本发明涉及车辆驱动技术领域,尤其涉及一种混合电驱动装置。
[背景技术]
现有的基于行星排的功率分流混合电驱动装置利用行星排将发动机的动力分解成两路,一路动力流驱动第一电机发电,另一路动力流与第二电机的动力输出汇流后进而驱动车辆。然而,这样的结构构造存在着以下不足的方面:1)发动机不能直接驱动车辆,特别是在高速时,因此能效较低;2)纯电动行驶模式下的最高车速由于受到第一电机最高转速的限制而较低,不能满足较高的性能要求;3)只有一种功率分流比,因此难以保证混合动力行驶模式下宽广的车速范围内性能均较优;4)纯电动行驶模式下只有第二电机减速后驱动车辆,当该模式下的最高车速提高时效率较低。
因此,还期待提供一种综合性能更高的功率分流混合电驱动装置,解决上述问题中的至少一个问题。

为克服现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供一种具备分流变速机构和驱动变速机构,可实现档位灵活切换的混合电驱动装置。

本发明的混合电驱动装置,通过设置的分流变速机构和驱动变速机构进行档位切换,从而提高了混合电驱动装置的性能。

为使本发明的目的,技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定此发明。
请参阅图1,混合电驱动装置20包括发动机1、第一电机2、第二电机3、分流变速机构4和驱动变速机构8;分流变速机构4包括第一行星排5、第二行星排6、第一换档离合元件71和第二换档离合元件72,第一行星排5包括第一太阳轮51、第一行星架52和第一齿圈53,第二行星排6包括第二太阳轮61、第二行星架62和第二齿圈63;发动机1与第一行星架52相连,第一电机2与第一太阳轮51相连;第一行星架52与第二太阳轮61相连;第一齿圈53通过第一换档离合元件71与第二齿圈63相连;第一齿圈53通过第二换档离合元件72与第二行星架62相连;驱动变速机构8包括第三行星排9、第三换档制动元件10和第四换档制动元件11,第二电机3的动力通过驱动变速机构8后与第二行星架62输出的动力汇流后输出驱动车辆。
优选地,第三行星排9包括第三小太阳轮91、第三大太阳轮92、第三行星架93、第三齿圈94、第三短行星轮95和第三长行星轮96,第三短行星轮95分别与第三小太阳轮91和第三长行星轮96啮合传动,第三长行星轮96还与第三大太阳轮92啮合传动,第三齿圈94与第三长行星轮96啮合传动,第三换档制动元件10用于制动第三小太阳轮91,第四换档制动元件11用于制动第三齿圈94,第二电机3与第三大太阳轮92连接,第三行星架93与第二行星架62连接。第三行星排9是一复合行星排,其还可以是其它类型的行星排。
优选地,第一电机2、第二电机3、分流变速机构4、驱动变速机构8与发动机1同轴配置。
优选地,第一换档离合元件71和第二换档离合元件72都处于分离状态,第二电机3驱动车辆。
例如,纯电动行驶模式时,发动机1关闭,第一换档离合元件71和第二换档离合72分离,只第二电机3驱动车辆行驶。由于不再受到第一电机2的最高转速的限制,因此可以提高该模式下的最高车速。
优选地,第一换档离合元件71和第二换档离合元件72都处于接合状态,发动机1直接驱动车辆。
例如,混合动力行驶模式时,第一换档离合元件71和第二换档离合元件72均接合,则第一行星排5和第二行星排6就一体转动,不再进行功率分流,发动机1的动力就直接驱动车辆,因此提高了效率。此时,第一电机2和第二电机3可以工作在电动、发电或者其他模式下。
优选地,混合电驱动装置20具有第一动力分配档模式;且在第一动力分配档模式下,第一换档离合元件71接合,第二换档离合元件72分离,第一行星排5和第二行星排6确定第一动力分配比。
根据第一行星排5和第二行星排6的运动学方程,分析后可以得到以下运动学和动力学特性的公式(1)和(2):

式中:nm1、nout、ne、Tm1、Tout、Te、k1、k2分别是第一电机2转速、输出端转速、发动机1转速、第一电机2转矩、输出端转矩、发动机1的转矩、第一行星排5的结构特征参数和第二行星排6的结构特征参数,其中,输出端即是如图1所示的第二行星架62。
由式(1)和(2)可知,第一动力分配比由第一行星排5和第二行星排6共同确定。
优选地,混合电驱动装置20具有第二动力分配档模式;且在第二动力分配档模式下,第一换档离合元件71分离,第二换档离合元件72接合,第一行星排5确定第二动力分配比。
在第一换档离合元件71分离且第二换档离合元件72接合时,第二行星排6处于空转,因此只有第一行星排5起到功率分流作用。根据第一行星排5的运动学方程,分析后可以得到以下运动学和动力学特性的公式(3)和(4):

