Abstract

本发明公开了一种光阑抛光工装,由工装台、挂杆、棉绳、轨道、轨道支撑、电动小车组成,其特征是:工装台截面呈L字形,两个挂杆安装在工装台的侧面上,1‑9根等间距棉绳拉在两个挂杆之间;轨道支撑安装在工装台上,两根轨道安装在轨道支撑上,电动小车安装在两根轨道上,电动小车内置单片机控制电路,使之能在轨道上按所设置的程序来回匀速运动;电动小车上含有同时固定多个激光陀螺的固定旋钮。当1‑9个激光陀螺通过固定旋钮依次固定在电动小车上之后,再将相对应的棉绳穿过相对应的激光陀螺孔径光阑,然后棉绳固定拉紧在两个挂杆之间,最后启动电动小车。电动小车按所设置的程序来回匀速运动,实现多个激光陀螺同时光阑抛光处理。

本发明涉及一种工装,尤其涉及一种光阑抛光工装。
背景技术
激光陀螺里面的孔径光阑需要抛光处理,现在的抛光处理工艺是将激光陀螺固定后,棉绳穿过孔径光阑,2个工人一左一右配合来回拉扯,进行抛光处理。人工抛光处理,一致性差,劳动强度大。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足, 本发明提供了一种光阑抛光工装。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种光阑抛光工装,由工装台、挂杆、棉绳、轨道、轨道支撑、电动小车组成,其特征是:

本发明的有益效果是,本发明提高了效率,一致性好,大大减少了操作工人的劳动强度。

如图1 所示,一种光阑抛光工装,由工装台1、挂杆2、棉绳3、轨道4、轨道支撑5、电动小车6组成,其特征是:
所述工装台1截面呈L字形,两个挂杆2安装在工装台的侧面上,3根等间距棉绳2拉在两个挂杆1之间;轨道支撑5安装在工装台1上,两根轨道3安装在轨道支撑5上,电动小车6安装在两根轨道上,电动小车内置单片机控制电路,使之能在轨道上按所设置的程序来回匀速运动;电动小车6上含有同时固定多个激光陀螺7的固定旋钮8。当3个激光陀螺7通过固定旋钮8固定在电动小车6上之后,再将相对应的棉绳3穿过相对应的激光陀螺7孔径光阑,然后棉绳3固定拉紧在两个挂杆2之间,最后启动电动小车6。电动小车的行程设置为20厘米,按所设置的程序来回匀速运动,运动频率2赫兹,运动时间1分钟,实现多个激光陀螺7同时光阑抛光处理。
