Description

Ink-jet printer color-tracing method, system, storage medium and color-tracing equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a color tracing method and system for an ink jet printer, a storage medium and color tracing equipment.
Background
The ink-jet printer has wide application in the fields of outdoor advertising, label printing, textile printing, ceramic printing, printing electronics, home decoration and the like. In mass production in industry, it is generally required that a plurality of printers print a sample sheet having a uniform color, and that the color printed after a certain period of use is uniform with the color of the printed sample sheet determined before. The state of a general printer is not stable, and is usually affected by factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, and aging of a nozzle, and the color of a printed sample sheet is changed to different degrees by replacing ink and paper. How to ensure that a plurality of printers can print consistent colors in different time periods is a key problem which needs to be urgently solved in the current industrial production. At present, the following methods are commonly used for realizing color matching:
(1) the color corrector repeatedly tries different ink amount ratios according to the printing result, and the color checking and adjusting personnel needs to spend a great deal of time and energy to adjust the ink amount curve of the printer;
(2) the method is only suitable for the condition of small production capacity, if a large number of pictures need to be printed, workers need to process each picture of each printer, and the workload is huge;
(3) the link characteristic file is generated by adopting the characteristic file of the printer, although the operation method is simple, the color cast problem exists to a certain extent, the reduction effect on the gray scale is not ideal, and the link characteristic file is difficult to popularize and apply in actual production.

In an embodiment of the present invention, step 1 specifically includes:
step 11: respectively measuring the spectral data of original color block images of target images printed by a target printer and a color tracing printer by using a light intensity meter;

step 13: and respectively smoothing the Lab space data corresponding to the target printer and the Lab space data corresponding to the color tracing printer.
In the above embodiment, the photometric gradiometer can accurately measure the spectral data of the original color patch images printed by the target printer and the color tracing printer, convert the spectral data into the Lab space, generate the Lab space data corresponding to the target printer and the Lab space data corresponding to the color tracing printer, and perform smoothing processing to obtain the corresponding relatively accurate Lab space data, so as to facilitate the subsequent generation of the corresponding first color lookup table according to the Lab space data.
Here, in step 11, assuming that the number of color channels of the printer is n, the ink amount value range of each channel is 0 to 100, and the uniform sampling interval for each channel is l, the total number of color patch combinations is lnThe target printer and the color-chasing printer respectively print the targetThe color patch image of the picture is marked and then the spectral data of the printed color patch is measured with a spectrophotometer.
The step 12 of respectively establishing the target printer color gamut map and the chasing printer color gamut map by using the convex hull method is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
