Abstract
本发明公开了一种着色喷头清洁组件,用以清洁一3D打印装置的着色喷头,其包含一清洁槽、一活动刮片以及一吸水干涉件;清洁槽具有一开口,且清洁槽内用以容置一清洁液;活动刮片具有一接触端,接触端位于清洁槽内且浸入清洁液,而且接触端能够通过开口移出清洁槽以供刮刷所述着色喷头;吸水干涉件设置在开口范围之内,吸水干涉件位于清洁液的液面以上且干涉活动刮片的移动行程,由吸水干涉件在活动刮片清洁着色喷头之前先行吸除沾附在活动刮片上的多余清洁液,通过本技术方案,避免了活动刮片刮刷着色喷头时将过多的清洁液沾附至着色喷头上,进而避免沾附在着色喷头上的清洁液沾附料粉而形成污泥。
Description
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种3D打印装置的清洁组件,特别是关于一种能避免清洁液使用过量的着色喷头清洁组件。
背景技术
现有的2D打印喷头或是3D着色喷头的清洁组件一般包含有一刮片,当清洁喷头时,喷头移动至接触刮刷并且接着往复移动使刮片刮刷清洁喷头以清除喷头上沾附的墨液。一般而言,2D打印喷头可以由此方式达到良好的清洁效果。
3D着色喷头一般与成形喷头共同作业,成形喷头工作时产生的塑料粉尘沾附着色喷头上的墨液,易形成污泥,一旦污泥干燥硬化则不易刮除,因此3D着色喷头的清洁组件需要在其刮片上沾附清洁液以溶解污泥。但是,刮片常沾附过多的清洁液,致使刮片与污泥之间的摩擦力降低,从而降低清洁效果,同时致使着色喷头沾附过多的清洁液,过多的清洁液更容易沾附粉尘而形成污泥。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能避免清洁液使用过量的着色喷头清洁组件。
本发明提供的一种着色喷头清洁组件,用以清洁一3D打印装置的着色喷头,其包含一清洁槽、一活动刮片以及一吸水干涉件。清洁槽具有一开口,且清洁槽内用以容置一清洁液。活动刮片具有一接触端,接触端位于清洁槽内且浸入清洁液,而且接触端能够通过开口移出清洁槽以供刮刷所述着色喷头。吸水干涉件设置在开口范围之内,吸水干涉件位于清洁液的液面以上且干涉活动刮片的移动行程。
本发明的着色喷头清洁组件,其活动刮片具有一枢轴且活动刮片能够沿枢轴枢摆而移动接触端。活动刮片连接一致动器且致动器驱动活动刮片枢摆。
本发明的着色喷头清洁组件,其吸水干涉件固定设置,吸水干涉件朝向清洁液的一面为多孔材料制成。吸水干涉件远离清洁液的另一面为非吸水硬材制成。
本发明的着色喷头清洁组件,其吸水干涉件可活动退出活动刮片的移动行程。吸水干涉件为多孔材料制成。
本发明的着色喷头清洁组件,其清洁槽内设有一沉水干涉件,沉水干涉件沉浸在清洁液中且干涉活动刮片的移动行程。沉水干涉件可为多孔材料制成。沉水干涉件可为非吸水硬材制成。
本发明的着色喷头清洁组件,其由吸水干涉件在活动刮片清洁着色喷头之前先行吸除沾附在活动刮片上的多余清洁液,由此避免活动刮片刮刷着色喷头时将过多的清洁液沾附至着色喷头上,进而避免沾附在着色喷头上的清洁液沾附料粉而形成污泥。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示,本发明的第一实施例提供的一种着色喷头清洁组件,其包含一清洁槽100、一活动刮片200以及一吸水干涉件300。
清洁槽100为一开放槽体,其顶部较佳地具有一开口101,且清洁槽100内用以容置一清洁液10以供清洗前述的活动刮片200。本发明不限定清洁液10的种类,其可以是水、酒精或者是其他溶液。
活动刮片200对应于清洁槽100及其开口101的位置配置,在本实施例中,活动刮片200较佳地呈条状而且可枢摆地设置。活动刮片200的其中一端具有一枢轴210且活动刮片200的另一端则为一接触端220,枢轴210枢设在清洁槽100开口101的一侧,活动刮片200能够由枢轴210枢摆而移动接触端220。枢轴210可以位于清洁槽100内或是清洁槽100外,本发明不以此为限,接触端220则延伸至清洁槽100之内且浸入清洁液10之中。活动刮片200能够枢摆活动而且使接触端220通过开口101移出清洁槽100以供刮刷着色喷头20。活动刮片200较佳地连接一致动器(图未示)且致动器驱动活动刮片200枢摆,在本实施例中,致动器可以设置在枢轴210以驱动枢轴210旋转进而带动活动刮片200枢摆。但本发明不以此为限,活动刮片200也可以由其他形式的机构以相对应的其他作动方式(利如垂直升降)移动接触端220出入清洁槽100。
