The water spray mechanism includes water spray box 18, third piston 19, spray pipe 20 and ejector pin 21, water spray box 18 is established on last backup pad 2, third piston 19 slides and locates in water spray box 18, ejector pin 21 runs through the bottom and the perpendicular connection of third piston 19 of water spray box 18, ejector pin 21 can drive third piston 19 in the vertical direction and reciprocate, upward be equipped with the cam 22 that is used for driving third piston 19 reciprocating motion on the backup pad 2, cam 22 connects in the pivot, the pivot is passed through the bearing and is connected with last backup pad 2, the pivot passes through the output shaft of belt and motor, make cam 22 and carousel 13 coaxial coupling, cam 22 in this scheme is disc cam 22, the position that lies in third piston 19 top in water spray box 18 is equipped with and washs water, the one end and the water spray box 18 intercommunication of spray pipe 20, the other end runs through backup pad 2, and the mouth of pipe is just to curtain board 1.
The first cleaning liquid adding mechanism comprises an air blowing device 29, an air inflating device and a cleaning liquid tank 32, the working principles of the air inflating device and the air pump are the same, the air inflating device comprises an air cylinder 25 and a first piston 26 arranged in the air cylinder 25 in a sliding mode, the air cylinder 25 is fixed on the right supporting plate 5, a first air inlet pipe 27 is communicated between the air cylinder 25 and the air blowing device 29, a first one-way valve 28 is arranged on the first air inlet pipe 27, a second piston 33 is arranged in the cleaning liquid tank 32 in a sliding mode, the cleaning liquid tank 32 is divided into a liquid storage part 34 and an air inflation part 35 by the second piston 33, cleaning liquid is arranged in the liquid storage part 34, a first air outlet 36 is arranged at the bottom end of the air inflation part 35 (shown in figure 4), the first air outlet 36 is conical, a first sealing ball 37 for sealing the first air outlet 36 is arranged at the first air outlet 36, a first spring 38 is connected between the first sealing ball 37 and the second piston 33, a second air inlet pipe 30, a second check valve 31 is arranged on the second air inlet pipe 30, a liquid outlet pipe 39 is arranged on the liquid storage part 34, one end of the liquid outlet pipe 39 is communicated with the liquid storage part 34, a pipe orifice at the other end is arranged opposite to the curtain wall plate 1, a second spring 40 is connected between the second piston 33 and the cleaning liquid tank 32, the bottom end of the first piston 26 is vertically connected with a first wedge rod 23 used for spraying cleaning liquid, and the wedge rod is matched with the wedge block 11; the second cleaning liquid adding mechanism has the same structure as the first cleaning liquid adding mechanism and is symmetrically arranged about the wedge 11, and a second wedge rod 24 symmetrically arranged with the first wedge rod 23 is arranged on the second cleaning liquid adding mechanism.
Sewage recovery mechanism includes water catch bowl 41, rose box 42 and water catch tank 43, water catch bowl 41 is located on backup pad 3, the bottom of backup pad 3 is located to rose box 42, be equipped with activated carbon 44 in the rose box 42, activated carbon 44 separates rose box 42 for water purification portion and sewage portion, the sewage portion and the water catch bowl 41 intercommunication of rose box 42, the water purification portion and the water catch tank 43 intercommunication of rose box 42, it is equipped with fourth piston 45 to slide in the water catch tank 43, be connected with third spring 46 between fourth piston 45 and the water catch tank 43, the intercommunication has fourth intake pipe 47 between first gas outlet 36 of water catch tank 43 and second washing liquid interpolation mechanism, the intercommunication has first inlet tube 48 between water catch tank 43 and the spray tank 18, first inlet tube 48 and fourth intake pipe 47 communicate with the water catch tank 43 at fourth piston 45 both ends respectively.
The water supplementing mechanism comprises a water supplementing tank 49 and a fifth piston 50, the fifth piston 50 is slidably arranged in the water supplementing tank 49, cleaning water is arranged at a position, above the fifth piston 50, in the water supplementing tank 49, of the fifth piston, a third air inlet pipe 51 is communicated between a first air outlet 36 of the first cleaning liquid adding mechanism and the water supplementing tank 49, the third air inlet pipe 51 is communicated with the bottom end of the water supplementing tank 49, (as shown in fig. 5) a second air outlet 57 is arranged in the water supplementing tank 49, the second air outlet 57 is conical, the second air outlet 57 is arranged below the fifth piston 50, a second sealing ball 52 used for sealing the second air outlet 57 is arranged at the second air outlet 57, a fourth spring 53 is connected between the second sealing ball 52 and the fifth piston 50, a fifth spring 56 is connected between the top end of the fifth piston 50 and the water supplementing tank 49, the water supplementing mechanism is arranged on the upper support plate 2, and a second water inlet pipe 54 is communicated between the water supplementing mechanism and the water; and limiting cylinders 55 for limiting the first sealing ball 37 and the second sealing ball 52 are arranged in the cleaning liquid tank 32 and the water replenishing tank 49.
