本发明涉及防静电面料领域,具体涉及到一种双面用高强度防静电面料及生产工艺。
背景技术
静电在生活和现代工业生产中几乎随处可见。许多材料在使用的过程中常常会产生静电积累,造成吸尘、电击甚至产生火花造成***事故,对于从事石油、电子、军工、医护等特殊岗位的职业人员来说,静电危害极大。
而在人们日常中,皮肤与衣服之间以及衣服与衣服之间互相摩擦,也会产生静电,因此,在春秋季干燥的时候人碰到金属时会有触电的感觉。过多的静电常常会使人焦躁不安、头痛甚至呼吸困难,严重影响人的身体健康以及服装的穿着舒适性、亲肤性。于是开发具有抗静电性能的服装面料显得很有必要。
静电的原因本质上是由于两物体之间产生摩擦,脱离接触之后其表面由于能量激发而发生电子转移造成的,防静电处理的着手点就是加快静电的耗散,减少电荷的集聚。常用的纺织品消除静电方法有 3 种。其中之一就是采用晕放电消除静电法,织物中采用纺织纤维和导电纤维均匀混合的材料制作织物,导电纤维的电阻率一般不低于Ω·cm,导电纤维的应用使纺织品抗静电效果显著,耐久而不受环境湿度的影响,可广泛应用于防静电工作服等功能性服装面料中。
但是现有的抗静电面料基材稳定性差,抗静电效果不够持久,很难进入市场或者很快就会被市场淘汰。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是现有的抗静电面料基材稳定性差,抗静电效果不够持久。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种双面用高强度防静电面料,导电丝的韧性比较高,不易断裂,方便生产,面料组织结构比较细致,密度大,不容易进入粉尘,导电丝与面料基材结合紧密,不会出现导电丝抽丝的情况,抗静电效果持久。
该种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,由双层面料本体粘合而成,每层所述面料本体由复合纱线编织而成,且为平面三向织物,所述复合纱线包括涤纶纱线和松懈缠绕在涤纶纱线外部的导电丝;

S1,配置碳纤维,将PAN原丝在200°C ~ 300°C的氧化气氛中氧化, 再把PAN原丝放入3600°C ~3800°C的惰性气氛和葡萄糖与过氧化苯甲酰的混合溶液中进行碳化成碳化液体;然后加入Ai-Ti晶粒细化剂或Al-Fe晶粒细化剂或Al-Zr晶粒细化剂进行晶体细化,再对碳化液体进行石墨化和表面处理得到碳纤维。
S2,配置导电丝,将S1中制得的碳纤维用纺丝机纺制成碳纤维长丝,再在把碳纤维长丝表面浸入到氯化亚锡溶液中5-7h,再用并捻机将7D的3根单根碳纤维纱线或者5D的4根单根碳纤维纱线或者3D的6根单根碳纤维纱线复合成一根导电丝;
S3,配置涤纶纱线,用捻线机将一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱在另一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱上缠绕,并且两根涤纶单纱形成不同大小的孔结,再用捻线机将孔结的内弧面捻合交织的竹炭纤维纱线。
S4,制作复合纱,用捻线机将把导电丝缠绕在涤纶纱线上,制作两种不同规格的复合纱,一种复合纱上的导电丝缠绕长度要短,另一种复合纱的导电丝缠绕长度要长;
S5,编织单层的面料本体, 3 个纱线***上均采用 2 根纱进行相互交织;其左斜的 2根经纱总是浮于右斜的 2 根经纱之上,同
时交替地与 2 根纬纱一上一下交织;右斜的 2 根经纱则总是沉于左斜的 2 根经纱之下,同样,交替地与 2 根纬纱一上一下交织;2 根纬纱分别交替地与经纱一上一下交织;
S6,将两层S5制得的面料本体用粘合剂粘合起来。
(三)有益效果
(1)本发明中的导电丝采用碳纤维作为主要原料,还在碳纤维溶液中加入晶粒细化剂对碳纤维进行晶体细化,因为碳纤维本身的强度就比较大,碳纤维晶体细化后导电丝整体的韧性变高,拉伸能力变强,导电丝松懈地缠绕在涤纶纱线的外部,在编织的过程中,给导电丝以充分的拉伸空间,综上,无论是在编织面料还是在使用过程中,使得导电丝不容易断裂,后续检测通过率高,节省了修补的工序,大大提高了生产效率,同时导电丝不断裂,也对抗静电效果起到了至关重要的作用。
(2)抗静电面料采用双层面料,两面都可以使用,当一面的基材损坏,可以面料翻过来换另外一层使用,延长了抗静电面料的使用寿命。
(3)导电丝缠绕在涤纶纱线的外部,而不是在涤纶织好的基材上等距嵌入导电丝,且涤纶采用的是网络丝结构,这种结构在纱线轴周围上下分布有均匀的网格丝,能够把导电丝更精密地连在一起,使得导电丝更能与涤纶基材融合在一起,使得导电丝不容易脱线,导电效果更持久。
(4)导电丝在涤纶线上的缠绕长度是成交替变化的,在一根纬线上缠绕长度长,在另一根纬线上长度短,在一根经线上缠绕长度长,在另一根经线上长度短,这样使得相邻的导电丝之间的间距不会太小,从而避免了电荷从一根导电丝连续传达到相邻的导电丝上,而不能从一根导电丝的末端传导出去。
(5)面料本体实用平面三向结构,各个方向上载荷分配相对均匀,受力变形不易出现极其薄弱的方向,形状稳定性好,力学性能优良,尤其对于抗静电功能的面料来说更加需要稳定力学的基材作为支撑,才能使用长久,防止更换新的抗静电面料带来的成本增加。
(6)将一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱在另一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱上缠绕,并且两根涤纶单纱形成不同大小的孔结,再用捻线机将孔结的内弧面捻合交织的竹炭纤维纱线,可以使得空气从孔结内通过,增加面料的透气功能,竹炭纤维能吸收汗水,增加吸湿功能,增强面料的穿着的舒适性。

