Abstract

本发明公开了一种PLA结晶干燥除湿制备的方法及设备,包括干燥箱、分离器、冷却器、控制柜、抽风机、外接储料筒、进料口、抽风口、出料口、进风口、干燥回风口;所述干燥箱的干燥回风口通过管道与分离器的进口连通,所述分离器的出口通过管道与冷却器的进口连通,所述冷却器的出口通过管道与干燥箱的进口连通,将露点‑40℃干燥风送入干燥箱内。由于本发明采用低温干燥除湿的方法进行除湿,整个除湿过程在一个循环、封闭的环境中完成,粉尘会留在分离器,无粉尘污染而且用电量小,具有环保、节约能源的优点。

PLA结晶干燥除湿制备的方法及设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚酯产品,尤其涉及一种PLA结晶干燥除湿制备的方法及设备。
背景技术
聚乳酸为多用途可堆肥的高分子聚合物,完全由植物中萃取出淀粉,经过发酵、去水、聚合等过程制造而成,因此无毒性。加上聚乳酸为生物可分解塑料的其中一种,分解后会形成水和二氧化碳,能减少对生态的冲击。目前,聚乳酸一具有较为成熟的生产方法,但其生产方法仍存在有不便与缺陷。在传统的聚乳酸生产过程中,大都采用红外线除湿方法进行除湿,这种红外线除湿方法用电量大,温度高,原料的表面会出现熔融现象,而且为敞开作业,粉尘大,对环境污染严重。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种PLA结晶干燥除湿制备的方法及设备,解决现有技术中的红外线除湿方法用电量大,温度高,原料的表面会出现熔融现象,而且为敞开作业,粉尘大,对环境污染严重的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本发明是一种PLA结晶干燥除湿的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、向进料口输送PLA聚乳酸原料;
S2、PLA聚乳酸原料通过干燥箱进行除湿干燥;所述的干燥除湿方法为低温干燥除湿,低温温度为-30℃至-50℃;
S3、经过除湿干燥处理的PLA聚乳酸原料储存在料桶中;
S4、把S3步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸原料,运输到加热槽中,加热、溶解,加热槽的温度控制在190-210℃,制得PLA聚乳酸原料顆粒;
S5、把S4步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸原料顆粒,经过滤网,通过模具,制得PLA聚乳酸膜;
S6、把S5步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸膜同纸张贴合,将背胶轮的温度控制在190-200℃,设置在背胶轮一侧的逗号压轮通过擠壓将背胶轮卷起的PLA擠壓至厚度为0.20~0.65μ,压轮将纸压至与背胶轮贴合,此时背胶轮卷起的PLA与纸进行淋膜(分子间连接),最后通过自转轮将已经被PLA淋膜的纸带走,制得单面PLA淋膜的纸张;
S7、把S6步骤制得的PLA淋膜的纸张在40~60℃的烘箱中烘干保持干燥避免潮湿滋长细菌,制得干燥的单面PLA淋膜的纸张;
S8、把S7步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸纸膜,收卷成成品。
本发明是一种PLA结晶干燥除湿设备,包括干燥箱、分离器、冷却器、控制柜、抽风机、外接储料筒、进料口、抽风口、出料口、进风口、干燥回风口;所述干燥箱的干燥回风口通过管道与分离器的进口连通,所述分离器的出口通过管道与冷却器的进口连通,所述冷却器的出口通过管道与干燥箱的进口连通,将露点-40℃干燥风送入干燥箱内。
本发明的工作原理:
工作时,抽风机抽取干燥箱内的空气,形成负压,将原料从原料进料口吸入干燥箱内,分离器不断从干燥箱的干燥回风口抽取空气,将干燥箱的原料粉尘吸附在分离器中,同时,冷却器不断将露点-40℃干燥风送入干燥箱内;抽风机向干燥箱内的吹入空气,将干燥好的产品从出料口送入储料筒内。
本发明的重点就在于:采用低温干燥除湿。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的PLA淋膜纸张不用泡在PLA溶液中,通过挤压聚乳酸原料顆粒的工艺即可,降低生产成本、节约时间;
2、PLA淋膜纸张与PLA是通过分子间作用力进行连接,纤维相互渗透连接,粘接牢固,不会分层;
3、采用低温干燥除湿的方法进行除湿,整个除湿过程在一个循环、封闭的环境中完成,粉尘会留在分离器,无粉尘污染而且用电量小,具有环保、节约能源的优点。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
本发明是一种PLA结晶干燥除湿的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、向进料口输送PLA聚乳酸原料;
S2、PLA聚乳酸原料通过干燥箱进行除湿干燥;所述的干燥除湿方法为低温干燥除湿,低温温度为-30℃至-50℃;
S3、经过除湿干燥处理的PLA聚乳酸原料储存在料桶中;
S4、把S3步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸原料,运输到加热槽中,加热、溶解,加热槽的温度控制在190-210℃,制得PLA聚乳酸原料顆粒;
S5、把S4步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸原料顆粒,经过滤网,通过模具,制得PLA聚乳酸膜;
S6、把S5步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸膜同纸张贴合,将背胶轮的温度控制在190-200℃,设置在背胶轮一侧的逗号压轮通过擠壓将背胶轮卷起的PLA擠壓至厚度为0.20~0.65μ,压轮将纸压至与背胶轮贴合,此时背胶轮卷起的PLA与纸进行淋膜(分子间连接),最后通过自转轮将已经被PLA淋膜的纸带走,制得单面PLA淋膜的纸张;
S7、把S6步骤制得的PLA淋膜的纸张在40~60℃的烘箱中烘干保持干燥避免潮湿滋长细菌,制得干燥的单面PLA淋膜的纸张;
S8、把S7步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸纸膜,收卷成成品品。
本发明是一种PLA结晶干燥除湿设备,包括干燥箱1、分离器2、冷却器3、控制柜4、抽风机5、抽风机6、外接储料筒7、进料口11、抽风口12、出料口13、进风口14、干燥回风口15;所述干燥箱1的干燥回风口15通过管道与分离器2的进口连通,所述分离器2的出口通过管道与冷却器3的进口连通,所述冷却器3的出口通过管道与干燥箱1的进口连通,将露点-40℃干燥风送入干燥箱1内。
本发明的工作原理:
工作时,抽风机5和抽风机6抽取干燥箱1内的空气,形成负压,将原料从原料进料口吸入干燥箱1内,分离器不断从干燥箱1的干燥回风口15抽取空气,将干燥箱1的原料粉尘吸附在分离器2中,同时,冷却器不断将露点-40℃干燥风送入干燥箱1内;抽风机5和抽风机6向干燥箱1内的吹入空气,将干燥好的产品从出料口13送入储料筒内。
本发明的重点就在于:采用低温干燥除湿。