The specific implementation mode of the scheme is as follows: the cleaner starts the motor to drive the rotary disc 13 and the cam 22 to rotate simultaneously, when the cam 22 pushes up the top bar 21, the third piston 19 extrudes the cleaning water in the water spraying tank 18 upwards, the water level of the cleaning water in the water spraying tank 18 rises, when the water level is at the joint of the water spraying pipe 20 and the water spraying tank 18, the cleaning water is sprayed on the curtain wall board 1 through the water spraying pipe 20, when the cam 22 is separated from the top bar 21, the cleaning water in the water spraying tank 18 presses down the top bar 21 and returns to the initial position, when the cam 22 pushes up the top bar 21 again, the cleaning water is sprayed on the curtain wall board 1 again, when the rotary disc 13 rotates, the wedge block 11 intermittently contacts with the first wedge rod 23 and the second wedge rod 24, the wedge block 11 causes the first wedge rod 23 and the second wedge rod 24 to reciprocate, and the first piston 26 in the first cleaning liquid adding mechanism and the second cleaning liquid adding mechanism also reciprocates, and compresses the gas between the first piston 26 and the cylinder 25, and as the gas pressure increases, the first check valve 28 opens and the gas enters the blowing device 29.
When the cam 22 pushes the top bar 21 to the highest position, and the water level of the cleaning water in the water spray tank 18 is still lower than the connection position of the water spray pipe 20 and the water spray tank 18, the cleaning water in the water spray tank 18 does not spray the cleaning water to the curtain wall board 1 any more, and the cleaning water sprayed on the curtain wall board 1 flows into the water collection tank 41 along the curtain wall board 1, then flows into the filter tank 42 for filtering, and finally flows into the water collection tank 43; however, the air pumping device continuously pumps air into the air pumping device 29, so that the air pressure in the air pumping device 29 is continuously increased, when the air pressure in the air pumping device 29 reaches a pressure value for opening the second check valve 31, the second check valve 31 is opened, then the air in the air pumping device 29 enters the cleaning solution tank 32, then the second piston 33 moves upwards under the action of the air pressure, the second spring 40 is compressed, the cleaning solution in the liquid storage parts 34 of the first cleaning solution adding mechanism and the second cleaning solution adding mechanism is extruded onto the curtain wall board 1 through the liquid outlet pipe 39, during the upward movement of the second piston 33, the first spring 38 pulls the first sealing ball 37 to move upwards, then the first air outlet 36 is opened, then the air in the air charging part 35 is discharged from the first air outlet 36, then when the air pressure in the air charging part 35 is reduced, under the action of the stress of the second spring 40, the second piston 33 returns to the initial position, and when the high-pressure gas in the air blowing device 29 enters the air charging portion 35 again, the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage portion 34 sprays the cleaning liquid to the curtain wall plate 1 again.
The gas discharged from the first cleaning liquid adding mechanism enters the water replenishing tank 49 through the third gas inlet pipe 51, then the fifth piston 50 moves upward under the action of gas pressure, then the cleaning water in the water replenishing tank 49 enters the water spraying tank 18 through the second gas inlet pipe 54, during the upward movement of the fifth piston 50, the fourth spring 53 pulls the second sealing ball 52 upward, then the second gas outlet 57 is opened, the gas in the water replenishing tank 49 is discharged from the second gas outlet 57, then the fifth piston 50 returns to the initial position under the action of the stress of the fifth spring 56, and the second gas outlet 57 is sealed by the second sealing ball 52; the quantity of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 32 is limited, so that excessive addition of the cleaning liquid can be avoided, waste is avoided, the quantity of the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 32 is only enough for one-time use, after the water replenishing tank 49 replenishes water to the water spraying tank 18, the water level in the water spraying tank 18 reaches the water spraying level again, and therefore when the cam 22 jacks up the ejector rod 21, the water spraying pipe 20 sprays water to the curtain wall plate 1 again, and cleaning liquid foams and pollutants on the curtain wall plate 1 are washed clean; and the gas discharged from the first gas outlet 36 of the second cleaning liquid adding mechanism enters the water collecting tank 43 through the fourth gas inlet pipe 47, and then pushes the fourth piston 45 in the water collecting tank 43 to move leftward, and then the fourth piston 45 presses the clean cleaning water in the water collecting tank 43 into the water spray tank 18 through the first water inlet pipe 48, and when the pressure at the left end of the fourth piston 45 in the water collecting tank 43 is greater than the pressure at the right end, the fourth piston 45 returns to the initial position under the stress of the third spring 46.
The technical effect of the scheme is as follows:
1. the smooth degree of operation of the glass curtain wall cleaning device is guaranteed by the aid of the crank block 8 mechanism.
2. The limiting cylinders 55 are arranged in the cleaning liquid tank 32 and the water replenishing tank 49, so that the first air outlet 36 and the second air outlet 57 can be prevented from deviating from the first air outlet 36 and the second air outlet 57 when the first sealing ball 37 and the second sealing ball 52 move upwards, and the first air outlet 36 and the second air outlet 57 cannot be sealed by the first sealing ball 37 and the second sealing ball 52.
6. The water supplementing mechanism is arranged, so that when the cam 22 jacks up the ejector rod 21 and the water level of cleaning water in the water spraying mechanism is still lower than the connecting position of the water spraying tank 18 and the water spraying pipe 20, the water supplementing mechanism and the first cleaning liquid adding mechanism are matched to supplement the cleaning water in the water supplementing tank 49 to the water spraying tank 18, so that the water level in the water spraying tank 18 is higher than the connecting position of the water spraying tank 18 and the water spraying pipe 20, and secondary water spraying is carried out on the curtain wall plate 1.
7.
