本发明公开了一种高含氮天然气两塔脱氮的装置和方法,装置包括液化冷箱、第一节流阀、高压脱氮塔、外输气压缩机、脱氮冷箱、第二节流阀、分离器、第三节流阀、低压脱氮塔、第四节流阀及第五节流阀;液化冷箱、第一节流阀和高压脱氮塔依次连接,高压脱氮塔下部出口、液化冷箱、高压脱氮塔下部入口依次连接;高压脱氮塔底部出口、液化冷箱、外输气压缩机依次连接;高压脱氮塔顶部出口、脱氮冷箱、第二节流阀、分离器依次连接。本发明针对高含氮天然气采用两塔精馏有效脱除氮气,提高天然气的热值;利用液化冷箱和脱氮冷箱实现装置内能量的充分交换,不需要外加冷源,降低了装置能耗。

一种高含氮天然气两塔脱氮的装置和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及天然气处理技术领域,特别涉及一种高含氮天然气两塔脱除氮气的装置和方法。
背景技术
随着天然气行业的发展,很多油气田产出的天然气中含有较高浓度的氮气,天然气中含氮量较高时,不仅热值降低、集输过程中能耗增大,而且不能直接用作某些天然气汽车和燃料化工原料。深冷脱氮工艺是目前提高天然气综合利用价值的有效手段,并且具有处理量大、氮气脱除率高、技术更加成熟的特点。中国专利CN201010561795.5公开了一种含甲烷气体的双塔深冷精馏脱氮制取天然气/液化天然气的方法,中国专利201611044602.2公开了一种天然气液化过程中氮气脱除并提纯装置及方法。目前缺少针对高含氮的天然气脱除氮气的工艺装置和方法。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供了一种高含氮天然气两塔脱氮的装置和方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种高含氮天然气两塔脱氮的装置,包括液化冷箱、第一节流阀、高压脱氮塔、外输气压缩机、脱氮冷箱、第二节流阀、分离器、第三节流阀、低压脱氮塔、第四节流阀及第五节流阀;
液化冷箱、第一节流阀、高压脱氮塔依次连接;高压脱氮塔下部出口、液化冷箱、高压脱氮塔下部入口依次连接;高压脱氮塔底部出口、液化冷箱、外输气压缩机依次连接;高压脱氮塔顶部出口、脱氮冷箱、第二节流阀、分离器依次连接;分离器顶部出口、脱氮冷箱、第三节流阀、低压脱氮塔上部入口依次连接;分离器底部出口、第四节流阀、低压脱氮塔中部入口依次连接;低压脱氮塔顶部出口、脱氮冷箱、液化冷箱依次连接;低压脱氮塔下部出口、脱氮冷箱、低压脱氮塔下部入口依次连接;低压脱氮塔底部出口、第五节流阀、脱氮冷箱、液化冷箱、外输气压缩机依次连接。
本发明还公开了一种高含氮天然气两塔脱氮的方法,包括如下步骤:
第一步、将压力3500kPa.a~5000kPa.a、温度30~50℃、含氮气25mol%~75mol%的天然气输入液化冷箱预冷至-110~-130℃,经第一节流阀节流至2700kPa.a~3500kPa.a后进入高压脱氮塔上部进行气液分离;液相从高压脱氮塔下部出口进入液化冷箱复热至-70~-95℃后返回高压脱氮塔下部入口进行气液分离;液相从高压脱氮塔底部出口进入液化冷箱复热至25~45℃后进入外输气压缩机增压至3700kPa.a~5200kPa.a;
第二步,气相从高压脱氮塔顶部出口进入脱氮冷箱冷却至-140~-160℃,经第二节流阀节流至800kPa.a~1500kPa.a后进入分离器进行气液分离,其中:液相经第四节流阀节流至500kPa.a~2000kPa.a后进入低压脱氮塔中部;气相进入脱氮冷箱冷凝至-140~-160℃后,经第三节流阀节流至500kPa.a~2000kPa.a进入低压脱氮塔上部进行气液分离;液相从低压脱氮塔下部出口进入脱氮冷箱复热至-130~-145℃后返回低压脱氮塔下部入口进行气液分离;液相从低压脱氮塔底部出口通过第五节流阀节流至350kPa.a~500kPa.a,依次进入脱氮冷箱复热至-120~-145℃、液化冷箱复热至25~45℃后,经外输气压缩机增压至3700kPa.a~5200kPa.a至下一工序;脱除的氮气从低压脱氮塔顶部出口依次经过脱氮冷箱复热至-120~-145℃,后进入液化冷箱复热至25~45℃至下一工序。
本发明的基本原理是:利用天然气和氮气的冷凝温度不一样,经过高压脱氮塔、低压脱氮塔的精馏分离,将高含氮天然气中的氮气脱除。主要为将含氮气25mol%~75mol%的天然气经过冷却进入高压脱氮塔进行气液分离,实现塔顶的天然气中氮气含量提高至60mol%~85mol%,然后再经过冷却,进入低压脱氮塔进行气液分离,将氮气提浓至97mol%以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:针对高含氮天然气采用两塔精馏有效脱除氮气,提高天然气的热值;利用液化冷箱和脱氮冷箱实现装置内能量的充分交换,不需要外加冷源,降低了装置能耗。

第一步、将来自管道1含氮气25mol%~75mol%的天然气(3500kPa.a~5000kPa.a, 30~50℃)输入液化冷箱2预冷至-110~-130℃,依次通过管道3、第一节流阀4节流至2700kPa.a~3500kPa.a,通过管道5进入高压脱氮塔6上部进行气液分离;液相从高压脱氮塔6下部出口经管道11进入液化冷箱2复热至-70~-95℃,经管道12返回高压脱氮塔6下部入口进行气液分离;液相从高压脱氮塔6底部出口经管道8进入液化冷箱2复热至25~45℃后通过管道9进入外输气压缩机10增压至3700kPa.a~5200kPa.a;
第二步,气相从高压脱氮塔6顶部出口通过管道7进入脱氮冷箱13冷却至-140~-160℃,经管道14、第二节流阀15节流至800kPa.a~1500kPa.a通过管道16进入分离器17进行气液分离,其中:液相通过管道23经第四节流阀24节流至500kPa.a~2000kPa.a,管道25进入低压脱氮塔22中部;气相经管道18进入脱氮冷箱13冷凝至-140~-160℃后通过管道19经第三节流阀20节流至500kPa.a~2000kPa.a,经管道25进入低压脱氮塔22上部进行气液分离;液相从低压脱氮塔22下部出口经管道26进入脱氮冷箱13复热至-130~-145℃,经管道27返回低压脱氮塔22下部入口进行气液分离;液相从低压脱氮塔22底部出口通过管道31经第五节流阀32节流至350kPa.a~500kPa.a后,通过管道33进入脱氮冷箱13复热至-120~-145℃,通过管道34进入液化冷箱2复热至25~45℃、通过管道35进入外输气压缩机10增压至3700kPa.a~5200kPa.a,通过管道36至下一工序;脱除的氮气从低压脱氮塔22塔顶出口依次通过管道28进入脱氮冷箱13复热至-120~-145℃、通过管道29进入液化冷箱2复热至25~45℃、通过管道30至下一工序。
