Abstract
本发明公开了一种弹性粉末冶金材料,它是由下述重量百分比的原料组成的:热塑性弹性体17‑20%、Ni3‑4%、Se0.3‑0.5%、二氧化锆5‑7%、硬脂酸钙0.4‑1%、蜂蜡0.6‑1%、硅烷偶联剂kh550 0.1‑0.2%、二丙酮醇2‑3%、二氧化锰0.1‑0.4%、剩余的为铁,本发明以Ni、Se、二氧化锰、铁为原料制备冶金材料,再通过将冶金材料与弹性原料共混,热压成型,得到弹性粉末冶金材料,本发明材料具有很好的弹性,综合性能优越,应用范围广。

技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,具体涉及一种弹性粉末冶金材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
粉末冶金材料是指用粉末冶金工艺制得的多孔、半致密或全致密材料(包括制品)。粉末冶金材料具有传统熔铸工艺所无法获得的独特的化学组成和物理、力学性能,如材料的孔隙度可控,材料组织均匀、无宏观偏析(合金凝固后其截面上不同部位没有因液态合金宏观流动而造成的化学成分不均匀现象),可一次成型等。飞机和发动机上的刹车片、离合器摩擦片、松孔过滤器、多孔发汗材料、含油轴承、磁铁芯、电触点、高比重合金、硬质合金和超硬耐磨零件等因含有大量非金属成分或含有连通孔隙,都不能用普通铸、锻工艺制造,只能以粉末为原料经冷压、烧结等粉末冶金工艺来制造,然而市售的粉末冶金材料的缓冲性较差,抗冲击性弱,容易出现断裂,因此,本发明的目的是改善粉末冶金的表面性能,以提高其抗冲击强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种弹性粉末冶金材料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种弹性粉末冶金材料,它是由下述重量百分比的原料组成的:
热塑性弹性体17-20%、Ni3-4%、Se0.3-0.5%、二氧化锆5-7%、硬脂酸钙0.4-1%、蜂蜡0.6-1%、硅烷偶联剂kh550 0.1-0.2%、二丙酮醇2-3%、二氧化锰0.1-0.4%、剩余的为铁。
一种弹性粉末冶金材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取蜂蜡,加入到其重量3-4倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,超声3-10分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取二氧化锆、硬脂酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量2-5倍的无水乙醇中,加入二丙酮醇,在50-60℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得复合醇溶液;
(3)取上述酰胺溶液、复合醇溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入热塑性弹性体,在60-70℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得弹性原料;
(4)取Ni、Se、二氧化锰、铁混合,送入到搅拌机中,200-300转/分搅拌10-15分钟,再经过冷压成型、烧结、冷却后过筛,得冶金原料;
(5)取上述冶金原料,与弹性原料混合,搅拌均匀,放入模具内,在75-80℃,0.7-1MPa压力条件下,热压成型,保压10-20分钟,卸压出模,水冷,即得所述弹性粉末冶金材料。
本发明的优点:
本发明采用硬脂酸钙活化二氧化锆,然后与蜂蜡的酰胺溶液共混,采用硅烷偶联剂改性,在改性过程中引入热塑性弹性体,得到弹性原料,之后以Ni、Se、二氧化锰、铁为原料制备冶金材料,再通过将冶金材料与弹性原料共混,热压成型,得到弹性粉末冶金材料,本发明材料具有很好的弹性,可以有效的降低磨损消耗,综合性能优越,应用范围广。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种弹性粉末冶金材料,它是由下述重量百分比的原料组成的:
热塑性弹性体17%、Ni3%、Se0.3%、二氧化锆5%、硬脂酸钙0.4%、蜂蜡0.6%、硅烷偶联剂kh550 0.1%、二丙酮醇2%、二氧化锰0.1%、剩余的为铁。
一种弹性粉末冶金材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取蜂蜡,加入到其重量3倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,超声3分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取二氧化锆、硬脂酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量2倍的无水乙醇中,加入二丙酮醇,在50℃下保温搅拌20分钟,得复合醇溶液;
(3)取上述酰胺溶液、复合醇溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入热塑性弹性体,在60℃下保温搅拌1小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得弹性原料;
(4)取Ni、Se、二氧化锰、铁混合,送入到搅拌机中,200转/分搅拌10分钟,再经过冷压成型、烧结、冷却后过筛,得冶金原料;
(5)取上述冶金原料,与弹性原料混合,搅拌均匀,放入模具内,在75℃,0.7MPa压力条件下,热压成型,保压10分钟,卸压出模,水冷,即得所述弹性粉末冶金材料。
实施例2
一种弹性粉末冶金材料,它是由下述重量百分比的原料组成的:
热塑性弹性体20%、Ni4%、Se0.5%、二氧化锆7%、硬脂酸钙1%、蜂蜡1%、硅烷偶联剂kh550 0.2%、二丙酮醇3%、二氧化锰0.4%、剩余的为铁。
一种弹性粉末冶金材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取蜂蜡,加入到其重量4倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,超声10分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取二氧化锆、硬脂酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量5倍的无水乙醇中,加入二丙酮醇,在60℃下保温搅拌30分钟,得复合醇溶液;
(3)取上述酰胺溶液、复合醇溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入热塑性弹性体,70℃下保温搅拌2小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得弹性原料;
(4)取Ni、Se、二氧化锰、铁混合,送入到搅拌机中,300转/分搅拌15分钟,再经过冷压成型、烧结、冷却后过筛,得冶金原料;
(5)取上述冶金原料,与弹性原料混合,搅拌均匀,放入模具内,在80℃,1MPa压力条件下,热压成型,保压20分钟,卸压出模,水冷,即得所述弹性粉末冶金材料。
性能测试:
本发明实施例1的弹性粉末冶金材料在100℃的摩擦系数为0.424、磨损量10-7cm3/Nm为0.202;
200℃的摩擦系数为0.405,磨损量10-7cm3/Nm为0.194;
本发明实施例2的弹性粉末冶金材料在100℃的摩擦系数为0.410、磨损量10-7cm3/Nm为0.191;
200℃的摩擦系数为0.388,磨损量10-7cm3/Nm为0.182。
Claims (2)
1.一种弹性粉末冶金材料,其特征在于,它是由下述重量百分比的原料组成的:
热塑性弹性体17-20%、Ni3-4%、Se0.3-0.5%、二氧化锆5-7%、硬脂酸钙0.4-1%、蜂蜡0.6-1%、硅烷偶联剂kh550 0.1-0.2%、二丙酮醇2-3%、二氧化锰0.1-0.4%、剩余的为铁。
2.一种如权利要求1所述弹性粉末冶金材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取蜂蜡,加入到其重量3-4倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入硅烷偶联剂kh550,超声3-10分钟,得酰胺溶液;
(2)取二氧化锆、硬脂酸钙混合,加入到混合料重量2-5倍的无水乙醇中,加入二丙酮醇,在50-60℃下保温搅拌20-30分钟,得复合醇溶液;
(3)取上述酰胺溶液、复合醇溶液混合,搅拌均匀,加入热塑性弹性体,在60-70℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得弹性原料;
(4)取Ni、Se、二氧化锰、铁混合,送入到搅拌机中,200-300转/分搅拌10-15分钟,再经过冷压成型、烧结、冷却后过筛,得冶金原料;
(5)取上述冶金原料,与弹性原料混合,搅拌均匀,放入模具内,在75-80℃,0.7-1MPa压力条件下,热压成型,保压10-20分钟,卸压出模,水冷,即得所述弹性粉末冶金材料。
