2) taking 30-50 parts of jute skin and 20-30 parts of ramie skin, putting the outer skin into boiling water for cooking, wherein the cooking time is 5-7 hours, adding 5.2 parts of sodium bicarbonate and 2.5 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate into every 100 parts of the cooked water during cooking, crushing and decomposing the mixture into filaments after the cooking is finished, putting the obtained filaments into aqueous solution of pectinase and cellulase for soaking, filtering, then putting the filaments into a vacuum container for drying at the temperature of 50-80 ℃, and obtaining the fibrilia after the drying is finished;
3) adding fibrilia into the mixed emulsion in 1), mixing, placing into an ultrasonic water bath oscillator for oscillation at 50-70 deg.C for 30-40min, and pouring the slurry after oscillation into a forming machine for extrusion molding.
In the step (2), the weight ratio of the pectinase to the cellulase is 1: 1.5.
The concentration of the pectinase is 7.2 u/mL.
The environment-friendly wallpaper prepared by the invention uses PVC paste resin as a main raw material, adopts cyclodextrin, silica sol and other components as a binder, simultaneously adds a large amount of fibrilia into the wallpaper raw material, and prepares the wallpaper by combining plant fiber components with chemical synthetic resin, so that not only can the strength and the wear resistance of the wallpaper reach the requirements, but also the environment-friendly property of the prepared wallpaper is obviously improved.
