Background
The sand washer is used for washing and selecting sand and stone (artificial sand and natural sand). The sand washer is widely used for washing and selecting materials in industries such as gravel fields, mines, building materials, traffic, chemical engineering, water conservancy and hydropower, concrete mixing stations and the like. Sand washers can be divided into two types: XS type and XL type. It can remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and stone and destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand, so as to be beneficial to dehydration and play a role in efficiently washing sand and cleaning. The sand washer is also called a stone washer and is mainly used for removing impurities (such as dust) from sand products, and the sand washer is formed by adopting a water washing method. Among them, machine-made sand (broken stone materials) is also called a stone washer. Because of its outward appearance and principle are different, also be called spiral sand washer, cylinder sand washer, water wheels sand washer, vibrations sand washer etc. when sand washer is wasing the grit in the washtrough through the impeller, because the slide of sand washer is fixed going on every time the impeller rotates a week after, the impeller will drive the grit and fall on the slide, and then make the cleaning time of impeller to the grit shortened, and then cause the grit to wash inadequately easily, current sand washer is through the removal of the inside recess drive grit of impeller simultaneously, and then make the recess in the impeller remain the grit easily, and then improved producer's use cost.

Examples
As shown in figures 1-4, a sand washer convenient for sand cleaning comprises a wash tank 1, a first support plate 10 is arranged on one side of the wash tank 1, a transmission device 7 and a motor 11 are arranged on the top of the first support plate 10, the transmission device 7 is connected with a large belt wheel 8, the motor 11 is connected with a small belt wheel 14, the large belt wheel 8 is connected with the small belt wheel 14 through a transmission belt 9, a rotating shaft 5 is arranged on one side of the transmission device 7, an impeller 6 is arranged on the side wall of the rotating shaft 5, a bearing seat 18 is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft 5, a second support plate 15 is arranged at the bottom of the bearing seat 18, reinforcing ribs 12 and rib plates 17 are arranged at the bottoms of the second support plate 15 and the first support plate 10, a water outlet pipe 16 is arranged on one side of the second support plate 15, a water inlet pipe 13 is arranged on one side of the first support plate 10, one side of the movable plate 2 is connected with a handle 19, and the side wall of the handle 19 is wrapped by a protective sleeve 20.
The handle 19 penetrates the sliding groove 21, the sliding groove 21 is communicated with the positioning groove 22, and the sliding groove 21 and the positioning groove 22 are both arc-shaped. The handle 19 is fixedly connected with the movable plate 2, and the movable plate 2 is movably connected with the side wall of the washing tank 1 and the side wall of the sliding plate 3. The large belt wheel 8 is connected with the transmission device 7 through a shaft, two belt wheel grooves are formed in the large belt wheel 8 and the small belt wheel 14, and the width of each belt wheel groove is the same as that of the transmission belt 9. The sliding plate 3 is fixedly connected with the baffle 4, and the included angle between the sliding plate 3 and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees. One end of the water inlet pipe 13 is provided with a water outlet head 23, the water outlet head 23 is in a round table shape, the water outlet head 23 is fixedly connected with the water inlet pipe 13, and the water inlet pipe 13 penetrates through the side wall of the washing tank 1. The impeller 6 is tightly connected with the rotating shaft 5, and a groove is arranged in the impeller 6. The transmission device 7 and the motor 11 are connected with the first support plate 10 through fixing bolts.
Specifically, when in use, a user pours the gravel to be cleaned into the wash tank 1, then connects the water inlet pipe 13 with the water supply system, and simultaneously closes the valve of the water outlet pipe 16, then connects the motor 11 with the power supply, so that the motor 11 can drive the small belt wheel 14 to rotate, so that the small belt wheel 14 can drive the transmission belt 9 installed in the belt wheel groove to rotate, so that the transmission belt 9 can drive the large belt wheel 8 to rotate, so that the large belt wheel 8 can drive the transmission device 7 to rotate through the shaft, so that the transmission device 7 drives the rotating shaft 5 to rotate in the bearing seat 18, so that the rotating shaft 5 drives the impeller 6 to rotate, so that the impeller 6 can clean the gravel in the wash tank 1, when the impeller 6 just starts to clean the gravel, in order to prevent the gravel which is brought out by the rotation of the impeller 6 from falling into the movable plate 2 and then from sliding out of the wash tank 1 from the sliding, in order to increase the cleaning time of the sand in the washing tank 1 and to sufficiently clean the sand, a user firstly positions the handle 19 at the bottom of the chute 21, so that the movable plate 2 is inclined towards the inside of the washing tank 1, so that the sand in the groove of the impeller 6 can slide down into the washing tank 1 along the movable plate 2 under the action of gravity after falling onto the movable plate 2, after the sand in the washing tank 1 is sufficiently cleaned, the user pushes the handle 19 to move upwards in the chute 21 by using the handle 19, so that the movable plate 2 can move along with the handle 19, then the user places the handle 19 into the positioning groove 22, so that the handle 19 can be fixed at a corresponding position, so that the movable plate 2 can be inclined towards the outside of the washing tank 1, so that the sand carried out by the impeller 6 during each rotation can fall onto the movable plate 2 under the action of inertia, and then the sand on the movable plate 2 slides out of the washing tank 1 after passing through the sliding plate 3, and then fall into the grit transmission device, because impeller 6 can throw away the water in the washtrough 1 when rotatory, and then the user needs carry out continuous moisturizing in the washtrough 1 through inlet tube 13, because the inside water outlet 23 that is equipped with of the play water end of inlet tube 13, simultaneously because water outlet 23 is the round platform shape, and then can improve the speed that rivers flow, simultaneously because the one end of water outlet 23 is aimed at the recess in impeller 6, and then the rivers that flow at a high speed will wash remaining grit on impeller 6, the waste of grit has been avoided, after the grit was all taken away from washtrough 1 through impeller 6, open the valve of outlet pipe 16, and then make the sewage in the washtrough 1 discharge.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
