Abstract
The invention relates to a revealing local holographic color printing anti-counterfeiting film and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the anti-counterfeiting film is characterized by comprising a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) base film, a color printing layer, a first composite coating, a holographic information layer, a second composite coating and a transfer coating, wherein the holographic information layer is partially covered by the second composite coating, and the adhesive force between the transfer coating and the first composite coating and between the transfer coating and the second composite coating is smaller than the adhesive force between the color printing layer and the first composite coating as well as between the first composite coating and between the transfer coating and the second composite coating. The manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) carrying out color printing on the surface of the PET base film; 2) coating composite mould pressing coating on the surface of the color printing layer; 3) embossing the holographic information layer; 4) the gravure printing composite coating is adopted in partial area; 5) coating transfer paint on the holographic information layer and the second composite coating to form a transfer coating; the product of the invention has the advantage of good anti-counterfeiting performance, and the manufacturing method of the invention has the advantage of stable and reliable process.

The holographic image has the characteristics of clear image, gorgeous color and strong stereoscopic impression, is widely applied to the field of packaging from the last 80 th century, is generally arranged at a position striking the surface of the packaging, and currently along with the popularization of laser holographic image manufacturing technology and equipment, counterfeiting technology is continuously improved, the anti-counterfeiting performance of the holographic image is poor, and the current anti-counterfeiting requirements cannot be met.

the composite die pressing coating of the invention is water composite die pressing coating, and is mainly characterized in that: the coating has strong adhesive force with a film, is not easy to peel off, has strong weather resistance, good leveling property of a coating layer, uniform coating, fresh mould pressing patterns and high brightness. Meanwhile, the composite die-pressing coating is a water-based coating and is a completely different system from a solvent-based transfer coating, so that the problems of mutual interference and undercut are avoided in the processing process, and the stripping performance of the transfer coating is ensured.
The composite die-pressing coating of the invention comprises the following raw materials:
water-based acrylic resin: the main agent resin and the film-forming resin enhance the film-forming property of the coating;
alkyd-acrylic copolymer: the firmness between the coating and the coated object is controlled, and the coating and the coated object are firmly combined together;
deionized water and alcohol: a solvent;
diethylene glycol butyl ether: slow-drying solvents, as auxiliary solvents for paints and as paint stabilizers;
dipropylene glycol methyl ether: used as an auxiliary solvent and a coupling agent of the coating.
The transfer coating is a solvent-based transfer coating and is mainly characterized in that: the coating has good leveling property and film-forming property, high transparency and good stripping property, and the stripping force of the coating is controlled by adjusting the proportion of each component, particularly the proportion of methyl methacrylate, so that the process control is facilitated. The most important is that the transfer coating and the composite die pressing coating are different coating systems and do not interfere with each other in the processing process, so that the independence of the performances of the respective coatings is guaranteed.
The transfer coating of the invention has the following functions of raw materials:
cellulose acetate: the coating main agent and the film-forming resin enhance the film-forming property of the coating;
methyl methacrylate: the transfer performance of the coating is controlled, and the stripping performance of the transfer coating is guaranteed.

Further, the preparation method of the composite die pressing coating comprises the following steps: mixing deionized water, alcohol and diethylene glycol monobutyl ether according to the proportion requirement, dividing into two parts according to the proportion of 2: 1, slowly adding a large part of solvent into water-based acrylic resin under the stirring state, and then continuing stirring for more than 30 min; slowly adding the alkyd-acrylic acid copolymer into a small part of solvent under the stirring state, and then continuously stirring for more than 30 min; and after stirring, mixing the two resin solutions, adding dipropylene glycol methyl ether under a stirring state, and stirring for more than 30min to obtain the composite coating.
Further, the manufacturing method of the transfer coating comprises the following steps: mixing butanone and butyl acetate in a container, dividing a mixed solvent into two parts, slowly adding cellulose acetate into one part of the mixed solvent under the stirring state for dissolving, wherein the stirring time is more than 30min, slowly adding methyl methacrylate into the other part of the mixed solvent under the stirring state for dissolving, wherein the stirring time is more than 30min, mixing the two parts of the mixed solution after stirring, adding DOP under the stirring state, wherein the stirring time is more than 30min, and stirring to obtain the transfer layer coating.
Furthermore, the coating temperature of the transfer layer coating is 80-130 ℃, and the coating and drying time is 5-10S.
The color printing layer of the invention is printed with various decorative patterns, characters, trademarks, enterprise logos and the like.
The composite coating layer is tightly and firmly combined with the PET base film and the printing layer.
The holographic information layer of the present invention may be a universal or a proprietary version when embossed.
The transfer coating has strippable performance and can be separated from the composite coating, the holographic information layer on the composite coating is covered by the transfer coating under a normal state, and the holographic information layer on the composite coating can be displayed after the transfer coating is stripped.
When the adhesive tape is used for uncovering: but not limited to, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with the width of 4cm (the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has strong adhesive force and good consistency) is attached to the surface of the transfer coating, then the tape is peeled off from one end of the tape at 90 degrees, at the moment, the transfer coating and the tape are peeled off together, and the holographic laser pattern on the peeled part is displayed.
The anti-counterfeiting film can also be applied to paper-plastic composite packaging, the film is processed firstly, so that packaging information is displayed on the film, the paper-plastic composite packaging box is formed, after the packaging box is damaged, the film and the paper are destructively separated, and the transfer coating is peeled off, so that a holographic effect is displayed, and the anti-counterfeiting film has excellent and visual one-line anti-counterfeiting performance.
The product of the invention has the advantage of good anti-counterfeiting performance, and the manufacturing method of the invention has the advantage of stable and reliable process.
1) The composite coating and the transfer coating are made of different systems of coatings, the performance and appearance of the composite coating and the holographic information layer on the composite coating can not be affected when the transfer coating is coated, the transfer coating can be smoothly transferred from the composite coating, and the process is stable and reliable.
2) The product is only a pure common color printing effect in appearance, and the information is public. But the holographic information layer is hidden in the film, the holographic information layer can be various holographic information anti-counterfeiting patterns and characters such as product information, company LOGO and the like, the information can not be seen under normal conditions, and the holographic information layer can be shown only after the transfer coating without the second composite coating is uncovered, so that the very practical and effective anti-counterfeiting effect is achieved.

The anti-counterfeiting film prepared by the embodiment is only simple in common color printing effect in appearance, and the information is public. But the holographic information layer is hidden in the local position in the film, the holographic information layer can be various holographic information anti-counterfeiting patterns and characters such as product information, company LOGO and the like, the information can not be seen under the normal condition, and the holographic information layer can be displayed only after the transfer coating without the second composite coating is removed, so that the film plays a very practical and effective anti-counterfeiting effect.
