Generally, a water collecting part can be formed at the bottom of the water tank 10 and used for collecting water flowing into the water tank 10, the power device 40 is connected with the water collecting part of the water tank 10 through a pipeline, the power device 40 conveys the water in the water tank 10 to the water outlet 101, the water flow entering the water outlet 101 can drive the movable plug 20 to open the water outlet 101, and the water flow can enter the flow channel 31 through the flow channel inlet 311 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30 after flowing through the water outlet 101 and then is sprayed out from the flow channel outlet 312, so that the purpose of cleaning fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, it can be understood that in some embodiments, the fruit and vegetable washer 100 includes a water cup 50, the water cup 50 is installed at the bottom of the water tank 10, the water cup 50 is communicated with the water tank 10, the water outlet 101 can be formed on the water cup 50, the water tank 10 is provided with an installation opening at the bottom, the water cup 50 is installed at the bottom of the water tank 10, and the portion of the water cup 50 provided with the water outlet 101 extends into the water tank 10. In this embodiment, the water cup 50 is used for collecting water in the water tank 10, the power device 40 is connected with the water cup 50 through a pipeline (i.e. the power device 40 is communicated with the water tank 10 through the water cup 50), the power device 40 can convey water in the water cup 50 to the water outlet 101, and water flowing into the water outlet 101 drives the movable plug 20 to open the water outlet 101. It will be appreciated that the movable plug 20 can close the water outlet 101 by its own weight when the power means 40 is off or no water flow is established at the water outlet 101.
Specifically, when fruit and vegetable cleaning is required, the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is placed in the water tank 10, the power device 40 is turned on, the power device 40 conveys water collected at the bottom of the water cup 50 or the water tank 10 to the water outlet 101, water flowing into the water outlet 101 has certain pressure, the movable plug 20 is driven by water flow to open the water outlet 101, the water flows through the water outlet 101 and then enters the flow channel 31 through the flow channel inlet 311 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30, then is sprayed out from the flow channel outlet 312 to clean articles in the fruit and vegetable basket 30, then the sprayed water flows into the bottom of the water cup 50 or the water tank 10 and is conveyed to the water outlet 101 by the power device 40 again, and the circulation is performed, so that the aim of automatic circulation cleaning is achieved, and the cleaning time sequence is finished.
In some embodiments, the water flow from the water outlet 101 may also come directly from the mains water source without going through the power unit 40. Specifically, a valve is connected to a pipe line connected to the water outlet 101, and when the valve is opened, the tap water pressure forms a water flow at the water outlet 101 to flush the movable plug 20 to open the water outlet 101.
When the fruit and vegetable cleaning is not needed, the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is taken out of the water tank 10, the power device 40 is closed, and the movable plug 20 closes the water outlet 101 under the action of self gravity. At this time, the sink 10 may be used as a general household sink. Due to the existence of the movable plug 20, when the water tank 10 is used as a common household water tank, the movable plug 20 closes the water outlet 101, sewage or food residues and the like cannot enter the water outlet 101, and the sewage and food residues can be prevented from entering the flow channel 31 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30 to pollute the fruit and vegetable or block the flow channel outlet 312 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30 when the power device 40 is started for cleaning the fruit and vegetable next time.
Next, the fruit and vegetable washing machine 100 will be described with a water cup 50 attached to the bottom of the water tank 10. Referring again to fig. 5 to 7, the fruit and vegetable washing machine 100 further includes a sealing member 60, a groove 51 is formed at the bottom of the water cup 50 or the water tank 10, the sealing member 60 is disposed in the groove 51, and the sealing member 60 is used for sealing the junction between the water cup 50 and the water tank 10. In the example shown in fig. 5 to 7, the groove 51 is formed on the water cup 50, and in other examples, the groove 51 may be formed on the bottom of the water tank 10, which is not particularly limited.