Claims (2)

1.一种PLA结晶干燥除湿的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、向进料口输送PLA聚乳酸原料;
S2、PLA聚乳酸原料通过干燥箱进行除湿干燥;所述的干燥除湿方法为低温干燥除湿,低温温度为-30℃至-50℃;
S3、经过除湿干燥处理的PLA聚乳酸原料储存在料桶中;
S4、把S3步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸原料,运输到加热槽中,加热、溶解,加热槽的温度控制在190-210℃,制得PLA聚乳酸原料顆粒;
S5、把S4步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸原料顆粒,经过滤网,通过模具,制得PLA聚乳酸膜;
S6、把S5步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸膜同纸张贴合,将背胶轮的温度控制在190-200℃,设置在背胶轮一侧的逗号压轮通过擠壓将背胶轮卷起的PLA擠壓至厚度为0.20~0.65μ,压轮将纸压至与背胶轮贴合,此时背胶轮卷起的PLA与纸进行淋膜(分子间连接),最后通过自转轮将已经被PLA淋膜的纸带走,制得单面PLA淋膜的纸张;
S7、把S6步骤制得的PLA淋膜的纸张在40~60℃的烘箱中烘干保持干燥,制得干燥的单面PLA淋膜的纸张;
S8、把S7步骤制得的PLA聚乳酸纸膜,收卷成成品。
2.一种PLA结晶干燥除湿设备,包括干燥箱、分离器、冷却器、控制柜、抽风机、外接储料筒、进料口、抽风口、出料口、进风口、干燥回风口;所述干燥箱的干燥回风口通过管道与分离器的进口连通,所述分离器的出口通过管道与冷却器的进口连通,所述冷却器的出口通过管道与干燥箱的进口连通,将露点-40℃干燥风送入干燥箱内。