吸水干涉件300设置在清洁槽100的开口101范围之内,在本实施例中,吸水干涉件300较佳地为多孔材料制成。吸水干涉件300配置在清洁液10的液面11以上且干涉活动刮片200的接触端220的移动行程。在本实施例中,吸水干涉件300设置在清洁槽100开口101上与前述活动刮片200的枢轴210相对的另一侧,而且吸水干涉件300可水平移动而退出活动刮片200的移动行程,在本实施例中,吸水干涉件300可由另一致动器(图未示)驱动而水平移动,但本发明不以此为限。
清洁槽100内设有一沉水干涉件400,沉水干涉件400沉浸在清洁液10中且干涉活动刮片200的接触端220的移动行程。沉水干涉件400可以是非吸水硬材制成也可以是多孔材料制成。
参阅图2至图5所示,当清洁着色喷头20时,活动刮片200旋转使其接触端220移出清洁槽100的开口101,移动过程干涉吸水干涉件300,吸水干涉件300吸收接触端220上沾附的清洁液10,由此避免接触端220刮刷着色喷头20时将过多的清洁液10沾附至着色喷头20上,进而避免沾附在着色喷头20上的清洁液10沾附料粉而形成污泥。着色喷头20接触接触端220并且水平往复移动使接触端220刮除着色喷头20上附着的污泥,待清洁完成后,活动刮片200旋转使其接触端220向清洁槽100内移动,此时吸水干涉件300移出接触端220的移动行程,避免吸附接触端220上沾附的污泥。活动刮片200的接触端220浸入清洁液10中,由清洁液10溶解接触端220上沾附的污泥,且接触端220进一步移动至接触沉水干涉件400,沉水干涉件400刮刷接触端220而刮除接触端220上沾附的污泥,由此清洁活动刮片200以供下次清洁着色喷头20。
参阅图6所示,本发明的第二实施例提供的一种着色喷头清洁组件,其包含一清洁槽100、一活动刮片200以及一吸水干涉件300。其中清洁槽100及活动刮片200同前述第一实施例,因此在本实施例中不再赘述,本实施例与第一实施例不同之处详述如后。在本实施例中,吸水干涉件300固定设置,吸水干涉件300朝向清洁液10的底面310为多孔材料制成;吸水干涉件300远离清洁液10的顶面320则为非吸水硬材制成。
参阅图7至图10所示,当活动刮片200旋转将接触端220移出清洁槽100的过程中,吸水干涉件300底面310的多孔材料接触活动刮片200的接触端220并且吸除其上过多的清洁液10。待着色喷头20清洁完成后,活动刮片200旋转将接触端220移入清洁槽100的过程中,吸水干涉件300顶面320的非吸水硬材接触活动刮片200的接触端220并且初步刮除接触端220上沾附的污泥。而且,吸水干涉件300顶面320以非吸水硬材制成,因此能够避免吸附污泥。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,非用以限定本发明的专利范围,其他运用本发明的专利精神的等效变化,均应属于本发明的专利范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种着色喷头清洁组件,用以清洁一3D打印装置的着色喷头,其特征在于,所述着色喷头清洁组件包含:
一清洁槽,具有一开口,且所述清洁槽内用以容置一清洁液;
一活动刮片,具有一接触端,所述接触端位于所述清洁槽内且浸入所述清洁液,而且所述接触端用于通过所述开口移出所述清洁槽以供刮刷所述着色喷头;以及
一吸水干涉件,设置在所述开口范围之内,所述活动刮片具有一枢轴且所述活动刮片用于沿所述枢轴枢摆而往复移动所述接触端出入所述清洁槽,所述吸水干涉件位于所述清洁液的液面以上且干涉所述活动刮片的移动行程;
其中所述吸水干涉件固定设置,所述吸水干涉件朝向所述清洁液的一面为多孔材料制成;
其中所述吸水干涉件远离所述清洁液的另一面为非吸水硬材制成;
其中当所述活动刮片旋转将所述接触端移出所述清洁槽的过程中,所述吸水干涉件的多孔材料接触所述活动刮片的所述接触端并且吸除其上过多的所述清洁液;
其中当所述活动刮片旋转将所述接触端移入所述清洁槽的过程中,所述吸水干涉件的非吸水硬材刮刷所述活动刮片的所述接触端。
2.如权利要求1所述的着色喷头清洁组件,其特征在于,其中所述活动刮片连接一致动器且所述致动器驱动所述活动刮片枢摆。
3.如权利要求1所述的着色喷头清洁组件,其特征在于,其中所述吸水干涉件活动退出所述活动刮片的移动行程。
4.如权利要求3所述的着色喷头清洁组件,其特征在于,其中所述吸水干涉件为多孔材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的着色喷头清洁组件,其特征在于,其中所述清洁槽内设有一沉水干涉件,所述沉水干涉件沉浸在所述清洁液中且干涉所述活动刮片的移动行程。
6.如权利要求5所述的着色喷头清洁组件,其特征在于,其中所述沉水干涉件为多孔材料制成。
7.如权利要求5所述的着色喷头清洁组件,其特征在于,其中所述沉水干涉件为非吸水硬材制成。
