Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a defrosting control method of a multi-split air-conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 102, after a defrosting mode of the multi-split system is started, acquiring defrosting time and outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger;
104, judging whether the multi-split system meets a first defrosting exit condition or not according to the defrosting time and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger;
and 106, when the first defrosting exit condition is met, controlling all the outdoor units to exit the defrosting mode, and when the first defrosting exit condition is not met, controlling the outdoor units to exit or continuously maintain the defrosting mode according to the defrosting time length and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger.
According to the defrosting control method of the multi-split air conditioner system, whether the multi-split air conditioner system meets the first defrosting exit condition or not is judged according to the defrosting time and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger, the first defrosting exit condition is met, defrosting of all the outdoor units is completed, all the outdoor units are controlled to exit the defrosting mode, and the comfort of use of an air conditioner is guaranteed. When the first defrosting condition is not met, it is indicated that defrosting of one or more outdoor units is not completed at the moment, the defrosting completion condition of each outdoor unit is determined respectively according to the defrosting time and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger, the outdoor units completing defrosting are controlled to exit from the defrosting mode according to the determination result, and the outdoor units which do not completely defrost continue defrosting.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the first defrost exit condition includes: the defrosting time is a first preset time, and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature; or the defrosting time is a second preset time, and the minimum outlet temperature in the outlet temperatures of all the outdoor heat exchangers is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature.
In the embodiment, whether defrosting of all the outdoor units is finished can be judged by two conditions, namely, after the multi-split air conditioning system enters a defrosting mode for a first preset time, the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, which indicates that defrosting of each outdoor unit is finished; secondly, when the multi-split air conditioning system enters the defrosting mode for a second preset time, the minimum value of the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, and defrosting of each outdoor unit is finished; one of the two determination conditions may be selected, or the first condition may be determined first, and the second condition may be determined when the first condition is not satisfied. Whether all the outdoor units are defrosted is determined by various judging modes, so that the problem that the individual outdoor units are unclean in defrosting is solved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a defrost control method of a multi-split system according to another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps:
step 202, after the multi-split system starts a defrosting mode, acquiring defrosting time and outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger;
step 204, judging whether the multi-split air conditioning system meets a first defrosting exit condition or not according to the defrosting time length and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger, if so, entering step 206, and if not, entering step 208;
step 206, controlling all the outdoor units to exit the defrosting mode;
and step 208, determining and controlling the outdoor unit of which the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger meets the second defrosting exit condition to exit the defrosting mode, and determining and controlling the outdoor unit of which the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger does not meet the second defrosting exit condition to continuously keep the defrosting mode.
In this embodiment, whether the outdoor unit exits the defrost mode or continues to maintain the defrost mode is controlled by determining that the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger satisfies the second defrost exit condition. Specifically, when one or some of the outdoor units meet the second defrosting condition, which indicates that the outdoor units have finished defrosting, the outdoor units with finished defrosting are controlled to exit the defrosting mode first, so that the situation that all the outdoor units exit the defrosting mode only after the last outdoor unit finishes defrosting is avoided, and the defrosting time of the outdoor units is shortened; when one or some outdoor units do not meet the second defrosting condition, the defrosting of the outdoor units is not finished, the outdoor units with finished defrosting are controlled to continuously keep the defrosting mode, the problem that the defrosting of part of outdoor unit heat exchangers is not clean due to the fact that a short defrosting time is set is avoided, and the heating effect is improved.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the second defrost exit condition comprises: the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature; or the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the average value of the outlet temperatures of all the outdoor heat exchangers and a fourth preset temperature difference value; or the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is less than or equal to the difference value between the maximum outlet temperature and the fifth preset temperature among the outlet temperatures of all the outdoor heat exchangers; wherein the third preset temperature is less than the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature.
In this embodiment, whether the outdoor units are all defrosted can be determined by comparing the outlet temperature with a third preset temperature; secondly, the difference between the average value of the outlet temperature of each outdoor unit and a preset value (fourth preset temperature) is compared to determine, and if the outlet temperature is greater than the average value of the outlet temperature by a preset value, the outdoor unit is considered to be defrosted completely; thirdly, the defrosting of the outdoor unit is considered to be completed if the outlet temperature is lower than the maximum outlet temperature by a few degrees celsius, as determined by comparing the outlet temperature with the difference between the maximum outlet temperature and a preset value (fifth preset temperature).
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a defrost control method of a multi-split system according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps:
step 302, after the multi-split system starts a defrosting mode, acquiring defrosting time and outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger;
step 304, judging whether the multi-split air conditioning system meets a first defrosting exit condition or not according to the defrosting time length and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger, if so, entering step 306, and if not, entering step 308;
step 306, controlling all the outdoor units to exit the defrosting mode;
step 308, determining and controlling the outdoor unit with the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger meeting the second defrosting exit condition to exit the defrosting mode, and determining and controlling the outdoor unit with the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger not meeting the second defrosting exit condition to continue to maintain the defrosting mode;
and step 310, after a third preset time, when any outdoor unit which continues to maintain the defrosting mode meets a third defrosting exit condition, controlling any outdoor unit to exit the defrosting mode.
Wherein the third defrost exit condition comprises: the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to a sixth preset temperature, and the sixth preset temperature is less than the third preset temperature.
In this embodiment, after the outdoor unit continues defrosting for a third preset time period without defrosting, it is determined that the outlet temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the sixth preset temperature, and the defrosting mode can be exited when the conditions are met. The sixth preset temperature is lower than the third preset temperature, and the condition that part of the outdoor unit is actually defrosted completely due to the fact that the high outlet temperature threshold value is kept all the time is avoided by decreasing the outlet temperature threshold value exiting the defrosting mode, but the system still judges that the outdoor unit is not defrosted completely and is in the defrosting mode all the time, and the using comfort of the air conditioner is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a defrost control method of a multi-split system according to still another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps:
step 402, after the multi-split system starts a defrosting mode, acquiring defrosting time and outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger;
step 404, judging whether the multi-split air conditioning system meets a first defrosting exit condition according to the defrosting time length and the outlet temperature of each outdoor heat exchanger, if so, entering step 406, and if not, entering step 408;
