4. A PCBA board positioning and fixing method is characterized in that the PCBA board positioning and fixing device as claimed in any one of claims 1-3 is adopted;
the method comprises the following steps:
selecting PCBA jointed board positioning pins with corresponding sizes according to the sizes of the positioning holes of the PCBA jointed boards, and fixing the PCBA jointed board positioning pins on the base through threads;
penetrating the positioning hole of the PCBA jointed board through the PCBA jointed board positioning pin to enable the PCBA jointed board to be located on the base;
adjusting the position of the sliding block on the guide rail to enable the PCBA clamping component to be attached to the side edge of the PCBA jointed board, and screwing the first locking handle;
the PCBA jointed board is clamped through the PCBA clamping component.

The PCBA jointed board positioning and fixing method according to claim 4, wherein the PCBA clamping component comprises a slide block baffle, a stop block pressing plate and a second locking handle, the slide block baffle comprises a PCBA jointed board edge limiting step, a first threaded hole and a stop block pressing plate limiting groove, and the second locking handle penetrates through the first threaded hole;
make PCBA clamping component hug closely the side of PCBA makeup, and tighten first locking handle includes the following steps:
the slide block baffle is driven to move to the side edge of the PCBA by the movement of the slide block, so that the side edge of the PCBA is tightly attached to the limit step of the edge of the PCBA;