S4,制作复合纱,用捻线机将把导电丝缠绕在涤纶纱线上,制作两种不同规格的复合纱,一种复合纱上的导电丝缠绕长度要短,另一种复合纱的导电丝缠绕长度要长;
S5,编织单层的面料本体, 3 个纱线***上均采用 2 根纱进行相互交织;其左斜的 2根经纱总是浮于右斜的 2 根经纱之上,同
时交替地与 2 根纬纱一上一下交织;右斜的 2 根经纱则总是沉于左斜的 2 根经纱之下,同样,交替地与 2 根纬纱一上一下交织;2 根纬纱分别交替地与经纱一上一下交织;
S6,将两层S5制得的面料本体用粘合剂粘合起来。
下面结合实施例对本发明进行进一步的阐述:
实施例1
S1,配置碳纤维,将PAN原丝在200°C的氧化气氛中氧化, 再把PAN原丝放入3600°的惰性气氛和葡萄糖与过氧化苯甲酰的混合溶液中进行碳化成碳化液体;然后加入Ai-Ti晶粒细化剂进行晶体细化,再对碳化液体进行石墨化和表面处理得到碳纤维。
S2,配置导电丝,将S1中制得的碳纤维用纺丝机纺制成碳纤维长丝,再在把碳纤维长丝表面浸入到氯化亚锡溶液中5h,再用并捻机将7D的3根单根碳纤维纱线复合成一根导电丝;
S3,配置涤纶纱线,用捻线机将一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱在另一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱上缠绕,并且两根涤纶单纱形成不同大小的孔结,再用捻线机将孔结的内弧面捻合交织的竹炭纤维纱线。

实施例2
S1,配置碳纤维,将PAN原丝在250°的氧化气氛中氧化, 再把PAN原丝放入3700°C 的惰性气氛和葡萄糖与过氧化苯甲酰的混合溶液中进行碳化成碳化液体;然后加入Al-Fe晶粒细化剂进行晶体细化,再对碳化液体进行石墨化和表面处理得到碳纤维。
S2,配置导电丝,将S1中制得的碳纤维用纺丝机纺制成碳纤维长丝,再在把碳纤维长丝表面浸入到氯化亚锡溶液中6h,再用并捻机将5D粗的4根单根碳纤维纱线复合成一根导电丝;
S3,配置涤纶纱线,用捻线机将一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱在另一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱上缠绕,并且两根涤纶单纱形成不同大小的孔结,再用捻线机将孔结的内弧面捻合交织的竹炭纤维纱线。

