本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种去角质用护肤磨砂膏,同时还涉及一种去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法。
背景技术
人体皮肤从外到内依次为表皮、真皮和皮下组织,表皮从外到内又依次为角质层、颗粒层、棘层和基底层;角质层位于肌肤的最外层,具有保护肌肤、锁住水分的功能。健康皮肤循环更新的周期约为28天。但是日常生活中,由于人体接触外在环境条件变差、饮食不均衡、生活作息不正常、熬夜、抽烟喝酒、情绪变换等因素影响,常常会使新陈代谢的速度减慢,原本该自然代谢的角质细胞无法自然脱落,厚厚地堆积在肌肤表面,造成肌肤负担,导致皮肤粗糙、暗沉,涂搽的护肤品也无法穿透这道屏障被下面的活细胞吸收。因此,需要利用去角质类化妆品去除肌肤表面的老废角质,活化肌肤,促进自然代谢。
磨砂膏是最常用的一种去角质类化妆品,其是含有均匀细微颗粒的乳化型洁肤品,主要用于去除皮肤深层的污垢,通过在皮肤表面摩擦使得老化的鳞状角质剥落,去除死皮,有利于皮肤对化妆品的渗透并改善皮肤的性能。现有大多数磨砂膏含有的是不溶性磨砂颗粒,起到磨损角质、剥落死皮的作用,矿物磨粒如氧化铝、氧化镁等,质地较为坚硬,容易划伤皮肤,使用感不好;塑料微珠如聚乙烯微珠等,人工合成、颗粒圆润均匀,之前得到了广泛的使用。但是,这个塑料微珠非常细小,在水中分散后不沉降,以至于污水处理厂不能将其过滤出,会造成水道污染;由于塑料成分降解缓慢,当其随水或其他途径进入动物体内后,将经由食物链返回人体,对人类健康构成威胁。因此,政府逐渐出台法令禁止化妆品中使用塑料微珠,各大化妆品生产企业纷纷响应。
于是,研究人员开始寻找和开发环保易降解的磨粒材料,天然植物型磨砂颗粒逐渐得到发展。但是也存在以下问题:1)天然食物型磨砂颗粒如杏仁、红豆、木瓜、燕麦等,不易储存,制成磨砂型化妆品需要加入过多的防腐剂和抗氧剂,且有些质地过软,达不到去角质的作用;2)天然果壳型磨砂颗粒如核桃壳等,质地坚硬,且材料本身营养物质含量少,仅起到物理摩擦作用,使用感不佳。

本发明的目的是提供一种去角质用护肤磨砂膏,磨砂颗粒软硬适中,营养丰富,使用感舒适,去角质及护肤效果好。

所述磨砂颗粒的制备方法为:取辣木籽,壳仁分离后各自干燥、粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为150-250μm的辣木籽壳磨粒和辣木籽仁磨粒。
所述辣木籽事先去掉纸翼。
进一步的,所述辣木籽壳磨粒的粒度为150-180μm,所述辣木籽仁磨粒的粒度为200-250μm。
所述16-18醇中,碳十六醇与碳十八醇的质量比为3:7。
所述乳化剂为化妆品级或食品级O/W型乳化剂或O/W型乳化剂体系。
所述乳化剂为聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯或甘油硬脂酸酯柠檬酸酯。
所述防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯与尼泊金丙酯的质量比为3:(1.8-2)的混合物。
一种上述的去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取辣木籽,壳仁分离后各自干燥、粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为150-250μm的辣木籽壳磨粒和辣木籽仁磨粒;
2)将步骤1)所得辣木籽壳磨粒与配方量的辣木籽油混合浸润,得改性辣木籽壳磨粒;
3)取配方量的椰子油、霍霍巴油、16-18醇、单甘脂、乳化剂混合并加热至80℃-85℃搅拌溶解,得油相;取配方量的甘油、水溶性壳聚糖、甘醇酸、丙二醇、聚乙二醇与去离子水混合并加热至80℃-85℃搅拌溶解,得水相;
4)将步骤3)所得水相加入步骤3)所得油相中,保温80℃-85℃高速剪切均质乳化15-20min,得乳化体系;
5)将步骤4)所得乳化体系中冷却至40℃-45℃,加入配方量的防腐剂、步骤1)所得辣木籽仁磨粒和步骤2)所得改性辣木籽壳磨粒,混合均匀,即得。
步骤1)中,所述干燥的温度为60℃-65℃,时间为4-6h。
步骤4)中,所述高速剪切均质乳化的转速为2400-2600rpm。
