The stacking and separating assembly 3 is further configured to input banknotes into the second banknote storage cavity 14, the first banknote storage cavity 13 is further provided with a banknote inlet 131, the banknote inlet 131 is located above the banknote outlet 132, and the first banknote supporting plate 36 and the second banknote supporting plate 37 both have banknote receiving positions, wherein when the first banknote supporting plate 36 is located at the banknote receiving position, a banknote receiving space is formed between the first banknote supporting plate 36 and the banknote inlet 131; when the second banknote holding plate 37 is located at the banknote receiving position, a banknote receiving space is formed between the second banknote holding plate 37 and the gateway 141. Specifically, the first banknote support plate 36 can reciprocate in the up-down direction, and has a banknote receiving position and a banknote dispensing position. When the first banknote holding plate 36 is located at the banknote receiving position, the upper surface of the first banknote holding plate 36 (the upper surface of the topmost banknote if banknotes are stacked on the first banknote holding plate 36) is away from the first guide plate 38 by a set distance, a banknote accommodating space is formed between the upper surface and the first guide plate, and banknotes entering from the banknote inlet 131 are stacked on the first banknote holding plate 36; the second banknote support plate 37 is movable up and down in a reciprocating manner and has a banknote receiving position and a banknote dispensing position. When the second banknote holding plate 37 is located at the banknote receiving position, the upper surface of the second banknote holding plate 37 (the upper surface of the topmost banknote if banknotes are stacked on the second banknote holding plate 37) is spaced from the second guide plate 39 located at the banknote inlet position by a predetermined distance, a banknote receiving space is formed between the upper surface of the second banknote holding plate 37 and the second guide plate 39, and banknotes entering the second banknote storage chamber 14 through the inlet 141 are stacked on the second banknote holding plate 37.
The banknote box further comprises a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly, the first driving assembly is in transmission connection with the first banknote supporting plate 36 and used for driving the first banknote supporting plate 36 to move along the vertical direction, and the second driving assembly is in transmission connection with the second banknote supporting plate 37 and used for driving the second banknote supporting plate 37 to move along the vertical direction.
The cassette further comprises a first diverting member 23 arranged in the transport path 21, the first diverting member 23 being adjacent to the cash outlet 132 for communicating the opening 11 with one of the cash outlet 132 and the access 141 through the transport path 21. Specifically, one end of the conveyance passage 21 communicates with the opening 11, and the other end communicates with the inlet and outlet 141. The first reversing member 23 has a first position and a second position, when the first reversing member 23 is located at the first position, the first reversing member 23 connects the conveying passage 21 with the banknote outlet 132, and simultaneously disconnects the conveying passage 21 from the inlet 141, so that the opening 11 is communicated with the banknote outlet 132 through the conveying passage 21; when the first direction changing member 23 is located at the second position, the first direction changing member 23 disconnects the conveyance path 21 from the bill outlet 132, and the conveyance path 21 communicates with the inlet 141, so that the opening 11 communicates with the inlet 141 through the conveyance path 21.
When the stacking and separating assembly 3 is further used for inputting paper money, the banknote cassette further includes a second reversing member 22 disposed on the conveying channel 21, and the second reversing member 22 is adjacent to the banknote inlet 131 and used for connecting or disconnecting the conveying channel 21 and the banknote inlet 131. The transport assembly 2 further includes transport rollers 24, and the transport rollers 24 are provided on the transport path 21 for driving the bills to move along the transport path 21.
The banknote box further comprises a first guide plate 38 arranged in the first banknote storage cavity 13 and a second guide plate 39 arranged in the second banknote storage cavity 14, wherein the first guide plate 38 is located at the upper part of the first banknote storage cavity 13, a first end of the first guide plate is adjacent to the banknote inlet 131, and a second end of the first guide plate extends downwards in a downward inclined mode and is used for guiding the moving direction of banknotes entering the first banknote storage cavity 13 from the banknote inlet 131; the second guide plate 39 is located on the upper portion of the second banknote storage cavity 14, a first end of the second guide plate 39 is arranged adjacent to the inlet 141, a first end of the second guide plate 39 is pivoted with the box wall, and the second guide plate 39 can rotate around a pivoting axis and has a banknote entering position and a lifting position deviating from the banknote entering position. When the second guide plate 39 is located at the banknote inlet position, the second end of the second guide plate 39 is inclined obliquely downward and shields the banknote kicking roller 34, and banknotes entering the second banknote storage cavity 14 from the inlet 141 move along the second guide plate 39 and cannot contact the banknote kicking roller 34; when the second guide plate 39 is located at the raised position, the second guide plate 39 exposes the bill kicking roller 34. The second guide plate 39 always tends to rotate about the pivot axis toward the banknote insertion position under the action of its own weight or an elastic member.
