The pressing roller 232 continuously presses the sulfasalazine ointment 3 in the thickness limiting frame 16, so that the uniformity of the sulfasalazine ointment 3 in the tablet forming die 1 is improved (the uniformity along the moving direction of the conveying device 211), and the weight stability of the sulfasalazine tablet 31 can be ensured.
The quantitative section 23 further includes an adsorption tank 233 provided above the conveyor 211, the adsorption tank 233 facing the bottom end of the scraper 231, and the adsorption tank 233 is provided with an output pipe 2331. Typically, the outlet pipe 2331 is in communication with a source of negative pressure, such as a suction fan or the like.
The adsorption groove 233 can suck a small amount of the sulfasalazine ointment 3 scooped by the scraper 231, and prevent the sulfasalazine ointment 3 from accumulating on the scraper 231 or the sheeting die 1.
Typically, the conveying section 21 further includes mounting plates 213 fixedly provided on both sides of the conveying device 211. The mounting plate 213 is used to mount the scraper 231, for example, by a scraper mounting bar 2311 to mount the scraper 231. The mounting plate 213 is also used to mount the pressure roller 232, for example, the pressure roller 232 is mounted through the central axis of the pressure roller 232, and the mounting plate 213 is provided with a pressure adjusting knob 2321 abutting against the central axis of the pressure roller 232 to adjust the pressure of the pressure roller 232. The mounting plate 213 is also used to mount the suction groove 233, such as by welding or fastening.
Typically, the flaking device 2 further comprises guide rails 25 arranged on both sides of the conveying device 211, the horizontal distance between the guide rails 25 being adjustable [ i.e. the horizontal distance between the guide rails 25 when looking down on the conveying device 211 ] [ typically being adjustable by twisting a knob ].
The tabletting device 2 further comprises a tabletting and drying device 24; the tablet drying device 24 is provided with an accommodating chamber 241; the accommodating cavity 241 and the film-making mold 1 are matched with each other (namely projection of the accommodating cavity 241 on a horizontal plane, projection of the film-making mold 1 on the horizontal plane, and superposition of the two); the accommodating cavity 241 is provided with a connecting terminal 242 extending upward, and the connecting terminal 242 is respectively matched with the connecting lug 1231 (that is, the axis of the connecting terminal 242 coincides with the axis of the hole of the connecting lug 1231). Typically, the terminals 242 are electrically connected to a power source, such as mains electricity or a battery. The sheet making die 1 filled with the sulfasalazine ointment 3 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 241 [ usually, the sheet making die 1 passes through the quantifying part 23 and then is output from the output end of the conveying device 211, and a manipulator or a worker inserts the sheet making die 1 into the accommodating cavity 241 ], so that the heating sheet 123 can be connected with a power supply to generate heat, and the operation is convenient. The slide drying device 24 is generally disposed behind the conveying device 211.
Arc-shaped elastic sheets 2421 uniformly distributed around the axis of the wiring terminal 242 are fixedly arranged at the top of the wiring terminal 242, and when the circumscribed circle of the arc-shaped elastic sheets 2421 is viewed from top, the outer diameter of the circumscribed circle of the arc-shaped elastic sheets 2421 is larger than the inner diameter of the hole of the wiring lug 1231. The arc-shaped spring 2421 is typically made of copper sheet and is fixedly disposed on the top of the terminal 242 by a top end cap 2422 and a bottom end ring 2423 disposed on the top of the terminal 242. The arc-shaped elastic sheet 2421 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the hole of the wire connection lug 1231, so that the electrical connection between the wire connection terminal 242 and the wire connection lug 1231 is reliable.
The front wall of the accommodating cavity 241 and the rear wall of the accommodating cavity 241 are respectively a front end side wall 243 and a rear end side wall 244, the rear end side wall 244 extends inwards to form a rear end inner wall 245, and the rear end inner wall 245 is provided with a wiring port 2451; the wire connecting terminal 242 horizontally extends to form a connecting section 2424, the connecting section 2424 is sleeved with a conductive sleeve 2425, the conductive sleeve 2425 is embedded into the rear end inner wall 245 and fixed, the connecting section 2424 penetrates out of the side wall of the wire connecting opening 2451, and the front end side wall 243 is provided with a taking-out cambered surface 2431. Usually, the inner wall of the conductive sleeve 2425 is provided with a carbon brush (not shown in the drawings) and is electrically connected to the commercial power or the battery, so that the connection section 2424 can rotate around the axis of the conductive sleeve 2425 and keep the electrical connection. When the film-making mold 1 is taken out from the film-making drying device 24, the film-making mold 1 can be held or clamped at the wiring opening 2451, and then the film-making drying device 24 is rotated to take out the film-making drying device 24, so that a user or a mechanical hand can take out the film-making mold 1 conveniently.
The top end of the side wall of the accommodating chamber 241 is provided with a putting guide surface 246 to perform a guiding function.