本发明的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,以辣木籽壳磨粒和辣木籽仁磨粒为磨砂颗粒,辣木籽本身具有丰富的油脂和营养物质,富含维生素、蛋白质及钙、铁、钾等;辣木籽仁中含油约35%,具有良好的芳香固着性和氧化稳定性,能长期储存不变质;辣木籽壳具有较为疏松的结构,具有良好的吸附性和絮凝性。采用辣木籽壳磨粒和辣木籽仁磨粒合理复配,保证磨粒的质地软硬适中,辣木籽仁磨粒质地稍硬但是易碎裂成小颗粒,辣木籽壳磨粒质地稍软但是易变形不易碎裂,两者相互配合,辣木籽仁磨粒在磨砂过程中逐渐碎裂释放油脂和营养物质,滋润皮肤,促进吸收;辣木籽壳磨粒在磨砂过程中揉搓变形吸附污物,促使脱落的角质细胞絮凝成团,方便剥离,具有良好的去角质、去死皮的效果。
本发明所用的磨砂颗粒中,优选辣木籽壳磨粒的粒度为150-180μm,辣木籽仁磨粒的粒度为200-250μm,辣木籽仁磨粒的粒度稍大,初始磨砂阶段起主要摩擦作用,在磨砂过程中辣木籽仁磨粒逐渐碎裂成更小的颗粒,逐渐释放油脂和营养物质,该阶段促进老化角质细胞与人体肌肤分离;辣木籽壳磨粒的粒度稍小,后期磨砂阶段起主要摩擦作用,通过揉搓变形吸附和絮凝已经与人体肌肤分离的老化角质细胞,促进角质细胞脱落并絮凝成团,随冲洗水流去除。
本发明的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,油相中含有椰子油和霍霍巴油,用以滋润肌肤、软化角质;辣木籽油的作用是改性辣木籽壳,一方面通过浸润使磨粒表面柔和、棱角软化,避免磨砂过程中划伤皮肤、过敏或带来显著疼痛感;另一方面浸润辣木籽壳磨粒使其易于在膏体里分散均匀,不沉淀;辣木籽油本身具有良好的营养作用,能滋养肌肤,提高肌肤弹性,提高护肤效果。
本发明的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,水相中含有水溶性壳聚糖和聚乙二醇,两者一方面具有凝胶增稠作用,使体系粘度增加形成稳定凝胶膏状,防止体系分层、磨砂颗粒沉淀;另一方面,水溶性壳聚糖具有抗菌、消炎、止痛的作用,并能促进皮肤表面微小创伤愈合,防止过敏、感染等反应。水相中还含有甘醇酸,使体系维持在弱酸性,能促进老化角质细胞的剥离和脱落,促进皮肤新陈代谢。
本发明的去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法中,将所得辣木籽壳磨粒与配方量的辣木籽油混合搅拌,使辣木籽油充分浸润辣木籽壳磨粒,得改性辣木籽壳磨粒。改性辣木籽壳磨粒浸润辣木籽油,通过浸润使磨粒表面柔和、棱角软化,避免磨砂过程中划伤皮肤、过敏或带来显著疼痛感;改性辣木籽壳磨粒使其易于在膏体里分散均匀,不沉淀。同时,通过初始磨砂阶段辣木籽仁磨粒的磨砂作用,老化角质细胞与人体肌肤已经分离;后期磨砂阶段,改性辣木籽壳磨粒在磨砂过程中通过揉搓变形逐渐释放辣木籽油,有利于新的肌肤表层吸收滋润,皮肤膨胀而有弹性,使得皮沟变浅、皮脊舒展,皮肤表面粗糙度降低,变得光滑平整;使用感舒适,护肤效果好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
具体实施方式中,所用原料均为化妆品级或食品级。
具体的,所用的16-18醇中,碳十六醇与碳十八醇的质量比为3:7。所用水溶性壳聚糖的分子量为1.2万,脱乙酰度为50%。所用聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇6000。
具体实施方式中,所用辣木籽事先去掉纸翼。
实施例1
本实施例的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
磨砂颗粒: 辣木籽壳磨粒 1.6%、
辣木籽仁磨粒 0.9%;
油相:
该防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯与尼泊金丙酯的质量比为3:2的混合物;
水相:
本实施例的去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取辣木籽进行壳仁分离,得辣木籽壳和辣木籽仁;将辣木籽壳在60℃条件下干燥6h,后粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为150-180μm的辣木籽壳磨粒,备用;
将辣木籽仁在60℃条件下干燥6h,后粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为200-250μm的辣木籽壳磨粒,备用;
