本发明属于油气脱碳脱硫技术领域,具体涉及一种油气脱碳脱硫工艺装置。
背景技术
油田伴生气是溶解在石油中的混合气体;烃类含量占50% 以上,C3以上组分可达到30%;国内的油田罐顶气大部分是通过呼吸阀放空,既浪费资源,又污染环境。油气的直接排放比氟利昂对环境的污染还要严重,而且它们属于不可再生资源,放空造成资源的极大浪费。实现油气资源的回收利用,具有重要的经济效益和环境效益。但是油气中的碳硫气体、水分和烃类不易分离。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种油气脱碳脱硫工艺装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种油气脱碳脱硫工艺装置,包括原油罐、反应罐和脱碳塔,所述原油罐通过原油泵与反应罐连通,反应罐经过滤器和油水分离器与脱碳塔连通,脱碳塔连通有洗涤塔,洗涤塔与储油罐连通。
进一步,所述反应罐内设有加热***,反应罐连通有吸附剂储存罐。
进一步,所述加热***为加热管,加热管盘旋设置在反应罐管壁上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种油气脱碳脱硫工艺装置通过吸附脱硫脱除油气中的碳硫气体、水分、固体废物,经过反应罐、脱碳塔和洗涤塔处理后的油气,油气中几乎没有二氧化碳、硫化氢和水汽,剩下干净的烃类油气。

进一步,所述反应罐3内设有加热***9,反应罐3连通有吸附剂储存罐4。
进一步,所述加热***9为加热管,加热管盘旋设置在反应罐3管壁上。
