The working principle is as follows: sludge blocks to be dried are added into the tank body 5 through the feeding pipe 2, the crushing device 3 is arranged, the first motor 12 is used for driving the crushing rotating shaft 18 to rotate, the crushing rotating shaft 18 drives six layers of crushing blades 14 arranged on the surface of the crushing rotating shaft to rotate, the sludge blocks added into the feeding pipe 2 are cut and crushed by the rotating crushing blades 14, the volume of the sludge blocks is reduced, and the sludge is conveniently and fully dried; through the arrangement of the circulating stirring and drying device 4, hot air is blown into the air inlet pipe 24 by the air heater 25, the hot air is sprayed out through the air distribution holes 31 uniformly distributed on the outer wall of the air distribution cylinder 32, the spraying area of the hot air is enlarged, the hot air is conveniently and fully contacted with the crushed sludge, the second motor 29 drives the material lifting auger 27 to rotate, the material lifting auger 27 drives the sludge at the bottom of the tank body 5 to be lifted upwards, the lifted sludge falls back to the bottom of the tank body 5 again under the action of gravity, the circulating stirring of the sludge is realized, and in the circulating stirring process of the sludge, the hot air is continuously contacted with the sludge, so that the sludge is conveniently and fully dried; through the setting of dehumidification deodorization filter equipment 11, utilize air exhauster 42 to take out the moisture that produces by sludge drying in with jar body 5, do benefit to the drying rate who accelerates mud, and adsorb the filtration through filtering jar 44 to the moisture, do benefit to and adsorb the filtration to the mud dust in the moisture, and adsorb the stink to in the moisture and get rid of, have the dehumidification and accelerate the function of drying, deodorization and dust removal.

Claims (2)

1. A sludge crushing circulating drying deodorization device comprises a tank body (5); the tank is characterized in that the tank body (5) is arranged into a hollow cylinder with two communicated ends and is made of steel plates by welding, a top cover (1) is arranged at an opening at the top of the tank body (5), and a bottom cover (9) is arranged at an opening at the bottom of the tank body (5); a set of crushing device (3) is arranged at the top of the tank body (5); the crushing device (3) consists of a first motor (12), a crushing rotating shaft (18) and a crushing blade (14); the first motor (12) is fixedly connected with the first fixing frame (13) through bolts, and the first fixing frame (13) is fixedly connected with the top surface of the top cover (1) through bolts; a main shaft of the first motor (12) is fixedly connected with the top of the crushed aggregate rotating shaft (18) through a first coupling (19); the crushed material rotating shaft (18) is connected with the top cover (1) through a rolling bearing, and the bottom of the crushed material rotating shaft (18) is connected with the first sleeve (17) through the rolling bearing; four first connecting plates (15) are welded and fixed on the outer wall of the first sleeve (17) at equal intervals, and the other ends of the four first connecting plates (15) are welded and fixed with the inner wall of the tank body (5); a guide cone (16) is welded and fixed on the side wall of the crushed aggregate rotating shaft (18) above the first sleeve (17); a set of circulating material turning and drying device (4) is arranged in the tank body (5) below the material crushing device (3); the circulating material turning and drying device (4) consists of a cloth air cylinder (32), an air inlet pipe (24), a hot air fan (25), a second motor (29) and a material lifting packing auger (27); the air distribution cylinder (32) is formed by welding two sets of coaxially arranged steel cylinders, and a plurality of air distribution holes (31) are uniformly distributed on the outer wall surface of the air distribution cylinder (32); the outer wall of the top of the air distribution cylinder (32) is fixedly welded with four upper connecting rods (23), the outer wall of the bottom of the air distribution cylinder (32) is fixedly welded with four lower connecting rods (26), and the other ends of the four upper connecting rods (23) and the four lower connecting rods (26) are fixedly welded with the inner wall of the tank body (5); the top of the air distribution cylinder (32) is fixedly welded with a material guide ring (22); the outer wall of the air distribution cylinder (32) is communicated with one end of an air inlet pipe (24), and the other end of the air inlet pipe (24) is connected with an air heater (25); the hot air blower (25) is fixed on the outer wall of the tank body (5) through bolts; the outer wall of the second motor (29) is fixedly connected with a second fixing frame (28) through bolts, and the second fixing frame (28) is fixed on the lower surface of the bottom cover (9) through bolts; a main shaft of a second motor (29) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the material lifting packing auger (27) through a second coupling (30); the material lifting packing auger (27) is arranged inside the air distribution cylinder (32), the top of the material lifting packing auger (27) is connected with the second sleeve (21) through a rolling bearing, four second connecting plates (20) are welded and fixed on the outer wall of the second sleeve (21) at equal intervals, and the other ends of the four second connecting plates (20) are welded and fixed on the inner wall of the tank body (5); a set of material guiding and discharging devices (10) is arranged at the bottom of the tank body (5); a set of dehumidifying and deodorizing filter device (11) is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the tank body (5); the dehumidifying and deodorizing filter device (11) consists of a first exhaust pipe (39), a filter tank (44), a second exhaust pipe (43) and an exhaust fan (42); one end of the first exhaust pipe (39) is communicated with the side wall of the top of the tank body (5), and the other end of the first exhaust pipe (39) is connected with the top surface of the filter tank (44); the filter tank (44) is a hollow rectangular stainless steel cylinder with a square cross section, three layers of slots (41) are arranged on the filter tank (44) at equal intervals, and a filter (40) is inserted into each layer of slot (41); the filter (40) consists of a filter box (45) and an activated carbon adsorption plate (46); the filter box (45) is a rectangular box with two communicated ends and is made of plastic; an active carbon adsorption plate (46) is fixedly bonded at the bottom of the inner wall of the filter box (45); the bottom surface of the filter tank (44) is communicated with one end of the second exhaust pipe (43); the other end of the second exhaust pipe (43) is connected with an exhaust fan (42); the exhaust fan (42) is fixed on the outer wall of the tank body (5) through a bolt;
the top cover (1) and the bottom cover (9) are both arranged into disc-shaped steel plates, and the top cover (1) and the bottom cover (9) are fixedly connected with the tank body (5) through bolts; a feeding pipe (2) is fixedly welded on the right side of the top cover (1); the feeding pipe (2) is made of a steel pipe; a circular truncated cone-shaped bulge is arranged in the middle of the bottom cover (9), and four fan-shaped discharge ports (6) are uniformly distributed on the surface of the bottom cover (9); the surfaces of the feeding pipe (2), the top cover (1), the tank body (5) and the bottom cover (9) are all subjected to baking finish treatment; four sets of brackets (7) are welded and fixed at the edge of the bottom surface of the bottom cover (9) at equal intervals; the support (7) is arranged in a T shape, and a rubber pad is fixedly bonded to the bottom surface of the support (7); a discharge plate (8) is welded and fixed among the four sets of brackets (7); the discharge plate (8) is made of a disc-shaped steel plate, and an included angle of 30 degrees is formed between the discharge plate (8) and the horizontal plane;
the material guiding and discharging device (10) consists of a material guiding disc (35), a guide pillar (34), a guide sleeve (33), a lead screw (36) and a threaded sleeve (37); the material guide disc (35) is arranged into a funnel-shaped stainless steel disc, and the outer edge of the material guide disc (35) is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the tank body (5); a guide post (34) is welded and fixed on the bottom surface of one side of the material guide disc (35); a guide sleeve (33) is sleeved on the guide post (34); the guide sleeve (33) is welded and fixed with the bottom cover (9); the bottom surface of the material guide disc (35) opposite to the guide post (34) is connected with the bottom of the screw rod (36) through a rolling bearing; the lead screw (36) is connected with the threaded sleeve (37) in a threaded connection mode; the threaded sleeve (37) is fixedly welded with the bottom cover (9); a hand wheel (38) is welded and fixed at the bottom of the screw rod (36).
