本发明一种净化空气的灯具,包括灯体、组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯、驱动马达抽风机、组合式紫外线低压LED空气净化灯,本发明优特点在于筛选具有净化消毒的植物本草颗粒制成生物纳米级过滤芯,其能净化空气还能有效分解、杀灭空气中的病菌,实现空气养生,特别是驱动马达抽风机将室内有害气体抽吸到组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯过滤后,再经组合式紫外线低压LED空气净化灯照射杀灭细菌繁殖体、芽胞、分支杆菌、冠状病毒、真菌、立克次体和衣原体病毒污染的物体表面、水和空气,它在照明同时产生大量负离子,能抑制多种病菌繁殖、净化室内空气中的尘、烟、花粉、毛屑等可吸入颗粒物,是一款创新智慧与高科技完美结合的产品。

本发明涉及净化空气灯领域,尤其涉及一种净化空气的灯具。
背景技术
空气净化灯主要功效除甲醛、除PM2.5、除异味、烟气,室内WHO的研究报告显示:2012年全球因厨房空气污染导致死亡的430万人中,患中风的占到了34%,慢性阻塞性肺疾病和缺血性心脏病分别是22%和26%,而死于肺癌的约占6%,英国著名医学杂志《柳叶刀》关于疾病风险评估的研究项目中,已将厨房空气污染(烟雾)列为高血压、吸烟和酗酒之后最大的健康隐患,每年因持续吸入厨房用火所产生的烟雾而死亡的人数,比疟疾、结核病和艾滋病的致死总数还要多,美国的《国家癌症学会杂志》上关于中国农民的研究,同样印证了厨房空气污染对健康的影响,参加研究的中国和美国科学家在云南省调查了两万多名农民发现,家中炉灶没有通风设备的农民患肺癌的概率,大约是那些在家中增建了烟囱或通风设备的农民的两倍,研究人员表示,在导致肺癌的程度上,使用没有通风设备的炉灶与吸烟差不多,空气净化灯在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,目前,市场上居家领域以单机类家用空气净化灯为主流产品,其主要的功能是去除空气中的颗粒物,包括过敏原、室内的PM2.5,同时还可以解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内挥发性有机物空气污染问题,由于相对封闭的空间中空气污染物的释放有持久性和不确定性的特点,因此使用空气净化灯净化室内空气是国际公认的改善室内空气质量的方法之一,2010年中国空气清洁市场的保有量仅为20万~30万台,这同消费者对此产品重视不够,流通渠道、生产厂家推动较少有很大关系,但相比之下,中国消费者对装修之后的空气污染却格外重视,这正是中国空气清洁市场的发展潜力所在,中国空气清洁市场的销售规模正在以每年20%的速度上升,在此情况下,许多公司集体发力,宣布大力拓展中国空气净化灯市场,随着众多大品牌厂家的进入,市场价格将有望走低,空气净化灯市场正迅速升温,这些对各生产厂家提出了更高的要求,数据显示,空气净化灯在美国家庭的普及率为27%,每年销量为2000万台,而加拿大、英国、意大利、日本、韩国等国家在公共场所、家庭居室的室内空气改善设备配置拥有率都已超过20%,因此,空气净化设备成了发达国家改善室内空气污染状况的有效手段之一,但是,中国的室内空气污染改善的相关公共产品的普及率还不到0.1%,在中国,空气净化灯在公共场所和城市家庭的应用才刚刚起步,销量仅30万台,这同时也意味着一个极具想像空间的巨大市场,全国有空气净化灯企业200多家,以中小企业为主,产量成规模的大的企业较少,主要集中在长三角及珠三角地区,中国净化灯的产量约占世界净化灯产量的70%左右,中国很多企业以出口为主,2008-2011年中国空气净化灯产量达到800多万台,并随着中国雾霾近年来污染波及诸多城市,全国多地雾霾频发,众多城市居民对于空气质量不利状况下的健康问题颇为忧心,白血病、胎儿畸形、癌症,这些可怕的疾病,正在越来越多地和“甲醛装修污染”联系在一起,因此,中国净化灯产量还有快速增加的趋势,早在2004年,甲醛就被世界卫生组织认定为一级致癌物,据统计,超过68%孕妇胎儿畸形是由室内甲醛超标造成的,北京儿童医院数据显示,90%白血病儿童家中曾装修过,甲醛、细菌、雾霾等空气污染,对家人,尤其是儿童、孕妇和老人的健康造成了巨大威胁,这也直接导致空气净化灯在近两年成为市场上当之无愧的“抢手货”,而随着国民经济收入水平提升,国内消费者对于品质与健康生活消费升级的需求越来越强,因此,本发明针对市场空气净化灯存在空气净化技术功能单一的弊端,研发了一种通过组合式紫外线低压LED空气净化灯照射杀灭细菌繁殖体和植物光合滤化净化空气的新型净化空气的灯具,经检索,未发现有此类组合式多功能产品。

本发明的一种净化空气的灯具,包括灯体、组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯、驱动马达抽风机、组合式紫外线低压LED空气净化灯,所述灯体的前端设有组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯,所述灯体的下端设有驱动马达抽风机,所述驱动马达抽风机的下端设有组合式紫外线低压LED空气净化灯,所述组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯是由艾叶和活性炭粉碎压缩后制成生物纳米级过滤芯的,所述组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯的生物纳米级过滤芯是制成多层网状圆筒形的,所述驱动马达抽风机是将室内有害气体抽吸到组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯过滤后,再经组合式紫外线低压LED空气净化灯照射杀灭细菌繁殖体、芽胞、分支杆菌、冠状病毒、真菌、立克次体和衣原体病毒污染的物体表面、水和空气的,它在照明的同时产生大量的植物光合负离子,当空气负离子浓度较高时,能抑制多种病菌繁殖、净化室内空气中的尘、烟、花粉、毛屑等可吸入颗粒物。
本发明优特点在于其融合了空气吸附、负离子、催化、植物和活性炭纳米颗粒高效过滤、光合等复合型净化技术和材料介质,为一种新型安全、环保节能的净化空气灯具。
本发明一种净化空气的灯具,其有益效果在于:筛选具有净化、辟秽消毒的天然植物本草颗粒制成生物纳米级过滤芯,除了能净化空气外,还能有效分解、杀灭空气中的病菌,实现空气养生,特别是驱动马达抽风机将室内有害气体抽吸到组合式艾叶活性炭空气过滤净化芯过滤后,再经组合式紫外线低压LED空气净化灯照射杀灭细菌繁殖体、芽胞、分支杆菌、冠状病毒、真菌、立克次体和衣原体病毒污染的物体表面、水和空气,它在照明的同时产生大量的负离子,其原理如在自然界中植物光合作用、瀑布、雷雨闪电都能产生空气负离子,含有负离子的空气令人呼吸舒畅、心旷神怡,当空气负离子浓度较高时,能抑制多种病菌繁殖、净化室内空气中的尘、烟、花粉、毛屑等可吸入颗粒物,是一款创新智慧与高科技完美结合的产品。