式中:nm1、nout、ne、Tm1、Tout、Te、k1分别是第一电机2转速、输出端转速、发动机1的转速、第一电机2的转矩、输出端转矩、发动机1的转矩和第一行星排5的结构特征参数,其中,输出端即是如图1所示的第二行星架62。
由式(3)和(4)可知,第二动力分配比只由第一行星排5单独确定。
优选地,混合电驱动装置20具有高速档模式,在高速档模式下,第四换档制动元件11锁止,驱动变速机构8实现高速档;混合电驱动装置20具有低速档模式,在低速档模式下,第三换档制动元件10锁止,驱动变速机构8实现低速档。
低速档和高速档的档位传动比分别如式(5)和(6)所示:

式中:k3和k4分别是第三行星排9的两个结构特征参数,其中k3是第三齿圈94与第三小太阳轮91的齿数比,k4是第三齿圈94与第三大太阳轮92的齿数比。
优选地,在车辆行驶过程中,分流变速机构4与驱动变速机构8分时进行换档,即避免两变速机构同时换档,不换档的变速机构可以利用与其连接的动力机的动力继续驱动车辆,从而避免动力中断。
例如,在纯电动行驶模式下,当驱动变速机构8换档时,第一换档离合元件71或第二换档离合元件72暂时接合,第一电机2提供动力进行动力补偿。在暂时接合第一换档离合元件71或第二换档离合元件72时,第一电机2提供合适的动力输出,在不拖动发动机1转动的前提下,其动力输出从第二行星架52输出后驱动车辆,第二变速机构7同时换档。
还例如,在混合动力行驶模式下,当分流变速机构4换档时,第二电机3输出动力继续驱动车辆,避免动力中断。
如附图1所示,第一电机2、第二电机3、分流变速机构4、驱动变速机构8与发动机1同轴配置。其还可以为部分部件与发动机1同轴配置,部分部件与发动机1平行轴配置,并不以此为限制。
本发明具体实施例的混合电驱动装置,特别适用于发动机纵置车辆,但并不以此为限制。
本发明具体实施例的混合电驱动装置,包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、分流变速机构和驱动变速机构;分流变速机构包括第一行星排、第二行星排、第一换档离合元件和第二换档离合元件,第一行星排包括第一太阳轮、
第一行星架和第一齿圈;第二行星排包括第二太阳轮、第二行星架和第二齿圈;发动机与第一行星架相连,第一电机与第一太阳轮相连;第一行星架与
第二太阳轮相连;第一齿圈通过第一换档离合元件与第二齿圈相连;第一齿圈通过第二换档离合元件与第二行星架相连;驱动变速机构包括第三行星排、第三换档制动元件和第四换档制动元件,第二电机的动力通过驱动变速机构后与第二行星架输出的动力汇流后输出驱动车辆。通过设置的分流变速机构和驱动变速机构进行档位切换,从而提高了混合电驱动装置的性能。

Claims (9)

1.一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:包括发动机、第一电机、第二电机、分流变速机构和驱动变速机构;所述分流变速机构包括第一行星排、第二行星排、第一换档离合元件和第二换档离合元件,所述第一行星排包括第一太阳轮、第一行星架和第一齿圈;所述第二行星排包括第二太阳轮、第二行星架和第二齿圈;所述发动机与所述第一行星架相连,所述第一电机与所述第一太阳轮相连;所述第一行星架与所述第二太阳轮相连;所述第一齿圈通过所述第一换档离合元件与所述第二齿圈相连;所述第一齿圈通过所述第二换档离合元件与所述第二行星架相连;所述驱动变速机构包括第三行星排、第三换档制动元件和第四换档制动元件,所述第二电机的动力通过所述驱动变速机构后与所述第二行星架输出的动力汇流后输出驱动车辆。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第三行星排包括第三小太阳轮、第三大太阳轮、第三行星架、第三齿圈、第三短行星轮和第三长行星轮;所述第三短行星轮分别与所述第三小太阳轮和所述第三长行星轮啮合传动;所述第三长行星轮还与所述第三大太阳轮啮合传动;所述第三齿圈与所述第三长行星轮啮合传动;所述第三换档制动元件用于制动所述第三小太阳轮;所述第四换档制动元件用于制动所述第三齿圈;所述第二电机与所述第三大太阳轮相连;所述第三行星架与所述第二行星架相连。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一电机、所述第二电机、所述分流变速机构、所述驱动变速机构与所述发动机同轴配置。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一换档离合元件和所述第二换档离合元件都处于分离状态,所述第二电机驱动车辆。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:第一换档离合元件和第二换档离合元件都处于接合状态,所述发动机直接驱动车辆。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:所述混合电驱动装置具有第一动力分配档模式;且在所述第一动力分配档模式下,第一换档离合元件接合,第二换档离合元件分离,且所述第一行星排和所述第二行星排确定第一动力分配比。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:所述混合电驱动装置具有第二动力分配档模式;且在所述第二动力分配档模式下,第一换档离合元件分离,第二换档离合元件接合,且所述第一行星排确定第二动力分配比。
8.如权利要求2所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:所述混合电驱动装置具有高速档模式,在所述高速档位模式下,所述第四换档制动元件锁止,所述驱动变速机构实现高速档;所述混合电驱动装置具有低速档模式,在所述低速档位模式下,所述第三换档制动元件锁止,所述驱动变速机构实现低速档。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种混合电驱动装置,其特征在于:在车辆行驶过程中,所述分流变速机构与所述驱动变速机构分时进行换档。