The bill kicking roller 34 is provided floating in the vertical direction. Specifically, the banknote kicking roller 34 is movably connected with the box body 1 and has an initial position, a first banknote kicking position and a second banknote kicking position. The collecting and separating assembly 3 further comprises two elastic elements, the two elastic elements are respectively a first elastic element and a second elastic element, one end of each of the first elastic element and the second elastic element is connected with the inner wall of the box body 1, the other end of each of the first elastic element and the second elastic element is connected with the bill kicking roller 34, the first elastic element is used for enabling the bill kicking roller 34 to always have an upward movement trend, the second elastic element is used for enabling the bill kicking roller 34 to always have a downward movement trend, and under the combined action of the first elastic element and the second elastic element, the bill kicking roller 34 is stabilized at an initial position. When the first banknote storage cavity 13 outputs banknotes, the first banknote supporting plate 36 moves downwards along the vertical direction, the banknote kicking roller 34 passes through the first notch 361 to be abutted to the banknotes, the banknote kicking roller 34 moves downwards to the first banknote kicking position, the first elastic element contracts, the second elastic element stretches, and under the combined action of the first elastic element and the second elastic element, the banknote kicking roller 34 is elastically pressed on the banknotes, so that sufficient pressure is ensured between the banknote kicking roller 34 and the banknotes, and the banknote kicking roller 34 can drive the banknotes to move towards the banknote outlet 132; when the second banknote storage cavity 14 outputs banknotes, the second banknote supporting plate 37 moves upwards along the vertical direction, so that the banknotes on the second banknote supporting plate 37 abut against the banknote kicking roller 34, the banknote kicking roller 34 moves upwards to the second banknote kicking position, the second elastic element contracts, the first elastic element stretches, and under the combined action of the first elastic element and the second elastic element, the banknote kicking roller 34 is elastically pressed on the banknotes, so that sufficient pressure is ensured between the banknote kicking roller 34 and the banknotes, and the banknote kicking roller 34 can drive the banknotes to move towards the direction of the inlet 141.
The working process of the cash box provided by the invention is described below.
When the first type of banknote is stored in the banknote cassette, the second reversing member 22 is controlled to communicate the conveying channel 21 with the banknote inlet 131, and then the first banknote holding plate 36 is driven to move to the banknote receiving position, as shown in fig. 6, the banknote enters the conveying channel 21 from the opening 11 of the banknote cassette, passes through the second reversing member 22 to enter the banknote inlet 131, and is stacked on the first banknote holding plate 36 under the guidance of the first guide plate 38.
When the second type of banknotes are stored in the banknote box, as shown in fig. 7, the second guide plate 39 is located at the banknote inlet position under the action of the self weight, the second reversing piece 22 is controlled to disconnect the conveying channel 21 from the banknote inlet 131, the first reversing piece 23 is controlled to disconnect the conveying channel 21 from the banknote outlet 132, the conveying channel 21 is communicated with the inlet 141, and the first banknote supporting plate 36 and the second banknote supporting plate 37 are driven to move to the banknote receiving position respectively; then the output shaft of the control motor rotates along a first direction, so that the money twisting roller 31 and the money kicking roller 34 both rotate along the anticlockwise direction shown in fig. 7, the second money resisting roller 33 and the impeller 35 rotate along the clockwise direction shown in fig. 7, a second type of money enters the conveying channel 21 from the opening 11 and moves between the money twisting roller 31 and the second money resisting roller 33 under the driving of the conveying roller 24, the money twisting roller 31 and the second money resisting roller 33 jointly drive the money to enter the inlet 141, the front end of the money moves towards the second money supporting plate 37 under the guiding of the second guiding plate 39, the impeller 35 beats the rear end of the money, and finally the money is neatly stacked on the second money supporting plate 37.
When the first type of banknote is output from the banknote cassette, as shown in fig. 5, the second reversing member 22 is controlled to disconnect the conveying channel 21 from the banknote inlet 131, the first reversing member 23 is controlled to connect the conveying channel 21 to the banknote outlet 132, the first banknote supporting plate 36 is driven to move to the banknote outlet position, the second banknote supporting plate 37 is driven to move to the banknote receiving position, the banknote kicking wheel 342 of the banknote kicking roller 34 is in contact with the lower surface of the lowest banknote on the first banknote supporting plate 36, then the output shaft of the motor is controlled to rotate in the first direction, the banknote kicking roller 34 and the banknote twisting roller 31 are both driven to rotate in the counterclockwise direction shown in fig. 5, the first banknote blocking roller 32 is not driven, the banknote kicking roller 34 drives the banknote in contact with the banknote to move towards the banknote outlet 132, when the banknote moves to the banknote outlet 132, the banknote twisting roller 31 drives the banknote in contact with the banknote in the conveying channel 21, and the banknote in contact with the banknote is prevented from entering the conveying channel 21 by the first banknote blocking roller 32, thus ensuring that a single first banknote enters the transport path 21 and is driven out of the opening 11 by the transport rollers 24.
