电池箱是悬挂于车厢下部的一个重要部件,电池箱内的蓄电池直接提供本车用电,电池箱质量的好坏直接影响蓄电池的正常工作,由于电池箱常年暴露于大气中受外界环境的影响很大,特别是现在大气污染严重,使电池箱的锈蚀故障率提高,较大程度的缩短电池箱的使用寿命,因此电池箱箱体的防腐性能是亟待解决的问题。

技术效果:本发明中以有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液作为基料,其固化后的具有优良的耐碱性、耐酸性和耐溶剂性,可以确保防腐层的防腐蚀性能,添加的聚碳硅烷可以辅助有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液有效的抵制强酸和强碱的腐蚀,进一步提高防腐层的耐腐蚀性能,此外,本发明中有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液结合还具有优异的弹性和抗龟裂性,同时还耐沾污性、耐水性、耐候性以及耐老化性好,具有良好的贮存稳定性,能够提高防腐层的使用寿命、改善防腐层的综合性能,另外,本发明加入的纳米级羟基石墨烯,可以进入到有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液形成的防腐层内涂层内,闭合涂层内气孔,使涂层表面较致密,使得外界污染物无法较顺利的进入到涂层内,无法侵蚀防腐层,即使污染物附着在涂层上,也能够较轻易的将污染物清洗掉,本发明制备的防腐层可以确保电池箱的防腐蚀性能,提高电池箱的使用寿命。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明中加入的ZnO-CeO2颗粒,粒径为9~11微米,其加入后可以使得涂料具备自洁功能,自洁作用可减少灰尘等杂物的附着,降低外界物质对防腐层的破坏;
(2)本发明中添加的一缩乙二醇是一种成膜助剂,其可以使有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液中的颗粒表面软化,促使聚合物粒子意受压变形,融合成膜,且一缩乙二醇为高沸点溶剂,其会在涂膜形成后慢慢挥发掉,减少对防腐层性能的影响;本发明中添加的六偏磷酸钠和羧甲基纤维素,作为分散剂,其可以增加涂膜的流平性;
(3)本发明中添加的复合磷酸锌可以作为粘合剂,其具有很强的粘结力和热稳定性,可以使防腐层的附着力较好,不易脱落,从而稳定的保护电池箱,添加的重络酸钾是一种缓蚀剂,可以减缓防护涂料被外界介质腐蚀,进一步确保防腐层的防腐性能。

实施例3:一种防腐电池箱,与实施例1不同之处在于,防腐层的化学成分及重量份数如下:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液:4kg,聚碳硅烷:2kg,聚丙烯酰胺:1kg,纳米级羟基石墨烯:2kg,羧甲基纤维素:1kg,六偏磷酸钠:1kg,ZnO-CeO2颗粒:2kg,一缩乙二醇:1kg,复合磷酸锌:3kg,重络酸钾:3kg,填料:4kg。
将实施例1-实施例3制备的防腐层进行应用试验,各项性能按国标进行测定,试验条件及其他实验材料均相同,测试结果如下:

由上表可知,本发明制备的防护层在耐腐蚀性能以及表面致密度方面均大幅提高,可以稳定的保护电池箱不被腐蚀,提高电池箱的使用寿命。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种防腐电池箱,包括箱体,其特征在于:所述箱体的表面涂覆有防腐层,所述防腐层的化学成分及重量份数如下:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液:4~6份,聚碳硅烷:2~4份,聚丙烯酰胺:1~3份,纳米级羟基石墨烯:2~3份,羧甲基纤维素:1~2份,六偏磷酸钠:1~2份,ZnO-CeO2颗粒:2~3份,一缩乙二醇:1~3份,复合磷酸锌:3~5份,重络酸钾:3~4份,填料:4~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐电池箱,其特征在于:所述防腐层的化学成分及重量份数如下:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液:5份,聚碳硅烷:3份,聚丙烯酰胺:2份,纳米级羟基石墨烯:2.5份,羧甲基纤维素:1.5份,六偏磷酸钠:1.5份,ZnO-CeO2颗粒:2.5份,一缩乙二醇:1.5份,复合磷酸锌:4份,重络酸钾:3.5份,填料:5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐电池箱,其特征在于:所述防腐层的化学成分及重量份数如下:有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液:6份,聚碳硅烷:4份,聚丙烯酰胺:3份,纳米级羟基石墨烯:3份,羧甲基纤维素:2份,六偏磷酸钠:2份,ZnO-CeO2颗粒:3份,一缩乙二醇:3份,复合磷酸锌:5份,重络酸钾:4份,填料:6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐电池箱,其特征在于:所述ZnO-CeO2颗粒的粒径为9~11微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐电池箱,其特征在于:所述填料包括钛白粉和滑石粉,且所述钛白粉和滑石粉的含量比为1:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐电池箱,其特征在于:所述纳米级羟基石墨烯的粒径为4~7nm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐电池箱,其特征在于:所述防腐层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、在分散容器中加入有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液,然后将聚碳硅烷和聚丙烯酰胺加入到分散容器中,便加入羧甲基纤维素和六偏磷酸钠边搅拌,温度保持在45℃,搅拌35min;
b、在分散容器中加入纳米级羟基石墨烯,升温至125℃,搅拌30min,过滤;
c、将过滤后的乳液加入到预乳化容器中,开动乳化机,加入ZnO-CeO2颗粒、一缩乙二醇、复合磷酸锌、重络酸钾和填料,升温至135-145℃,乳化35min;
d、观察乳化液是否分层,有无单体珠滴凝聚,如果分层,再次搅拌,直至乳化液体均匀。
