As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fastening member 42 includes a pair of fastening clips, where the fastening clips include a supporting arm 421, a lower bending section 425, a connecting arm 422, an upper bending section 426 and an elastic arm 423 that are sequentially connected, the upper end of the supporting arm 421 is connected to the inner wall of the fastening member 42, the upper shaft section 411 of the connecting column 41 passes between the pair of elastic arms 423, the lower portion of the elastic arm 423 has a clamping edge 424 that can resist the surface of the upper shaft section 411, and under the action of the elastic force of the pair of elastic arms 423, the clamping edge 424 elastically clamps the upper shaft section 411, and after long-time use, the flip die holder 3 can be stably fixed after die assembly, so as to ensure the stability of the shoe processing effect.
A movable cavity 428 is provided between the elastic arm 423 and the connecting arm 422, the movable cavity 428 becomes smaller after the pair of elastic arms 423 elastically clamp the upper shaft section 411, and the movable cavity 428 becomes larger after the upper shaft section 411 is separated from the pair of elastic arms 423.
As shown in fig. 5, the lower shaft section 412 of the connecting post 41 extends into the mounting sleeve 47, one side of the lower shaft section 412 has a notch 413, one end of the ball 45 is abutted in the notch 413, so as to lock the connecting post 41, and prevent the lower shaft section 412 from being separated from the central cavity of the mounting sleeve 47, thereby improving the stability after mold closing.
The lower end of the notch groove 413 is provided with a slope 414, the lower end of the notch groove 413 is smoothly transited to the surface of the lower shaft section 412 through the slope 414, and the balls 45 are smoothly transited into the slope 414 along the slope 414 when the connecting column 41 is inserted into the mounting sleeve 47; when the upper fixing base 21 is separated from the mounting sleeve 47 with the connecting post 41, the balls 45 roll along the inclined surface 414, so that the balls 45 slide out of the notch groove 413.
As shown in fig. 2, the locking unit 4 further includes a first spring 43 sleeved on the outer periphery of the connecting post 41, the upper end of the first spring 43 abuts against the lower end of the upper fixing seat 21, the lower end of the first spring 43 abuts against the upper end of the fastening piece 42, the first spring 43 is used for elastically opening the male mold 2, after the male mold 2 and the female mold 1 are assembled, the first spring 43 is in a compressed state, after the electromagnet 44 is de-energized, the electromagnet 44 magnetically disappears, under the elastic force of the first spring 43, the connecting post 41 moves upwards and is separated from the electromagnet 44, so that the male mold 2 rotates upwards to be opened, and then the flip mold holder 3 rotates upwards to be opened, so as to realize mold opening.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the upper portion of the fastener 42 has a through hole 429 through which the upper shaft section 411 passes, and the lower end of the first spring 43 abuts against the upper end surface of the through hole 429.
The other end of the second spring 46 abuts against the inner wall of the lower fixing base 11.
A cavity 427 is provided between the support arm 421 and the fastener 42.
The upper end of the mounting sleeve 47 is provided with a ring groove 471, a mounting hole 472 is formed in the mounting sleeve 47, the ball 45 and the second spring 46 are both arranged in the mounting hole 472, and one end of the mounting hole 472 is tapered, so that the ball 45 cannot be separated from the mounting hole 472.
After the multicolor blowing upper drawing die is assembled, the connecting column 41 passes through the fastening piece 42 and is inserted into the mounting sleeve 47, the electromagnet 44 is magnetically attracted with the lower end of the connecting column 41 after being electrified to lock the assembled state of the female die 1, the male die 2 and the turnover die holder 3, meanwhile, the fastening piece 42 elastically clamps the upper shaft section 411, the ball 45 elastically resists in the notch groove 413 of the lower shaft section 412, thereby being beneficial to preventing the connecting column 41 from moving upwards and further improving the stabilizing effect of the multicolor blowing upper drawing die.
When the multicolor blowing upper drawing die is opened, the electromagnet 44 loses the electromagnetic property, the connecting column 41 moves upwards along with the upper fixing seat 21 under the elastic restoring force of the first spring 43, and the die is opened.