When the second type of bank note is output from the bank note box, as shown in fig. 6, the second reversing member 22 is controlled to disconnect the conveying channel 21 from the bank note inlet 131, the first reversing member 23 is controlled to disconnect the conveying channel 21 from the bank note outlet 132, the conveying channel 21 is communicated with the inlet 141, then the first banknote supporting plate 36 is driven to move to the banknote receiving position, the second banknote supporting plate 37 is driven to move to the banknote outlet position, the second banknote supporting plate 37 presses the bank note on the second banknote supporting plate against the banknote kicking roller 34, then the output shaft of the motor is controlled to rotate in the second direction, the banknote twisting roller 31 and the banknote kicking roller 34 are driven to rotate in the clockwise direction shown in fig. 6, the second banknote blocking roller 33 and the impeller 35 are not driven, the banknote kicking roller 34 drives the banknote contacting with the second banknote to move towards the inlet 141, when the banknote moves to the inlet 141, the banknote twisting roller 31 drives the banknote contacting with the second banknote to enter the conveying channel 21, and the banknote blocking roller 33 blocks the banknote contacting with the banknote from entering the conveying channel 21, the impeller 35 does not interfere with the output of the banknotes and ensures that only a single second banknote enters the transport path 21 and is output through the opening 11 by the drive of the transport rollers 24.
The invention provides a banknote box 401, which comprises a box body 1 with an opening 11, a storage space 12 arranged in the box body 1, a conveying channel 21 positioned on one side of the storage space 12, and a collecting and separating assembly 3, wherein the storage space 12 is divided into a first banknote storage cavity 13 and a second banknote storage cavity 14 along the vertical direction, the conveying channel 21 is connected between the opening 11 and the storage space 12, the upper part of one side, adjacent to the conveying channel 21, of the first banknote storage cavity 13 is provided with a banknote inlet 131, and the lower part of the one side is provided with a banknote outlet 132; an access port 141 is arranged at the upper part of one side of the second banknote storing cavity 14 adjacent to the conveying channel 21; the accumulating and separating assembly 3 is arranged between the first banknote storage cavity 13 and the second banknote storage cavity 14; the banknote box 401 further includes a first banknote supporting plate 36 located in the first banknote storage cavity 13 and a second banknote supporting plate 37 located in the second banknote storage cavity 14, wherein the first banknote supporting plate 36 is configured to receive a first type of banknote entering from the banknote inlet 131, the second banknote supporting plate 37 is configured to receive a second type of banknote entering from the banknote outlet 141, the first banknote supporting plate 36 and the second banknote supporting plate 37 are both movable in an up-down direction and respectively have a banknote receiving position and a banknote discharging position, when the first banknote supporting plate 36 is located at the banknote discharging position, the first banknote supporting plate 36 is moved to a position below the banknote outlet 132, the accumulating and separating assembly 3 drives the first type of banknote stacked on the first banknote supporting plate 36 to be output from the banknote outlet 132, and when the second banknote supporting plate 37 is located at the banknote discharging position, the accumulating and separating assembly 3 drives the second type of banknote stacked on the second banknote supporting plate 37 to be output from the banknote outlet 141. Compared with the cash box in the related technology, the cash box provided by the invention realizes the storage and distribution of two kinds of cash in the two cash storage cavities by arranging the set of collecting and separating components, thereby reducing the purchasing cost and reducing the volume of the cash box.
FIG. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a depositing and dispensing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the depositing and dispensing machine includes the banknote cassette. Specifically, the depositing and withdrawing machine comprises an access opening mechanism 100, an identification mechanism 200, a temporary storage mechanism 300, a banknote storage mechanism 400 and a conveying mechanism 500, wherein the access opening mechanism 100 is used for feeding banknotes put in by a user to the identification mechanism 200 one by one, or outputting the banknotes identified by the identification mechanism 200 to wait for the banknotes to be taken by the user; the recognition mechanism 200 is used for carrying out banknote detection and recognition; the escrow mechanism 300 temporarily holds the banknotes until the user determines that the transaction is completed; the banknote storage mechanism 400 comprises at least one banknote box 401, the banknote box 401 is used for storing and dispensing banknotes, and the banknote box 401 adopts any one of the banknote boxes described in the above embodiments; the transport mechanism 500 is used to transport the bills between the above mechanisms.
