In the invention, a plate type filter 95 is arranged in the dust collection box body 92, and a dust vibration scraper assembly 94 is arranged on the plate type filter 95. As shown in fig. 12, the dust-shaking blade assembly 94 includes a blade 941 that contacts the panel filter 95, and the blade 941 is movable back and forth along a blade guide 93 provided in the dust collection box 92.
In the present invention, preferably, the plate filter 95 is provided with a plurality of scrapers 941 arranged at intervals to improve the dust-shaking effect; the upper ends of the scrapers 941 are connected into a whole through a connecting plate 942, so that the movement synchronism can be realized, and the operation and the control are convenient; a sliding sleeve 943 sleeved on the scraper rail 93 is provided on the connecting plate 942. One end of the dust-shaking scraper assembly 94 is connected with a guy cable, and the other end of the guy cable passes through the fixed pulley and is connected with a dust-shaking handle 98. By pulling the dust shaking handle 98, the guy cable drives the whole dust shaking scraper assembly 94 to move along the scraper guide rail 93, and the scraper 941 acts on the filter element of the plate filter 95 to shake off the dust attached to the filter element.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 11, a return spring 99 is arranged at one end of the dust-shaking scraper assembly 94 opposite to the end provided with the guy cable, one end of the return spring 99 is connected to the dust-shaking scraper assembly 94, and the other end is fixedly connected to the dust collection box body 92, so as to control the dust-shaking scraper assembly 94 to automatically return.
In the invention, preferably, the dust collection box body is provided with a detachable box body upper cover, so that the dust collection box is convenient to detach and maintain. Dust absorption fan assembly 91 is covered with fan upper cover 97, is equipped with a plurality of ventilation holes on the fan upper cover 97, and fan upper cover 97 covers on through bolt fixed connection at the box.
The invention relates to a sweeper with a manually lifted cleaning device, wherein a dust collection device 9 of the sweeper comprises a dust collection fan assembly 91, a dust collection box body 92, a scraper guide rail 93, a dust vibration scraper assembly 94, a plate filter 95, a smoke channel 96, a dust vibration handle 98 and a reset tension spring 99. In one embodiment, the suction fan assembly 91 is mounted above the suction box 92 by bolts, and the box top cover of the suction box 92 is detachable, which facilitates the replacement and maintenance of wearing parts. The dust collection box body 2 is installed at the rear end of the sweeper chassis carrier 4 through a bolt and is right opposite to the upper side of the dustbin 11, an opening is formed in the upper side of the sweeper chassis carrier 4, the dust collection box body 92 penetrates through the smoke passage 96 to communicate the dustbin 11 with the dust collection box body 92, and the dust collection box body 92 and the dustbin 11 are sealed by foaming rubber strips when being assembled with the chassis carrier 4. The plate filter 95 is mounted in a cavity inside the dust collection box 92 and pressed by a pressing plate. The dust-shaking scraper assembly 94 is arranged on the scraper guide rail 93 through the shaft hole of the sliding sleeve 943 in a matching manner, the sliding sleeve 943 can reciprocate linearly along the scraper guide rail 93, the scraper guide rail 93 is arranged right above the plate filter 95 through a bolt, and the scraper of the dust-shaking scraper assembly 94 can penetrate into the folded filter paper of the plate filter 95 by 5 mm. The left end of the dust shaking scraper plate assembly 94 is connected with a dust shaking handle 98, and the right end is connected with a reset tension spring 10.
The working principle is as follows: the street sweeper during operation, press the dust absorption button, dust absorption fan assembly 91 can the circular telegram high-speed rotation, with the outside suction of air in the dust absorption box 92, form the nearly vacuum state of cavity, then make dustbin 11 form the updraft ventilator through the effect of atmospheric pressure negative pressure, it flows to inside the dust absorption box 92 to drive the raise dust through smoke and dust passageway 96, and adsorb on filter paper through the effect of plate filter 95, when the long-time during operation of street sweeper, filter paper can be adsorbed and full, influence the dust absorption effect of dust absorption fan assembly 91, at this moment need close dust absorption fan assembly 91, shake dirt work, detach the dust on the filter paper. The dust shaking process is that the dust shaking handle 98 is lifted upwards manually to drive the dust shaking scraper assembly 94 to move linearly along the scraper guide rail 93 leftwards, when the dust shaking handle 98 is released, the dust shaking scraper assembly 94 returns to the original position in the reset tension spring 99, so that the polyurethane scraper repeatedly scrapes the filter paper of the plate filter 95 through the linear reciprocating motion of the dust shaking scraper assembly 94 to form vibration, dust is shaken off and falls into the garbage can 11 to complete the dust shaking process, and the dust collection effect is improved.
The sweeper manually lifted by the cleaning device has the advantages of small volume, convenience and quickness in use, simple structure, low production cost and better application prospect.
The invention has been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it is within the scope of the invention to use various insubstantial modifications of the inventive concept and solutions or to apply them directly to other applications.
