Background
The catheterization operation is one of the common clinical medical operations, is suitable for urinary retention caused by lower urinary tract obstruction, and is also applied to rescuing critical patients, pre-general anesthesia preparation, intravesical drug infusion or bladder irrigation and other conditions. Of the patients who need to be catheterized for various reasons, a significant portion of the patients need to have a catheter left in the bladder for a long period of time (over 3 days). The catheter remained in the bladder can be used as a foreign body to stimulate bladder mucosa to cause local inflammation and bladder stimulation symptoms of patients, the catheter can even damage the bladder mucosa, and some patients report that bladder perforation is caused by long-term retention of the catheter.
The catheterization opening of the commonly used catheter is positioned on the side wall of the catheter about 3 cm to 5cm in front of the positioning balloon. The catheter with the structure has the following defects in the using process: after the catheter is expanded and positioned by the positioning air sac, on one hand, the head end of the catheter positioned in front of the positioning air sac can be inserted into soft bladder mucosa to cause ischemia necrosis of the local bladder mucosa, so that uncomfortable symptoms of patients are aggravated, and the structure is one of main reasons for causing bladder perforation; on the other hand, because the urethral catheterization opening of the urethral catheter with the structure is positioned on the side wall of the urethral catheter, if the side wall of the urethral catheter is clung to the bladder mucosa, the urethral catheterization is easy to be unsmooth, the position of the urethral catheter needs to be repositioned, and the uncomfortable symptoms of patients are aggravated.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the catheter with the inflatable bladder comprises a catheter 1 and an inflatable positioning bladder 2 arranged on the catheter 1, in this embodiment, a cavity of the catheter 1 is a catheter channel cavity 4, a filling water injection channel cavity 3 is arranged on a wall of the catheter 1, a double-cavity tubular structure with the filling water injection channel cavity 3 and the catheter channel cavity 4 is integrally formed by adopting silica gel, wherein a horn-shaped water injection connecting part 8 for connecting a one-way valve is formed by extending the rear end of the filling water injection channel cavity 3 backwards, and a horn-shaped urine collecting bag connecting part 7 is formed by extending the rear end of the catheter channel cavity 4 backwards. The expansion positioning bag 2 is in a C-shaped major arc structure and surrounds the end head of the catheter 1 and is communicated with the filling water injection channel cavity. After the expansion positioning bag 2 is inflated, the front end bag wall of the expansion positioning bag 2 is flush with the front end of the catheter 1 or exceeds the front end of the catheter 1, so that the front end of the catheter 1 cannot touch the bladder wall. The end of the catheter 1 is provided with a first catheterization inlet 5 and a second catheterization inlet 6, the first catheterization inlet 5 is arranged on the side wall of the end of the catheter 1 and is positioned at the C-shaped opening of the expansion positioning bag 2, the second catheterization inlet 6 is positioned at the front end of the catheter 1, the first catheterization inlet is used as a main catheterization inlet, the second catheterization inlet is used as an auxiliary catheterization inlet, the first catheterization inlet is a strip-shaped hole, preferably an ellipse, the long axis of the ellipse first catheterization inlet 5 extends along the length direction of the catheter 1, the length of the long axis of the ellipse first catheterization inlet 5 is 8-12mm, the length of the short axis is 3-7mm, the second catheterization inlet 6 is positioned at the front end of the catheter 1, the second catheterization inlet 6 is a round hole, and the diameter of the round hole is 0.8-1.2mm.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the difference between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that a flushing water injection channel cavity 9 is integrally formed on the pipe wall of the catheter 1, the shape of the rear end of the flushing water injection channel cavity is the same as that of the rear end of the filling water injection channel cavity, a water outlet of the flushing water injection channel cavity 9 is arranged at the end of the catheter 1 and is positioned beside the second catheter inlet 6, and the water outlet of the flushing water injection channel cavity 9 is larger than the second catheter inlet 6. The water can be injected into the bladder of the patient through the flushing water injection channel cavity, and the injected water flows flush the bladder and then pass through the first urethral catheterization inlet and the second urethral catheterization inlet to be discharged from the urethral catheterization channel cavity, so that the cyclic flushing effect is realized. The rest of the structure is the same as that of the first embodiment.
The working principle of the invention is that, taking the first embodiment as an example, after the catheter is inserted into the bladder through the urethra of a patient, the inflatable positioning bag is inflated by filling the water injection channel cavity to position the catheter. The front end wall of the expansion positioning bag exceeds the end head of the catheter 1, so that the front end of the end head of the catheter 1 cannot contact the bladder wall, and local inflammation and bladder irritation symptoms of a patient caused by the stimulation of the bladder mucosa of the patient by the front end of the end head of the catheter are avoided; the first urethral catheterization inlet is spaced from the bladder mucosa through the expansion positioning bag, the surfaces of the urethral catheter in the bladder and the expansion positioning bag are smooth and have no protrusions, damage to the bladder mucosa and uncomfortable feeling of a patient are greatly reduced, and related complications of long-term indwelling of the urethral catheter are reduced. Urine retained in the bladder enters the urethral catheterization channel cavity from the gap through the first catheterization inlet and flows into the urine collection bag at the rear end.
In the catheterization process, the guide wire can be inserted into the second catheterization inlet to assist in catheterization, and the effect of assisting in urine drainage can be achieved.
