【技术领域】
本发明涉及纸尿裤芯体的技术领域,特别涉及一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
纸尿裤是一次性使用后即可抛弃的产品,是20世纪最伟大的发明之一。以无纺布、卫生纸、绒毛浆、高分子吸水树脂、PE膜、橡皮筋等材料制成,有幼儿专用与成人专用两种。尤其是幼儿专用的纸尿裤,解决了宝宝和妈妈不少的烦恼,但是在使用纸尿裤的同时也遇到了不少的问题,比如说宝宝红屁屁、尿布疹,晚上睡眠不好等。造成红屁屁、尿布疹的最根本原因就是纸尿裤的吸收尿液速度慢、吸收量小,无法保持表层的环境干爽。
为了解决以上问题,有必要提出一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体及其制备方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体及其制备方法,其旨在解决现有技术中纸尿裤的吸收尿液速度慢、吸收量小,无法保持表层的环境干爽,容易造成红屁屁、尿布疹等的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体,包括复合芯体、高分子与绒毛浆短浆层和包裹层,所述的复合芯体上设置有高分子与绒毛浆短浆层,所述的高分子与绒毛浆短浆层上通过包裹层包覆,并且包裹层与复合芯体的底层压合。
作为优选,所述的高分子与绒毛浆短浆层由高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆混合而成。
作为优选,所述的压花为菱形压花。
作为优选,所述的包裹层采用亲肤无纺布。
作为优选,所述的复合芯体由防漏隔水层、高分子吸收底层、膨化棉固定层、高分子吸收上层、导流层依次由下而上铺设复合而成,所述的高分子与绒毛浆短浆层铺设至导流层上。
本发明还提出了一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、离线采用防漏隔水层、高分子吸收底层、膨化棉固定层、高分子吸收上层、导流层依次铺设复合做好成批的复合芯体;
步骤二、复合芯体通过包覆设备的皮带将复合芯体翻转并传送至皮带上表面,然后在复合芯体上投入高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆;
步骤三、再在高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆上面铺设一层包裹层,通过压合机构将包裹层与复合芯体的底层压合,得到尿裤芯体。
作为优选,所述的步骤二中包覆设备由机架、安装在机架上的皮带传动机构、位于皮带传动机构上用于投入高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆的投料机、位于皮带传动机构上用于压合的压合机构成。
作为优选,所述的皮带传动机构由主动辊、从动辊、连接主动辊与从动辊的皮带、与主动辊传动连接的电机构成,所述的皮带在上皮带与下皮带之间还设置有压辊,所述的压辊安装在机架上,且位于压合机的正下方。
作为优选,所述的机架还在皮带传动机构的下方设置有用于放置复合芯体的料板。

步骤二、复合芯体1通过包覆设备4的皮带将复合芯体1翻转并传送至皮带上表面,然后在复合芯体1上投入高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆。

步骤三、再在高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆上面铺设一层包裹层3,通过压合机构将包裹层3与复合芯体1的底层压合,得到尿裤芯体。
在本发明实施例中所用的投料机43和压合机44均为市场上所用的通用设备。
本发明工作过程:
本发明包覆设备4在工作过程中,将离线生产好的复合芯体1投入料板46上,并且复合芯体1的防漏隔水层11朝上,皮带传动机构42运行的过程中,皮带423与防漏隔水层11接触,并带动整个复合芯体1传输,翻转,直至复合芯体1位于皮带423的上皮带上,但复合芯体1运行至投料机43时,工作人员操作投料机43在复合芯体1上投入高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆,并铺设一层无纺布包裹层3,运行至压合机44下方时,工作人员操作压合机44,将包裹层3与复合芯体1的防漏隔水层11边缘进行压花压合。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体,其特征在于:所述的复合芯体(1)由防漏隔水层(11)、高分子吸收底层(12)、膨化棉固定层(13)、高分子吸收上层(14)、导流层(15)依次由下而上铺设复合而成,所述的高分子与绒毛浆短浆层(2)铺设至导流层(15)上。
6.一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、离线采用防漏隔水层(11)、高分子吸收底层(12)、膨化棉固定层(13)、高分子吸收上层(14)、导流层(15)依次铺设复合做好成批的复合芯体(1);
步骤二、复合芯体(1)通过包覆设备(4)的皮带将复合芯体(1)翻转并传送至皮带上表面,然后在复合芯体(1)上投入高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆;
步骤三、再在高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆上面铺设一层包裹层(3),通过压合机构将包裹层(3)与复合芯体(1)的底层压合,得到尿裤芯体。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤二中包覆设备(4)由机架(41)、安装在机架(41)上的皮带传动机构(42)、位于皮带传动机构(42)上用于投入高分子树脂颗粒与绒毛浆短浆的投料机(43)、位于皮带传动机构(42)上用于压合的压合机(44)构成。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的皮带传动机构(42)由主动辊(421)、从动辊(422)、连接主动辊(421)与从动辊(422)的皮带(423)、与主动辊(421)传动连接的电机(424)构成,所述的皮带(423)在上皮带与下皮带之间还设置有压辊(45),所述的压辊(45)安装在机架(41)上,且位于压合机(44)的正下方。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种快速吸收的尿裤芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的机架(41)还在皮带传动机构(42)的下方设置有用于放置复合芯体(1)的料板(46)。
