And the electrified installation that exists drives bird ware instrument and is mostly two pole operations, and single use is got up inconveniently. Therefore, how to quickly and conveniently install the bird repeller under the condition of not influencing the operation of equipment becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
At present, a positive company improves the power supply reliability, reduces the power failure period, and in 2017 of a station, due to the conditions that high-voltage and low-voltage equipment bolts are loosened, bird repellers are additionally arranged, the power failure branch lines and the station area are totally powered off for 32 times, so that the occupation ratio of the power supply reliability is seriously influenced.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an electrified bolt fastening device which can adopt different bolt fastening devices according to different installation conditions of a bird repeller.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a charged bolt fastening device comprises a hollow insulating rod, an operating rod, an insulating handle insulating box, a first bolt fastening part, a second bolt fastening part and a third bolt fastening part; the insulation box is arranged at the upper part of the hollow insulation rod, and the first bolt fastening part, the second bolt fastening part and the third bolt fastening part are respectively arranged on the insulation box; the top of the hollow insulating rod penetrates through the bottom surface of the insulating box and is connected with the first bolt fastening part; the operating rod is sleeved inside the hollow insulating rod, the bottom of the operating rod extends to the outside of the hollow insulating rod, the bottom of the operating rod is connected with the insulating handle, and the top of the operating rod is connected with the second bolt fastening part; the third bolt fastening part is rotatably mounted on the side wall of the insulating box through a sleeve base.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a charged bolt fastening device, which is erected on an insulating rod and a plug-in type multi-head sleeve, wherein a fixable sleeve device is installed at the upper end of the insulating rod, and the fixed sleeve device is installed after bolt fastening devices of different types and directions are filled. The project is characterized by low investment and quick effect and can be matched with the current management situation of the company.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a charged bolt fastening device includes a hollow insulating rod 1, an operating rod 2, an insulating handle 21, an insulating case 3, a first bolt fastening portion 4, a second bolt fastening portion 5, and a third bolt fastening portion 6; the insulation box 3 is installed on the upper part of the hollow insulation rod 1, and the first bolt fastening part 4, the second bolt fastening part 5 and the third bolt fastening part 6 are respectively installed on the insulation box 3.
The top of the hollow insulating rod 1 penetrates through the bottom surface of the insulating box 3 and is connected with the first bolt fastening part 4; the operating rod 2 is sleeved inside the hollow insulating rod 1, the bottom of the operating rod 2 extends to the outside of the hollow insulating rod 1, the bottom of the operating rod 2 is connected with the insulating handle 21, and the top of the operating rod 2 is connected with the second bolt fastening part 5; the third bolt fastening portion 6 is rotatably mounted on the side wall of the insulating case 3 through a sleeve mount 65.
The first bolt fastening portion 4 comprises a gear carrier 41, a sector gear set 42, a first bolt fastening sleeve 43 and a steering wheel 44, the gear carrier 41 is fixed at the upper end of the hollow insulating rod 1, the top of the hollow insulating rod 1 is fixedly connected with the gear carrier 41 through a bearing, the sector gear set 42 is arranged at the end portion, extending out of the bearing, of the hollow insulating rod 1, the first bolt fastening sleeve 43 is connected with the sector gear set 42 through the gear carrier 41, and the steering wheel 44 is arranged at the lower end of the hollow insulating rod 1.
There is a gap between the sector gear set 42 and the carrier 41 to reduce friction between the bevel gear set and the carrier 41.
The first bolt-tightening sleeve 43 is located outside the side wall of the insulating case 3.
The second bolt fastening portion 5 includes a second bolt fastening sleeve 51, the second bolt fastening sleeve 51 is located on the top surface of the insulating case 3, and the top of the operation rod 2 passes through the insulating case 3 and is connected with the second bolt fastening sleeve 51.
The third bolt-fastening portion 6 includes a third bolt-fastening sleeve 61 rotatably mounted on the side of the insulating case 3 through a sleeve mount 65, and a connecting member on an outer side wall of the third bolt-fastening sleeve 61.
The connecting member includes a connecting plate 62, a transition plate 63, and an extension plate 64, one side of the connecting plate 62 is connected with the third bolt fastening sleeve 61, the other side of the connecting plate 62 is hinged with one side of the transition plate 63, and the other side of the transition plate 63 is hinged with the extension plate 64.
The operating rod 2 is made of an insulating material.
