can be used to execute the specific implementation manners described in the extracting unit 502, the determining unit 503, the transferring unit 505, and the updating unit 506. The transceiving unit 301 depicted in fig. 2 may be used to implement the specific implementation depicted in the receiving unit 501 and the transmitting unit 504.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or part of the processes in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a computer program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the above method embodiments. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as ROM or RAM, magnetic or optical disks, etc.

Claims (7)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
receiving reference information from a second device, the reference information being used for indicating the capacity of the first user for processing the information processing request; setting an initial grade of the first user according to the reference information; the reference information is related to the setting of an initial level of a first user, and if the first user is determined to have higher capability of processing the information processing request according to the reference information, the initial level is higher; if the first user is determined to have lower capability of processing the information processing request according to the reference information, the initial level is lower;
receiving an information processing request from first equipment, and extracting a keyword corresponding to the information processing request as a first keyword; the grade of the first keyword is a first grade; the first keywords are keywords related to automobile repair, and the grade of common keywords is lower than that of uncommon keywords; the information processing request is a problem related to automobile repair; the information processing request carries information processing types, the information processing types are distinguished according to different elements of an automobile, or are distinguished according to the production year of the automobile, or are distinguished according to the brand series of the automobile, and the information processing types are used for word segmentation processing and semantic understanding;
determining a user matched with the first grade and the first keyword as a first user;
sending the information processing request to a second device; the information processing request is used for indicating the first user to process the information processing request, and the second device carries the identity of the first user;
receiving evaluation information for evaluating accuracy of a processing result of the information processing request;
updating the grade of the first keyword according to the evaluation information and the number of the first users; if the accuracy of the first user answer for evaluating the evaluation information is high, reducing the grade of the first keyword; the smaller the number of the first users, the higher the ranking of the first keyword.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the information processing request from the first device, the method further comprises:
sending a data transfer request to the first device, and receiving data requested by the data transfer request;
after confirming that the data processing request is processed, transferring the data requested by the data transfer request to the account of the first user.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the reference information includes at least one of qualification information of the first user, proficiency field information of the first user, and work experience information of the first user.
4. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
a receiving unit configured to receive reference information from the second device, the reference information indicating a capability size of the first user to process the information processing request;
a setting unit configured to set an initial level of the first user according to the reference information; the reference information is related to the setting of an initial level of a first user, and if the first user is determined to have higher capability of processing the information processing request according to the reference information, the initial level is higher; if the first user is determined to have lower capability of processing the information processing request according to the reference information, the initial level is lower;
a receiving unit configured to receive an information processing request from a first device;
an extraction unit configured to extract a keyword corresponding to the information processing request as a first keyword; the grade of the first keyword is a first grade; the first keywords are keywords related to automobile repair, and the grade of common keywords is lower than that of uncommon keywords; the information processing request is a problem related to automobile repair; the information processing request carries information processing types, the information processing types are distinguished according to different elements of an automobile, or are distinguished according to the production year of the automobile, or are distinguished according to the brand series of the automobile, and the information processing types are used for word segmentation processing and semantic understanding;
a determining unit configured to determine a user matching the first ranking and the first keyword as a first user;
a transmission unit configured to transmit the information processing request to a second device; the information processing request is used for indicating the first user to process the information processing request, and the second device carries the identity of the first user;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive evaluation information, where the evaluation information is used to evaluate accuracy of a processing result of the information processing request;
the updating unit is used for updating the grade of the first keyword according to the evaluation information and the number of the first users; if the accuracy of the first user answer for evaluating the evaluation information is high, reducing the grade of the first keyword; the smaller the number of the first users, the higher the ranking of the first keyword.
5. The apparatus of claim 4,
the sending unit is further configured to send a data transfer request to the first device;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive data requested by the data transfer request;
the device further comprises:
and the transfer unit is used for transferring the data requested by the data transfer request to the account of the first user after confirming that the information processing request is processed.

An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising: a processor, a memory, and a transceiver; the processor is interconnected with the memory and the transceiver through lines, and program instructions are stored in the memory; the program instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 3; and the transceiver is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 3.
