In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the sound box 1 with air purifying function and air humidifying function includes: a housing 10, a speaker 20, an air humidifying device 30, and an air purifying device 40. The speaker 20, the air humidification device 30, and the air purification device 40 are all disposed inside the housing 10.
Preferably, the speaker 20 is disposed above one end of the air cleaning device 40 and away from the air humidifying device 30, so as to prevent the speaker 20 from being affected by water mist escaping from the air humidifying device 30 or water stain remaining outside thereof.
The housing 10 is provided with a first opening 111, a second opening 121 and a third opening 122. The air humidification device 30 has a spray opening 33, the spray opening 33 being in communication with the first aperture 111. The air purifying device 40 has a housing 41, the housing 41 is provided with an air inlet 42 and an air outlet 43, the air inlet 42 is communicated with the second opening 121, and the air outlet 43 is communicated with the third opening 122.
Further, the housing 10 includes: top shell 11, bottom shell 12, front panel 13 and back panel 14. The top shell 11 and the bottom shell 12 are mutually combined up and down and form an opening on the front side and the rear side respectively, the front panel 13 covers the opening on the front side, and the back plate 14 covers the opening on the rear side.
Further, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, the first opening 111 is formed in the top case 11. The second opening 121 is disposed at the bottom shell 12 and located at the lower end of the back plate 14, and the third opening 122 is disposed at the bottom shell 12 and located at the lower end of the front panel 13. The second opening 121 and the third opening 122 extend in the longitudinal direction of the bottom case 12, respectively. The first opening 111 is a water mist outlet hole, so that water mist can escape from above the sound box 1. The second opening 121 is an air inlet, so that polluted air can enter from the back of the sound box 1. The third opening 122 is an air outlet, so that the purified air can be blown out from the front side of the sound box 1 to the user. The three openings are reasonably arranged at different positions of the loudspeaker box 1 and are far away from each other and do not interfere with each other.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the bottom case 12 is provided with a first mounting opening 123 for mounting the air purifying device 40, and a first mounting plate 124 is covered at the first mounting opening 123. A plurality of mounting holes 125 are formed in the periphery of the first mounting opening 123, and a corresponding number of buckles 126 are formed in the periphery of the first mounting plate 124. The buckle 126 is engaged with the mounting hole 125, so that the first mounting plate 124 is engaged with the first mounting hole 123. After the first mounting plate 124 is opened, the user can detach the air cleaning device 40 from the bottom surface through the first mounting opening 123. Preferably, the air cleaning device 40 is disposed above the first mounting plate 124.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 6, the back plate 14 is provided with a second mounting opening 141 for mounting the air humidifying device 30, and the second mounting opening 141 covers the second mounting plate 142. The air humidifying device 30 is disposed in front of the second mounting port 141 and inside the second mounting plate 142. In this embodiment, the air humidification device 30 is fastened to the second mounting plate 142. When the user pulls the second mounting plate 142 outward, the air humidifying device 30 may be scratched out through the second mounting port 141.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the air humidification device 30 includes a water tank 31 and an atomizing sheet 32. The atomizing sheet 32 is disposed at the top of the water tank 31, and the spray opening 33 is disposed above the atomizing sheet 32. A water absorbing cotton (not shown in the drawing) and a water absorbing cotton fixing frame 34 are arranged between the atomizing sheet 32 and the water tank 31. The absorbent cotton fixing frame 34 is used for fixing the absorbent cotton between the atomizing sheet 32 and the water tank 31. Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, a baffle 115 is further disposed on the inner side of the top case 11. The baffle 115 is disposed around the spray opening 33 to prevent the water mist from diffusing into the sound box 1. It will be appreciated that the air humidification device 30 operates as follows: the cotton absorbs water in the water tank 31 to the atomizing piece 32, and the atomizing piece 32 converts water into water mist through high-frequency vibration, and the water mist escapes from the loudspeaker box 1 through the spray opening 33 and the first opening 111 in sequence, so that the indoor environment is uniformly humidified, the drying is removed, and a comfortable living environment is created. In addition, the water tank 31 may further be added with fragrance essential oil to humidify and fragrance the room.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, a plurality of first openings 111 and blind holes 112 are formed in the top case 11. The first opening 111 is disposed above the atomizing sheet 32, so that the mist generated by the air humidifying device 30 is diffused to the outside of the sound box 1 through the first opening 111. The blind holes 112 are disposed around the first openings 111, and the blind holes 112 are concave. The top shell 11 is further provided with a flange 113, the flange 113 surrounds the wet air outlet hole and the blind hole 112, on one hand, water mist is blown upwards from the spray hole, and on the other hand, the loudspeaker box 1 is more attractive in appearance.
Further, the air purifying device 40 includes a fan (not shown in the drawings), a filter screen (not shown in the drawings). The air cleaning device 40 is disposed at the bottom inside the housing 10. The filter screen is disposed inside the air cleaning device 40. The air inlet 42 is formed at the bottom of the housing 41 and located below the filter screen. The air outlet 43 is provided on the side of the housing 41 close to the front panel 13. It will be appreciated that the indoor polluted air sequentially passes through the first opening 111 and the air inlet 42 to enter the air purifying device 40, and directly reaches the filter screen, the filter screen cleans or adsorbs various pollutants in the polluted air, the fan sends the cleaned air out of the air outlet 43, and the cleaned air is diffused to the outside of the loudspeaker box 1 through the second opening 122, so that the purpose of cleaning and purifying the indoor air is not achieved.
Further, the sound box 1 further comprises an air quality detection module. The air quality detection module includes an air quality sensor 51, a controller 52, and an air quality indicator lamp 53.
