Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a cooking control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a cooking control method, which can be used in any cooking appliance, for example, they can be used in an electric cooker. Specifically, the cooking control method may include the steps of:
step S11, it is determined whether the current cooking process reaches the last stage.
Here, the last stage is a small fire maintaining stage, and the cooking processes with different cooking functions all perform the small fire cooking process within the last fixed time period, for example, when cooking rice using an electric rice cooker, the cooking processes can be divided into a water absorption stage, a temperature rise stage, a boiling stage and a rice stewing stage, and the rice stewing stage is the small fire cooking stage and corresponds to the last stage. The different cooking functions may correspond to the same cooking time in this last phase, but also to different cooking times. Whereas the same cooking function corresponds to the same cooking time in the last phase, irrespective of the amount of food material used. For example, for cooking rice using a rice cooker, the fixed cooking time corresponding to the last stage may be 10 minutes.
Alternatively, it may be determined whether the cooking process reaches the last stage according to the bottom temperature, for example, for the cooking stage, if the bottom temperature is greater than or equal to 120 ℃, it may be determined that the cooking process enters the last stage, otherwise, it may be determined that the cooking process has not entered the last stage.
Step S12, in case the current cooking process reaches the last stage, adjusting an actual cooking time of the last stage according to the currently displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage.
As described above, the cooking time of the last stage is a fixed time. When the cooking process enters the last stage, the cooking time corresponding to the last stage may not coincide with the cooking remaining time currently displayed on the cooking appliance, in which case the actual cooking time of the last stage is adjusted to coincide with the cooking remaining time currently displayed on the cooking appliance. Since the last stage corresponds to a small-fire cooking stage, extending or shortening the stage does not substantially affect the cooking process or the cooking result, and the deviation of the countdown displayed on the cooking appliance from the actual cooking end time can be prevented by adjusting the actual cooking time of the last stage.
In an embodiment, the cooking time may be displayed on the cooking appliance accordingly according to the cooking function selected by the user.
Specifically, the cooking function selected by the user may be read first. For example, the cooking function selected by the user may be cooking rice or soup or the like. Different default cooking times may be set for different cooking functions. Optionally, a search list may be stored in the cooking appliance, where the search list includes one or more cooking functions and a default cooking time corresponding to each of the one or more cooking functions. After reading the cooking function selected by the user, retrieving a default cooking time corresponding to the cooking function selected by the user from the retrieval list. The cooking remaining time is then displayed in descending order starting from the default cooking time until the cooking is completed. Wherein the cooking time may be displayed in decreasing fashion at arbitrary time intervals, which may range from 1 minute to 5 minutes, preferably at 1 minute intervals.
Preferably, the default cooking time is a cooking time required for executing the cooking function with a maximum food material amount, and the use of the cooking time corresponding to the maximum food material amount can ensure that the cooked food material is cooked after the cooking is finished and is not half-cooked. It is to be understood that the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the default cooking time may be arbitrarily set as needed.
The amount of food material in the embodiment of the present invention refers to the amount of cooking food material used and water used.
Alternatively, any Display device such as an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) or LED Display screen may be used to Display the cooking remaining time.
How to adjust the actual cooking time of the last stage will be described below.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a cooking control method according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, based on the above embodiment, the adjusting of the actual cooking time of the last stage according to the currently displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage in the above step S12 may include the steps of:
step S21, a time difference between the currently displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage is calculated.
When it is judged that the current cooking process enters the last stage, a time difference between the currently displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage is first calculated. It is understood that the time difference here is a positive time difference, which refers to the time difference between the greater and the lesser of the displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage.
Step S22, determining whether the time difference is within a predefined time range.
The predefined time range here may be, for example, 0 to 180 seconds, preferably 0 to 60 seconds. Alternatively, the predefined time range may be set according to a countdown time interval of the remaining cooking time displayed on the cooking appliance, for example, the predefined time range may be set to 0 to 180 seconds if the set countdown time interval is 3 minutes, the predefined time range may be set to 0 to 120 seconds if the set countdown time interval is 2 minutes, and the predefined time range may be set to 0 to 60 seconds if the set countdown time interval is 1 minute.
Step S23, adjusting the actual cooking time of the last stage to the currently displayed cooking remaining time if the time difference is out of the predefined range.
The time difference between the currently displayed cooking time remaining and the cooking time corresponding to the last phase is outside a predefined range, indicating that there is a deviation in time between the two, in which case adjusting the actual cooking time of the last phase to the currently displayed cooking time remaining may ensure that there is no deviation between the displayed countdown and the actual cooking time remaining on the cooking appliance while ensuring that cooking is not affected.
In the case where the time difference between the previously displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage does not exceed the predefined range, it is indicated that there is almost no deviation in time therebetween, and it is not necessary to adjust the time cooking time of the last stage (step S24).
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a cooking control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a cooking control device 30, and the device 30 may be used in any cooking appliance, for example, an electric cooker, etc. Specifically, the cooking control device 30 may include: a judging module 31, configured to judge whether the current cooking process reaches the last stage; and an adjusting module 32 for adjusting the actual cooking time of the last stage according to the currently displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage in case the current cooking process reaches the last stage. The phenomenon that the countdown displayed on the cooking appliance deviates from the actual cooking end time can be avoided by adjusting the actual cooking time of the last stage.
In an embodiment, the cooking control apparatus may further include: the reading module is used for reading the cooking function selected by the user, and the cooking function can be rice cooking or soup cooking and the like; and a display module for displaying the cooking remaining time in a descending manner from a default cooking time corresponding to the cooking function. Different default cooking times may be set for different cooking functions. Optionally, the default cooking time is a cooking time required for executing the cooking function with a maximum amount of food materials, so as to ensure that the cooked food materials are cooked without undercooking after the cooking is finished.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a cooking control apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, based on the above embodiment, the adjusting module 32 may include: a calculating unit 321 for calculating a time difference between the currently displayed cooking remaining time and the cooking time corresponding to the last stage; a determining unit 322, configured to determine whether the time difference is within a predefined time range, where the predefined time range may be 0 second to 180 seconds, and preferably may be 0 second to 60 seconds; and an adjusting unit 323 for adjusting the actual cooking time of the last stage to the currently displayed remaining cooking time if the time difference is out of the predefined range, otherwise, not adjusting the actual cooking time of the last stage.
The specific working principle and benefits of the cooking control device provided by the embodiment of the invention are similar to those of the cooking control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, and are not described again here.