Specifically, the water cup 50 and the water tank 10 may be fixedly connected by a screw or a bolt, and the sealing member 60 may seal the junction of the two to prevent water leakage during operation.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in some embodiments, a drain opening 52 is formed in the bottom of the cup 50, and a drain 90 is connected to the drain opening 52.
Specifically, the water draining device 90 may be a water draining valve, and when the fruit and vegetable washer 100 is used to wash fruits and vegetables, the water draining device 90 may close the water draining opening 52 of the water cup 50, and water entering from the water tank 10 is collected in the water cup 50 for circulating washing of fruits and vegetables. After the cleaning is completed, the drain 90 opens the drain opening 52 to drain the water in the cup 50. When the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is taken out and the water tank 10 is used as a common household water tank, the water draining device 90 opens the water draining port 52, and water in the water tank 10 can be directly drained to the outside. In this way, the multiplexing of the fruit and vegetable washer 100 and the general household sink 10 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the fruit and vegetable washer 100 includes a handle 70 and a filter 80, both the handle 70 and the filter 80 being mounted to the water inlet of the water cup 50, the handle 70 extending partially into the water cup 50.
Thus, when the fruit and vegetable are cleaned, the water outlet 52 is closed, the lifting cup 70 and the filter screen 80 can filter the washing water sprayed from the flow channel 31 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30, the washing water enters the water cup 50 for reaggregation after being filtered, and then is conveyed to the water outlet 101 by the power device 40 again, and then enters the flow channel 31 to circularly wash the articles in the fruit and vegetable basket 30. In addition, when the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is taken out, and the water tank 10 is used as a common household water tank 10, sewage enters the water cup 50 through the filter screen 80 and is discharged through the water outlet 52, dirt such as residue particles and the like enter the lifting cup 70, and the lifting cup 70 can be conveniently taken out from the water cup 50, so that a user can conveniently guide out the dirt such as the residue particles and the like.
Referring to fig. 5, in the fruit and vegetable washer 100 of the above embodiment, when the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is placed in the water tank 10 and the movable plug 20 opens the water outlet 101, the movable plug 20 abuts against the fruit and vegetable basket 30.
Thus, the fruit and vegetable basket 30 can limit the displacement of the movable plug 20, and can prevent the movable plug 20 from separating from the water outlet 101.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the movable plug 20 includes a top cover 21 and a connector 22 connected to the top cover 21, the connector 22 is provided with a connecting channel 223, when the movable plug 20 closes the water outlet 101, the top cover 21 covers the water outlet 101 to close the water outlet 101, and when the movable plug 20 opens the water outlet 101, the top cover 21 is separated from the water outlet 101, and the connecting channel 223 is communicated with the water outlet 101.
Specifically, when the fruit and vegetable cleaning is not performed, the movable plug 20 enables the top cover 21 to cover the water outlet 101 under the action of self gravity so as to close the water outlet 101. When the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is placed in the water tank 10, the power device 40 is turned on to clean fruit and vegetable, water flow which is conveyed into the water outlet 101 by the power device 40 acts on the top cover 21 through the connecting flow channel 223, the top cover 21 is jacked up, the water outlet 101 is opened, at the moment, the connecting flow channel 223 of the movable plug 20 is communicated with the water outlet 101, water in the connecting flow channel 223 flows out through the water outlet 101 and then enters the flow channel 31 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30, and finally is sprayed out from the flow channel outlet 312 to wash fruit and vegetable in the fruit and vegetable basket 30.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, since the movable plug 20 is installed at the water outlet 101, as can be seen from fig. 7 and 8, if the connecting body 22 is not provided with the connecting flow channel 223, less water flows out of the water outlet 101 within a certain period of time when the movable plug 20 opens the water outlet 101, thereby increasing the water inlet time and reducing the water inlet efficiency. Obviously, the connecting flow passage 223 is formed on the connecting body 22, so that the water inlet speed can be increased, and the water inlet time can be shortened.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments of the fruit and vegetable washer 100, when the movable plug 20 closes the water outlet 101 and the top cover 21 covers the water outlet 101 to close the water outlet 101, the top cover 21 protrudes from the bottom surface 5-15mm of the water tank 10, the top cover 21 is circular, and the outer diameter of the top cover 21 is 30-50mm.
