Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to specific embodiments of the present invention and corresponding drawings. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that the embodiments of the invention described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein.
As shown in fig. 1, an exhaust duct includes a duct body 1 having a ventilation duct 11, the duct body 1 includes an outer-layer duct body 12 and an inner-layer duct body 13, and both the outer-layer duct body 12 and the inner-layer duct body 13 can be folded. The outer layer pipe body 12 is sleeved outside the inner layer pipe body 13, the inner cavity of the inner layer pipe body 13 is a ventilation air duct 11, and an inflation space 14 is formed between the outer layer pipe body 12 and the inner layer pipe body 13. In the transportation or unused process of the exhaust pipe, the outer layer pipe body 12 and the inner layer pipe body 13 can be folded along the radial direction, so that the overall space occupation rate of the exhaust pipe is reduced, the exhaust pipe is not only beneficial to storage, but also the volume of a packing box can be reduced during transportation, and the packing cost is further reduced. Here, the cross-sectional shape of the ventilation duct 11 may be circular or square or triangular in a cross-section perpendicular to the axis of the tube body 1, but is not limited thereto.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the connector assembly 2 is further included. One end of the ventilation duct 11 is a connection end, and the connection joint 2 is fixedly connected to the connection end, so that the pipe body 1 can be connected to external equipment through the connection joint 2. It should be noted that the connection joint 2 is made of elastic materials, and the connection joint 2 is provided with a connection hole 21 communicated with the inner cavity of the pipe body 1, so that the connection joint 2 can be sleeved on the external equipment through the connection hole 21. Because the connecting joint 2 is made of elastic materials, the assembly with external equipment of different specifications can be realized, and the universal joint is strong.
Further, the first adhesive member 22 is provided on the inner wall of the connection hole 21, and when the connection terminal 2 is fitted over the external device, the connection terminal 2 is adhered to the external device by the first adhesive member 22.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the outer tube 12 is provided with an inflation hole 15 for inflating the inflation space 14 through the inflation hole 15. Further, the inflation device further comprises a connecting part 16, wherein the connecting part 16 is arranged in the inflation space 14, so that the outer layer pipe body 12 is connected with the inner layer pipe body 13 through the connecting part 16, and when the inflation hole 15 inflates the inflation space 14, the outer layer pipe body 12 expands and simultaneously drives the inner layer pipe body 13 to expand. When the exhaust pipe is not used, the outer layer pipe body 12 and the inner layer pipe body 13 can be folded together, at the moment, the ventilation air duct 11 (i.e. the inner cavity of the inner layer pipe body 13) is in a contracted state, and when the exhaust pipe is required to be used, the air inflation hole 15 is used for inflating the air inflation space 14, so that the outer layer pipe body 12 is inflated, and the inner layer pipe body 13 is driven to be inflated through the connecting part 16, so that the ventilation air duct 11 (i.e. the inner cavity of the inner layer pipe body 13) is opened.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the connecting members 16 include at least two in number, and at least two connecting members 16 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the inner tube body 13. When the outer tube body 12 and the inner tube body 13 are both in the expanded state, the axes of the two coincide.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the plug 3 is further included; the plug 3 can be inserted into the air-filling hole 15 to block the air-filling hole 15 to prevent external impurities from entering the air-filling space 14 through the air-filling hole 15. Further, the handle 31 is provided on the plug 3, so that an operator can complete the plugging or opening operation of the plug 3 on the inflation hole 15 by holding the handle 31.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, an air conditioner includes a housing 4 and an exhaust duct 5 as described in the first embodiment, the housing 4 has a connection portion 41, and the exhaust duct 5 is connected to the connection portion 41 through a connection joint 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the pipe joint 6 is further included, and the pipe joint 6 is adhered to the connecting portion 41, but not limited thereto, and any other connection means that can achieve the object of the present invention may be employed. The connection terminal 2 is connected to the pipe joint 6 such that the connection terminal 2 is connected to the connection portion 41 through the pipe joint 6. Further, as shown in the drawings, when the connection joint 2 has the connection hole 21 communicating with the inner cavity of the pipe body 1, the connection joint 2 is fitted over the pipe joint 6 through the connection hole 21, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any other connection method capable of achieving the object may be adopted.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the first adhesive member 22 is provided on the inner wall of the connection hole 21, and the second adhesive member 61 is provided on the outer wall of the pipe joint 6, and when the connection joint 2 is fitted over the pipe joint 6 through the connection hole 21, the first adhesive member 22 is adhered to the second adhesive member 61. Therefore, the connection between the connecting joint 2 and the pipe joint 6 can be ensured to be firm, and the exhaust pipe 5 can be installed more stably and reliably.
The embodiment of the invention can reduce the space occupation ratio of the exhaust pipe when not in use, thereby being beneficial to storing the exhaust pipe and reducing the packaging cost.
The above description is only an example of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