S2,配置导电丝,将S1中制得的碳纤维用纺丝机纺制成碳纤维长丝,再在把碳纤维长丝表面浸入到氯化亚锡溶液中7h,再用并捻机将3D粗的6根单根碳纤维纱线复合成一根导电丝;
S3,配置涤纶纱线,用捻线机将一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱在另一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱上缠绕,并且两根涤纶单纱形成不同大小的孔结,再用捻线机将孔结的内弧面捻合交织的竹炭纤维纱线。

各实施例的制得的防静电面料性能对比如下:
由表格结果可知,本发明的防静电面料的电阻率均可达到Ω·cm²以上,防静电效果均比较突出,尤其是实施例2中的电阻率达到Ω·cm²,且导电丝的断裂率最低,韧性最高,强度也不低。
综上所述,上述实施方式并非是本发明的限制性实施方式,凡本领域的技术人员在本发明的实质内容的基础上所进行的修饰或者等效变形,均在本发明的技术范畴。

Claims (10)

1.一种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,由双层面料本体粘合而成,每层所述面料本体由复合纱线编织而成,且为平面三向织物,所述复合纱线包括涤纶纱线和松懈缠绕在涤纶纱线外部的导电丝;
所述涤纶纱线为5D~8D低弹涤纶纱线,所述导电丝的晶粒度为
所述导电丝的各成分质量比为:
聚乙烯醇纤维10~15份,
氯化亚锡2~5份,
碳纤维60~70份,
葡萄糖10~20份,
过氧化苯甲酰0.2~0.5份;
所述涤纶纱线包括一根涤纶纱线A单纱,所述涤纶纱线A单纱上螺旋缠绕有一根涤纶纱线B单纱,所述涤纶纱线A单纱与涤纶纱线B单纱之间形成若干大小不一的孔结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,所述导电丝是21D/3F或20D/4F或18D/3F的单根碳纤维纱线复合而成的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,所述复合纱线上的导电丝缠绕长度在经线和纬线方向上交替变化。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,所述复合纱线上的导电丝长度在一根经线上长一根经线上短交替变化和在一根纬线上长一根纬线上短交替变化。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,所述面料本体的组织结构为双平纹三向织物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶纱线为7D涤纶DTY网络丝纱线。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面用高强度防静电面料,其特征在于,所述孔结内设有若干竹纤维纱线编织的纵横交错的网格结构,所述左侧半个孔结内的纵向方向的竹纤维纱线首尾端均设置在涤纶纱线A上,所述右侧半个孔结内的纵向方向的竹纤维纱线首尾端均设置在涤纶纱线B上;所述横向方向竹纤维纱线首端设置在涤纶纱线A上,末端设置在涤纶纱线B上。
8.一种双面用高强度防静电面料的生产工艺:包括以下步骤:
S1,配置碳纤维,将PAN原丝在200°C ~ 300°C的氧化气氛中氧化, 再把PAN原丝放入3600°C ~3800°C的惰性气氛和葡萄糖与过氧化苯甲酰的混合溶液中进行碳化成碳化液体;然后加入Ai-Ti晶粒细化剂或Al-Fe晶粒细化剂或Al-Zr晶粒细化剂进行晶体细化,再对碳化液体进行石墨化和表面处理得到碳纤维。
9.S2,配置导电丝,将S1中制得的碳纤维用纺丝机纺制成碳纤维长丝,再在把碳纤维长丝表面浸入到氯化亚锡溶液中5-7h,再用并捻机将7D的3根单根碳纤维纱线或者5D的4根单根碳纤维纱线或者3D的6根单根碳纤维纱线复合成一根导电丝;
S3,配置涤纶纱线,用捻线机将一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱在另一根7D DTY网络丝涤纶单纱上缠绕,并且两根涤纶单纱形成不同大小的孔结,再用捻线机将孔结的内弧面捻合交织的竹炭纤维纱线。
10.S4,制作复合纱,用捻线机将把导电丝缠绕在涤纶纱线上,制作两种不同规格的复合纱,一种复合纱上的导电丝缠绕长度要短,另一种复合纱的导电丝缠绕长度要长;
S5,编织单层的面料本体, 3 个纱线***上均采用 2 根纱进行相互交织;其左斜的 2根经纱总是浮于右斜的 2 根经纱之上,同