2)将步骤1)所得辣木籽壳磨粒与配方量的辣木籽油混合搅拌,使辣木籽油充分浸润辣木籽壳磨粒,得改性辣木籽壳磨粒;
3)取配方量的椰子油、霍霍巴油、16-18醇、单甘脂、聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯混合并加热至80℃搅拌溶解,得油相;取配方量的甘油、水溶性壳聚糖、甘醇酸、丙二醇、聚乙二醇与去离子水混合并加热至80℃搅拌溶解,得水相;
4)将步骤3)所得水相加入步骤3)所得油相中,保温80℃条件下,以2400rpm的转速高速剪切均质乳化20min,得乳化体系;
5)将步骤4)所得乳化体系中冷却至40℃,加入配方量的防腐剂、步骤1)所得辣木籽仁磨粒和步骤2)所得改性辣木籽壳磨粒,混合均匀后冷却至室温,即得所述去角质用护肤磨砂膏。
实施例2
本实施例的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
磨砂颗粒: 辣木籽壳磨粒 1.7%、
辣木籽仁磨粒 0.8%;
油相:
该防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯与尼泊金丙酯的质量比为3:1.8的混合物;
水相:
本实施例的去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取辣木籽进行壳仁分离,得辣木籽壳和辣木籽仁;将辣木籽壳在60℃条件下干燥5h,后粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为150-180μm的辣木籽壳磨粒,备用;
将辣木籽仁在60℃条件下干燥5h,后粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为200-250μm的辣木籽壳磨粒,备用;
2)将步骤1)所得辣木籽壳磨粒与配方量的辣木籽油混合搅拌,使辣木籽油充分浸润辣木籽壳磨粒,得改性辣木籽壳磨粒;
3)取配方量的椰子油、霍霍巴油、16-18醇、单甘脂、甘油硬脂酸酯柠檬酸酯混合并加热至85℃搅拌溶解,得油相;取配方量的甘油、水溶性壳聚糖、甘醇酸、丙二醇、聚乙二醇与去离子水混合并加热至85℃搅拌溶解,得水相;
4)将步骤3)所得水相加入步骤3)所得油相中,保温85℃条件下,以2600rpm的转速高速剪切均质乳化15min,得乳化体系;
5)将步骤4)所得乳化体系中冷却至45℃,加入配方量的防腐剂、步骤1)所得辣木籽仁磨粒和步骤2)所得改性辣木籽壳磨粒,混合均匀后冷却至室温,即得所述去角质用护肤磨砂膏。
实施例3
本实施例的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,由以下质量百分比的组分组成:
磨砂颗粒: 辣木籽壳磨粒 1.8%、
辣木籽仁磨粒 0.8%;
油相:
该防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯与尼泊金丙酯的质量比为3:1.9的混合物;
水相:
本实施例的去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取辣木籽进行壳仁分离,得辣木籽壳和辣木籽仁;将辣木籽壳在65℃条件下干燥4h,后粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为150-180μm的辣木籽壳磨粒,备用;
将辣木籽仁在65℃条件下干燥4h,后粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为200-250μm的辣木籽壳磨粒,备用;
2)将步骤1)所得辣木籽壳磨粒与配方量的辣木籽油混合搅拌,使辣木籽油充分浸润辣木籽壳磨粒,得改性辣木籽壳磨粒;
3)取配方量的椰子油、霍霍巴油、16-18醇、单甘脂、甘油硬脂酸酯柠檬酸酯混合并加热至85℃搅拌溶解,得油相;取配方量的甘油、水溶性壳聚糖、甘醇酸、丙二醇、聚乙二醇与去离子水混合并加热至85℃搅拌溶解,得水相;
4)将步骤3)所得水相加入步骤3)所得油相中,保温85℃条件下,以2500rpm的转速高速剪切均质乳化15min,得乳化体系;
5)将步骤4)所得乳化体系中冷却至45℃,加入配方量的防腐剂、步骤1)所得辣木籽仁磨粒和步骤2)所得改性辣木籽壳磨粒,混合均匀后冷却至室温,即得所述去角质用护肤磨砂膏。
实验例1
本实验例对实施例1-3所得去角质用护肤磨砂膏的感官及理化性质进行检测,结果如表1所示。
