本发明提供了一种无水洗车液,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:凡士林0.01%‑0.1%,丙二醇0.1%‑0.8%,硬脂酸0.01%‑0.1%,十六醇0.01%‑0.3%,非离子表面活性剂0.1%‑1.0%,漆膜保护剂0.1%‑1.0%,硬脂酸钙0.01%‑0.2%,EDTA‑2Na 0.01%‑0.05%,聚乙烯醇0.01%‑0.3%,十二烷基硫酸钙0.01%‑0.1%,水95.0%‑99.0%。本发明所述的无水洗车液使用时无需使用高压水或者大量的水冲洗,只需将本产品均匀喷至汽车表面,然后直接擦干净即可,与传统洗车方式相比,既节省了大量的水资源,避免造成水资源的浪费,又节省清洗的时间。

本发明涉及汽车表面清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种无水洗车液。
背景技术
随着我国汽车工业的发展,汽车已经成为普遍的交通工具,汽车的数量也是越来越多,而车辆在使用过中,极易落满灰尘,特别是遇到雨天,容易被泥水弄脏,因此,过一段时间就需要洗车,以保证车身的整洁干净。而目前市场上的洗车方式均需要大量的自来水进行冲洗,这不仅延长了洗车的时间,而且会造成水资源的浪费,特别是在水资源严重匮乏的今天,节约用水已经成为一种社会共识。
所以,为了节约洗车用水,以及节省洗车的时间,急需一种能用少量的水甚至无水把车辆量清洗干净的技术方案。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种无水洗车液,以节约洗车用水,节省洗车时间。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种无水洗车液,所述无水洗车液按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
进一步的,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇乙氧基化物,提高洗车液的稳定性。
进一步的,所述漆膜保护剂为石蜡、二甲基硅油和松节油中的一种或几种的混合物,保护汽车表面漆膜。

相对于现有技术,本发明所述的一种无水洗车液具有以下优势:
本发明所述的无水洗车液使用时无需使用高压水或者大量的水冲洗,只需将本产品均匀喷至汽车表面,然后直接擦干净即可,与传统洗车方式相比,既节省了大量的水资源,避免造成水资源的浪费,又节省清洗的时间。
本发明所述的无水洗车液喷洒至汽车漆面后,能很快润湿污垢,并深入到污垢分子内部,使污垢与车漆表面分离,彻底清除车身及缝隙等部位的污垢,使车身漆面光亮如新。同时,本发明所述的无水洗车液清洗汽车外表面时,洗车液中含有的石蜡和二甲基硅油迅速吸附在车漆表面和漆面上的沙粒表面,形成保护膜,避免了灰尘沙粒对漆面的划伤,起到保护作用。

按照以上组分配置好本发明所述的无水洗车液后,只需将本产品均匀喷至汽车表面,然后直接擦干净即可,无需使用高压水或者大量的水冲洗,与传统洗车方式相比,既节省了大量的水资源,避免造成水资源的浪费,又节省清洗的时间。
