Abstract

本发明公开了一种冰凉面料的制备工艺,本发明优选原料配比,通过多种纤维经酸性纤维素酶处理,能去除纤维表面绒毛,增大纤维间孔隙,令其变得柔软蓬松,并能够使纤维弯曲刚度下降,增加滑爽性,再经上浆、梳毛、纺纱,得到高滑爽纱制品,通过氨基硅油浸轧,使硅油在纤维表面吸附覆盖,形成润滑层,进一步提高了面料的滑爽性能,再结合纤维内部孔隙通道对空气的流通和水分的吸附,令使用者感受到冰凉触感,最后经压光处理使面料更加光泽,赋予产品环保健康和美观大方的优点,本发明冰凉面料的制备工艺简单,相关参数优化后成本低廉,所得面料较常规生产方式具有冰凉和丝滑的触感,作为贴身衣物或床上用品具有极高的使用舒适度,市场前景极佳。

一种冰凉面料的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及面料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰凉面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
近年来,随着科学技术的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对服装面料的手感、外观、颜色、尺寸形态稳定性等面料品质,有了更高的要求。尤其是夏季,在高温条件下人们对贴身面料的舒适度要求更为严格。冰凉型面料因其手感细腻,具有良好的吸湿透气性,能够满足人们生理上冰凉舒适的感受,因此在其开发上面成为研究的热点。
目前市场上出现的使用常规生产工艺生产的冰凉面料,利用复杂的织造流程生产,次品率高,撕裂牢度差,不具有高吸湿透气性能,且面料的光泽暗淡,已经不能满足人们对面料的要求,同时在冰凉触感方面通常采用添加玉石粉来产生瞬时的冰凉效果,一旦人体肌肤和面料之间的温差平衡后就会丧失冰凉效果,持续性较差。鉴于以上情况,亟待开发新型的冰凉触感面料,以满足人们对舒适度的要求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种冰凉面料的制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种冰凉面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将细支羊毛纤维、竹原纤维、棉纶6纤维按质量比1:(1-1.5):(2-3)混合,将混合纤维置于水洗机中,加入混合纤维质量25-30倍水,升温至50-55℃,再加入水质量6-8%的酸性纤维素酶,震荡搅拌40-60分钟,完成后取出混合纤维,水洗晾干备用;
(2)将步骤1所得混合纤维在1000-1100转/分钟的机速下进行开松,完成后通过浆纱机上浆;
(3)将上浆后的纤维进行梳毛,梳毛时控制喂毛周期为50-60秒,出条速度为60-80米/分钟,之后送入织布机中进行纺纱;
(4)将步骤3所得成纱送入退浆机,将表面浆料、杂质清洗干净,再将其通过质量浓度为70-80克/升的氨基硅油进行浸轧,完成后置于90-95℃下预烘200-300秒,再在140-150℃下烘100-120秒,最后水洗烘干,得面料半成品;
(5)将面料半成品送入压光机中压光,完成后阴干后,送至成品车间,即得本发明冰凉面料。
所述步骤1中加入酸性纤维素酶控制水体pH为5.5-6.5。
所述步骤2中上浆浓度为10-15%,上浆温度为50-60℃。
所述步骤3中纺纱转速为500-600转/分钟,温度为25-35℃,相对湿度为50-60%。
所述步骤4中浸轧工作液的轧液率为80%。
所述步骤5中压光温度控制为100-120℃。
本发明的优点是:
本发明优选原料配比,通过多种纤维经酸性纤维素酶处理,能去除纤维表面绒毛,增大纤维间孔隙,令其变得柔软蓬松,提高吸湿、透气性能,并能够使纤维弯曲刚度下降,容易产生相对运动,增加滑爽性,再经上浆、梳毛、纺纱,得到高滑爽纱制品,通过氨基硅油浸轧,使硅油在纤维表面吸附覆盖,形成润滑层,降低面料摩擦因数,进一步提高了面料的滑爽性能,使其贴合皮肤时感觉到明显的丝滑性,再结合纤维内部孔隙通道对空气的流通和水分的吸附,令使用者感受到冰凉触感,最后经压光处理使面料更加光泽,赋予产品环保健康和美观大方的优点,本发明冰凉面料的制备工艺简单,相关参数优化后成本低廉,所得面料较常规生产方式具有冰凉和丝滑的触感,作为贴身衣物或床上用品具有极高的使用舒适度,市场前景极佳。
具体实施方式
一种冰凉面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将细支羊毛纤维、竹原纤维、棉纶6纤维按质量比1:1:3混合,将混合纤维置于水洗机中,加入混合纤维质量25倍水,升温至50℃,再加入水质量7%的酸性纤维素酶控制水体pH为6,震荡搅拌60分钟,完成后取出混合纤维,水洗晾干备用;
(2)将步骤1所得混合纤维在1000转/分钟的机速下进行开松,完成后通过浆纱机上浆,上浆浓度为15%,上浆温度为55℃;
(3)将上浆后的纤维进行梳毛,梳毛时控制喂毛周期为50秒,出条速度为70米/分钟,之后送入织布机中进行纺纱,纺纱转速为550转/分钟,温度为30℃,相对湿度为55%;
(4)将步骤3所得成纱送入退浆机,将表面浆料、杂质清洗干净,再将其通过质量浓度为75克/升的氨基硅油进行浸轧,浸轧工作液的轧液率为80%,完成后置于90℃下预烘240秒,再在150℃下烘120秒,最后水洗烘干,得面料半成品;
(5)将面料半成品送入压光机中压光,压光温度控制为110℃,完成后阴干后,送至成品车间,即得本发明冰凉面料。

Claims (6)

1.一种冰凉面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将细支羊毛纤维、竹原纤维、棉纶6纤维按质量比1:(1-1.5):(2-3)混合,将混合纤维置于水洗机中,加入混合纤维质量25-30倍水,升温至50-55℃,再加入水质量6-8%的酸性纤维素酶,震荡搅拌40-60分钟,完成后取出混合纤维,水洗晾干备用;
(2)将步骤1所得混合纤维在1000-1100转/分钟的机速下进行开松,完成后通过浆纱机上浆;
(3)将上浆后的纤维进行梳毛,梳毛时控制喂毛周期为50-60秒,出条速度为60-80米/分钟,之后送入织布机中进行纺纱;
(4)将步骤3所得成纱送入退浆机,将表面浆料、杂质清洗干净,再将其通过质量浓度为70-80克/升的氨基硅油进行浸轧,完成后置于90-95℃下预烘200-300秒,再在140-150℃下烘100-120秒,最后水洗烘干,得面料半成品;
(5)将面料半成品送入压光机中压光,完成后阴干后,送至成品车间,即得本发明冰凉面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰凉面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1中加入酸性纤维素酶控制水体pH为5.5-6.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰凉面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2中上浆浓度为10-15%,上浆温度为50-60℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冰凉面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3中纺纱转速为500-600转/分钟,温度为25-35℃,相对湿度为50-60%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冰凉面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4中浸轧工作液的轧液率为80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的冰凉面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5中压光温度控制为100-120℃。