Specifically, when the top cover 21 covers the water outlet 101 to close the water outlet 101, the top cover 21 of the movable plug 20 only slightly protrudes from the bottom surface 5-15mm of the water tank 10, and meanwhile, the outer diameter of the top cover 21 is smaller, and the outer diameter of the top cover 21 is 30-50mm, so that the water outlet 101 can be covered (as shown in fig. 7). Thus, the height of the top cover 21 protruding from the water tank 10 is small, and the outer diameter of the top cover 21 is small, so that the normal use of the water tank 10 of the fruit and vegetable cleaning machine 100 as a common water tank is hardly affected.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the above embodiment, the connecting body 22 includes an annular connecting member 221 and a plurality of connecting posts 222, the connecting member 221 is connected to the plurality of connecting posts 222, and the plurality of connecting posts 222 are spaced apart to form a plurality of openings 2231 of the connecting flow channel 223.
Specifically, the connecting member 221 of the connecting body 22 is ring-shaped, and the plurality of connecting posts 222 are connected with the connecting member 221 to form the connecting flow channel 223, and the plurality of connecting posts 222 are circumferentially spaced apart so that the connecting flow channel 223 is formed with a plurality of openings 2231. When the water flow entering the water outlet 101 lifts the top cover 21 to open the water outlet 101, the water flow can flow out through the plurality of openings 2231 of the connection flow channel 223 and then further flow into the flow channel 31 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30 through the water outlet 101.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, in some embodiments, when the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is placed in the water tank 10, the water outlet 101 extends into the flow channel 31 through the flow channel inlet 311, a limiting groove 313 is formed on the inner wall of the flow channel 31, and when the movable plug 20 opens the water outlet 101, the top cover 21 is separated from the water outlet 101, and the limiting groove 313 is used for limiting the displacement of the top cover 21.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the water outlet 101 extends into the flow channel 31 through the flow channel inlet 311, the top cover 21 of the movable plug 20 can move up and down in the flow channel 31, that is, when the fruit and vegetable basket 30 is placed in the water tank 10, the flow channel inlet 311 covers the water outlet 101 and the top cover 21 of the movable plug 20, and a limit groove 313 is formed on the inner wall of the flow channel 31. Under the action of the water flow, the top cover 21 is jacked up to be separated from the water outlet 101, the water outlet 101 is opened, and the water flow enters the flow channel 31. The limiting groove 313 can limit the displacement of the top cover 21, and can prevent the movable plug 20 from separating from the water outlet 101. In the example shown in fig. 5, the limit groove 313 may be made to be a structure that cooperates with the top cover 21 so as to better limit the displacement amount of the top cover 21, particularly without limitation.
Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 9 again, in some embodiments, a limiting portion 102 is formed at an edge of the water outlet 101, and a limiting member 23 capable of abutting against the limiting portion 102 is formed at a bottom of the connecting body 22.
Thus, the stopper 23 can abut against the stopper 102 of the water outlet 101, both of which can restrict the displacement of the movable plug 20, and can prevent the movable plug 20 from falling away from the water outlet 101, thereby avoiding the trouble of storing the movable plug 20.
Referring to fig. 11, in some embodiments, the flow channel 31 of the fruit and vegetable basket 30 extends from the bottom of the fruit and vegetable basket 30 to the side wall of the fruit and vegetable basket 30, the number of flow channel outlets 312 is plural, part of the flow channel outlets 312 is disposed at the bottom of the fruit and vegetable basket 30, and part of the flow channel outlets 312 is disposed at the side wall of the fruit and vegetable basket 30.
In this way, the articles in the fruit and vegetable basket 30 can be cleaned from the bottom and the periphery in an all-round manner.
