The invention discloses a self-cleaning dustproof safety valve which comprises a valve body, a valve cover, a safety sleeve, a precision filter screen, a self-cleaning impeller, a coarse filter screen, an upper movable push rod, a lower movable push rod, a measuring spring, an adjusting screw rod, an adjusting nut and a safety spring, wherein the valve cover is arranged on the valve body; the valve body is provided with an air pressure port and a pressure relief port, a coarse filter screen, a self-cleaning impeller, a dense filter screen and a condom are sequentially arranged in the air pressure port, two sides of the impeller are provided with brushes, and the air flow can drive the impeller to rotate so that the brushes clean impurities on the filter screen; the adjusting screw penetrates through the upper end of the valve cover to be in threaded connection with the adjusting nut, the adjusting screw and the two sides inside the valve cover are provided with the safety springs, the measuring springs are arranged between the adjusting screw and the upper and lower movable push rods, the measuring springs are connected with the pointer to penetrate through scales on the two sides of the slotted hole indicating slotted hole in the valve body while protecting the safety valves, and the scales correspond to different internal pressures and play a role in measuring the internal pressure. China is one of the major countries for producing cement, and the best transportation mode is the current transportation mode by adopting bulk cement tank cars and bulk cement tanks for shipment, which not only ensures the cement quality, but also is beneficial to the environment without being polluted by cement dust. The dustproof device and the reliability design of the safety valve of the cement tank are key problems to be solved urgently in the research of the cement tank. The design of the cement tank safety valve is concerned with the safety of the whole tank body, and at present, the safety valve is only prevented from being blocked by a filter screen. However, when the safety valve is used for a long time, the filter screen of the safety valve can be blocked, and a single spring can be out of work, so that the safety valve can be in danger to the normal work, and the personal safety of the tank body and an operator can be endangered.

Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a self-cleaning dustproof safety valve, which has a self-cleaning function to prevent clogging, and uses a dual spring to increase reliability and measure the internal pressure of a tank.

3. The invention reduces the dust entering the air through the self-cleaning filter screen, thereby achieving the purpose of environmental protection.
4. According to the invention, through double spring protection, when the measuring spring fails, the safety spring can protect the safety valve, so that the reliability of the safety valve is greatly improved.
5. The measuring spring is provided with the pointer, and the two sides of the slotted hole are provided with the pressure indicating scales, so that the pressure data in the tank body can be read in real time.

When the measuring spring 8 fails and is not compressed, when the pressure in the tank body is too high, the upper and lower movable push rods 7, the adjusting screw rod 9 and the adjusting nut 10 are pushed to move upwards together, and the safety spring 11 plays a role in protection.
The invention has self-cleaning function, prevents blockage, increases the reliability by using the double springs, can measure the internal pressure of the tank body, is simple and convenient to manufacture, and effectively avoids potential safety hazard caused by overpressure of the tank body.