Compared with the cash recycling machine in the related art, the cash recycling machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the cash boxes can store two kinds of cash in a classified manner, and the collection and distribution of the two kinds of cash are realized by using a set of collection and separation components, so that the cash recycling machine using the cash recycling machine can reduce the number of the matched cash boxes, and the miniaturization of equipment is facilitated.

Claims (8)

1. A banknote box comprises a box body, wherein the box body is provided with an opening, and is characterized in that a conveying channel, a first banknote storage cavity, a second banknote storage cavity and a collecting and separating assembly are arranged in the box body;
the conveying channel is connected between the opening and the first banknote storage cavity and the second banknote storage cavity;
the first banknote storage cavity and the second banknote storage cavity are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, and the collecting and separating assembly is arranged between the first banknote storage cavity and the second banknote storage cavity and used for outputting banknotes to the conveying channel from one of the first banknote storage cavity and the second banknote storage cavity;
the collecting and separating assembly comprises a money twisting roller, a money kicking roller, a first money blocking roller and a second money blocking roller;
the bill kicking roller is positioned at the upstream of the bill twisting roller along the output direction of the bills;
the first banknote blocking roller and the second banknote blocking roller are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the banknote twisting roller and are respectively arranged opposite to the banknote twisting roller, and a banknote outlet of the first banknote storage cavity is formed between the banknote twisting roller and the first banknote blocking roller; an inlet and an outlet of the second banknote storage cavity are formed between the banknote twisting roller and the second banknote blocking roller;
the banknote box further comprises a first banknote supporting plate and a second banknote supporting plate, and the first banknote supporting plate is located in the first banknote storage cavity;
the second banknote supporting plate is positioned in the second banknote storage cavity, and the first banknote supporting plate and the second banknote supporting plate can move along the vertical direction and are provided with banknote discharging positions;
when the first paper money supporting plate is positioned at a paper money outlet position, the paper money kicking roller is contacted with paper money positioned on the first paper money supporting plate;
when the second banknote supporting plate is located at the banknote outlet position, the banknote kicking roller is in contact with banknotes located on the second banknote supporting plate;
the banknote kicking roller is arranged in a floating mode in the vertical direction, the collecting and separating assembly further comprises two elastic elements, the two elastic elements are respectively a first elastic element and a second elastic element, one end of each of the first elastic element and the second elastic element is connected with the inner wall of the box body, the other end of each of the first elastic element and the second elastic element is connected with the banknote kicking roller, and the banknote kicking roller is stabilized at an initial position under the combined action of the first elastic element and the second elastic element;
when the first banknote storage cavity outputs banknotes, the first banknote supporting plate is located at a banknote output position, the banknote kicking roller moves downwards to a first banknote kicking position, the first elastic element contracts, the second elastic element stretches, and under the combined action of the first elastic element and the second elastic element, the banknote kicking roller is elastically pressed on the banknotes; when the second deposit paper money chamber exports the bank note, the second holds in the palm the paper money board and is located the cash dispenser position, play paper money roller rebound to the second and play the paper money position, the second elastic element shrink, first elastic element is tensile first elastic element with under the combined action of second elastic element, play the paper money roller and elastically press on the bank note.
2. The banknote cassette of claim 1, wherein the kicking roller and the twisting roller both protrude from an upper surface of the first banknote supporting plate when the first banknote supporting plate is in the banknote dispensing position.
3. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the kicker roller is vertically floatingly disposed.
4. A cassette as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first diverting member disposed in the transport path adjacent the dispensing opening for communicating the opening through the transport path with one of the dispensing opening and the access opening.

The banknote cassette of claim 1, wherein the stacking and separating assembly is further configured to feed banknotes into the second banknote storage chamber, the first banknote storage chamber is further provided with a banknote inlet located above the banknote outlet, the first banknote support plate and the second banknote support plate are both provided with banknote receiving positions, wherein,
when the first banknote supporting plate is located at the banknote receiving position, a banknote accommodating space is formed between the first banknote supporting plate and the banknote inlet;
when the second banknote supporting plate is located at the banknote receiving position, a banknote accommodating space is formed between the second banknote supporting plate and the inlet and outlet.
6. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 5, further comprising first and second diverters provided in the transport path, the first diverter being adjacent the banknote outlet for communicating the opening through the transport path with one of the banknote outlet and the inlet/outlet; the second reversing piece is adjacent to the banknote inlet and used for enabling the conveying channel to be communicated with or disconnected from the banknote inlet.
7. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly, wherein the first driving assembly is in transmission connection with the first banknote carrying plate for driving the first banknote carrying plate to move in the vertical direction, and the second driving assembly is in transmission connection with the second banknote carrying plate for driving the second banknote carrying plate to move in the vertical direction.
8. A depositing and dispensing machine, characterized in that it comprises a bank-note box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
