Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile parts and relates to a motor oil collector.
Background
The engine oil collector of the automobile engine is arranged at the oil suction port of the engine oil pump, and the engine oil collector is used for filtering large-particle foreign matters in engine oil when the engine oil pump sucks oil. The filtration performance is extremely important for its practical effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides an engine oil collector which can improve the filtering effect of the engine oil collector.
The aim of the invention can be achieved by the following technical scheme: an engine oil collector comprises an oil suction pipe and a filtering device. The oil suction pipe is provided with an oil filtering cavity, filtering materials are arranged in the oil filtering cavity, a fixed connection hole is formed in the oil filtering cavity, the lower side of the oil filtering cavity is provided with a lower oil suction pipe, and the upper side of the oil filtering cavity is provided with an upper oil suction pipe. The filtering area can be enlarged by the independent larger oil liquid filtering cavity, the filtering effect is enhanced, and the oil flow velocity is accelerated.
In the engine oil collector, ports of the upper oil suction pipe and the lower oil suction pipe on two sides of the oil liquid filtering cavity are arranged in a staggered mode, so that oil liquid passes through a large amount of filtering materials.
In the engine oil collector, the lower oil suction pipes are arranged in parallel, so that the oil suction speed is increased, and the oil is filtered through a large amount of filtering materials.
In the engine oil collector, the lower oil suction pipe is obliquely arranged so that the particulate matters stay on the inner wall below the lower oil suction pipe.
In the engine oil collector, the inner wall of the lower oil suction pipe is provided with a convex edge along the length direction of the pipe, and the convex edge inclines towards the oil inlet port so that the particulate matters stay on the inner wall.
In the engine oil collector, the ribs are arranged in a fish scale shape, so that the ribs not only can prevent particles from increasing the area of stored particles when absorbing oil, and the particles remain in the grooves among the rib scales, but also can be convenient for flushing the particles in the grooves back to the mailbox when oil flows back.
In the engine oil collector, the lower oil suction pipe is rotatably connected with the oil filtering cavity, and the rotating mechanism controls the lower oil suction pipe to rotate relative to the oil filtering cavity, so that centrifugal force is conveniently utilized, and particles are uniformly attached to the wall surface.
In the engine oil collector, the filtering material in the oil filtering cavity is flexible elastic filtering material, the inflatable air bag is arranged in the oil filtering cavity, and the size of the air bag is controlled to control the volume and the compactness of the filtering material, so that the filtering degree is controlled.
In the engine oil collector, the vibrator is arranged at the end part of the lower oil suction pipe, and when the engine oil is not sucked, particles attached to the lower oil suction pipe or the filtering material fall off through vibration, so that better filtering is facilitated when the engine oil is sucked next time.
Compared with the prior art, the engine oil collector has the following advantages:
the invention improves the filtering effect of the engine oil collector, has simple structure, convenient operation and low cost, and can greatly improve the efficiency.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention, and the technical solutions of the present invention are further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the engine oil collector comprises an oil suction pipe and a filtering device. The oil suction pipe is provided with an oil liquid filter cavity 1, a filter material 2 is arranged in the oil liquid filter cavity, three fixed connection holes 3 are formed in the oil liquid filter cavity and used for fixing the oil liquid filter cavity, the lower oil suction pipe 4 is arranged at the lower side of the oil liquid filter cavity, the upper oil suction pipe 5 is arranged at the upper side of the oil liquid filter cavity, the lower oil suction pipe sucks oil from an oil pan, and oil enters the upper oil suction pipe after being filtered by the oil liquid filter cavity. The filtering area can be enlarged by the independent larger oil liquid filtering cavity, the filtering effect is enhanced, and the oil flow velocity is accelerated. The ports of the upper oil suction pipe and the lower oil suction pipe on two sides of the oil liquid filtering cavity are arranged in a staggered mode, so that oil liquid passes through a large amount of filtering materials. The lower oil suction pipes are arranged in parallel, so that the oil suction speed is increased, and the oil is filtered through a large amount of filter materials.
Example two
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the lower suction pipe is inclined so that the particulate matter stays on the inner wall below the lower suction pipe. The inner wall of the lower oil suction pipe is provided with the convex edges 6 along the length direction of the pipe, the convex edges incline towards the oil inlet port, and the convex edges are arranged in a fish scale shape, so that the convex edges not only can prevent particles from increasing the area of stored particles when oil is sucked, but also can facilitate flushing the particles in the grooves back into the mailbox when oil flows back. The lower oil suction pipe is rotatably connected with the oil filtering cavity, and the motor 7 controls the lower oil suction pipe to rotate relative to the oil filtering cavity, so that centrifugal force is conveniently utilized, and particles are uniformly and better attached to the wall surface. The filtering material in the oil filtering cavity is flexible elastic filtering material, an inflatable airbag 8 is arranged in the oil filtering cavity, and the size of the airbag is controlled to control the volume and the compactness of the filtering material, so that the filtering degree is controlled. The vibrator 9 is arranged at the end part of the lower oil suction pipe, so that particles attached to the lower oil suction pipe or the filtering material fall off through vibration when oil is not sucked, and better filtering is facilitated when oil is sucked next time.