其中,感官检测每项的样本数为30,即随机选取30名感官正常人员作为检测者进行检测;理化性质每项重复检测3次,取平均值。
实施例1-3所得去角质用护肤磨砂膏的性能检测结果
从表1可以看出,实施例1-3所得去角质用护肤磨砂膏外观呈白色微发黄膏体,色泽均匀,无分层现象,肉眼可见不溶性的磨砂颗粒在基质中均匀分布;pH值偏弱酸性,具有较好的耐热耐寒性质,符合化妆品行业相关标准。
同时,按照《化妆品卫生规范》对实施例1-3所得去角质用护肤磨砂膏的卫生指标进行检测,结果显示所有实施例的微生物指标和有毒物质限量均符合要求。
实验例2
本实验例对实施例1-3所得去角质用护肤磨砂膏的使用性能进行检测。
检测方法为:选取40名年龄在25-30岁的女性健康志愿者作为受试者,每组10名;受试部位为大臂外侧皮肤上选取3个测试部位,每个测试部位尺寸为20mm×20mm,间距不小于10mm,每个样本测试结果取平均值。
人体未保养的肌肤一般纹理突出、皮沟深陷、皮脊皱起,主要是因为干燥缺水的老化角质细胞在皮肤表面形成凹凸不平的鳞片状结构导致。所有受试者的测试皮肤均无病变异常,测试之前一个月内测试部位未用过任何外用药剂或化妆品。
实验时间为28天,每4天使用一次磨砂膏,使用时,先用清水将待测部位打湿,后每个测试部位涂抹50mg磨砂膏,揉搓按摩5min后冲洗干净,模拟磨砂膏日常使用状态。使用实验前后分别测试皮肤表面状态,结果如表2所示。
其中,对比例为市售身体磨砂膏,磨砂颗粒为胡桃壳粒子。

注:皮肤表面粗糙度采用硅胶印模材料对皮肤取模后,再测量印模表面粗糙度的方式检测。
从表2可以看出,采用实施例1-3的去角质用护肤磨砂膏护理皮肤后,受试者的皮肤表面粗糙度显著下降,皮肤表面粗糙度降低率在20%左右,是对比例的皮肤表面粗糙度降低率8.11%的一倍多,表明本发明的磨砂膏具有明显的去角质、去死皮作用,在摩擦过程中,使得造成皮肤粗糙的老化角质层剥落,纹理厚度减小,磨砂膏中的滋润保湿成分渗透到表皮,皮肤膨胀而有弹性,使得皮沟变浅、皮脊舒展,皮肤表面粗糙度降低,变得光滑平整。
从人体感官评价来看,采用实施例1-3的去角质用护肤磨砂膏护理皮肤无过敏或红肿,说明该磨砂膏安全可靠;使用时皮肤产生轻微的疼痛、牵扯和灼热反应,是按摩揉搓磨砂膏在皮肤表面摩擦的正常反应,由于本发明使用的磨砂颗粒为辣木籽仁颗粒和改性辣木籽壳颗粒,质地软硬适中且具有较多的油脂润滑,不会像对比例或现有技术中的磨砂膏一样产生显著的疼痛、牵扯和灼热感,使用舒适感强,无显著不良反应。

1.一种去角质用护肤磨砂膏,其特征在于:由以下质量百分比的组分组成:

4.根据权利要求1所述的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为化妆品级或食品级O/W型乳化剂或O/W型乳化剂体系。
5.根据权利要求4所述的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯或甘油硬脂酸酯柠檬酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的去角质用护肤磨砂膏,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯与尼泊金丙酯的质量比为3:(1.8-2)的混合物。
7.一种如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)取辣木籽,壳仁分离后各自干燥、粉碎、过筛,得到粒度为150-250μm的辣木籽壳磨粒和辣木籽仁磨粒;
2)将步骤1)所得辣木籽壳磨粒与配方量的辣木籽油混合浸润,得改性辣木籽壳磨粒;
3)取配方量的椰子油、霍霍巴油、16-18醇、单甘脂、乳化剂混合并加热至80℃-85℃搅拌溶解,得油相;取配方量的甘油、水溶性壳聚糖、甘醇酸、丙二醇、聚乙二醇与去离子水混合并加热至80℃-85℃搅拌溶解,得水相;
4)将步骤3)所得水相加入步骤3)所得油相中,保温80℃-85℃高速剪切均质乳化15-20min,得乳化体系;
5)将步骤4)所得乳化体系中冷却至40℃-45℃,加入配方量的防腐剂、步骤1)所得辣木籽仁磨粒和步骤2)所得改性辣木籽壳磨粒,混合均匀,即得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的去角质用护肤磨砂膏的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4)中,所述高速剪切均质乳化的转速为2400-2600rpm。
