The manipulation region 210 is provided on the surface of the upper cover 20, the lower cover 40 is provided with the first through hole 410 communicating with the steam inlet 110, the angle α of inclination of the bent portion 130 to the horizontal plane is 60 °, and the horizontal distance a of the central axis of the first vertical portion 1410 to the central axis of the second vertical portion 1420 is 5 mm.
Specifically, when the food processor 200 starts to operate, the operation mode of the food processor 200 is selected through the manipulation region 210, and the steam generated from the food processor 200 enters the bent portion 130 through the first through hole 410 of the lower cover 40 of the steam valve 30, enters the first vertical portion 1410 of the first exhaust passage 140 through the steam inlet 110 of the bent portion 130, the first vertical portion 1410 and the second vertical portion 1420 communicate, and the steam enters the second exhaust passage 150 through the second vertical portion 1420. The water vapor enters from the longitudinal channels 1510 of the second exhaust channel 150 and enters the lateral channels 1520 through the upper ports of the longitudinal channels 1510. The steam outlet 120 is disposed at an end of the transverse channel 1520, and the water vapor is finally discharged from the steam outlet 120 to the atmosphere.
According to the food processor 200 of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the cover body assembly 100, the plurality of bending parts 130 are arranged on the steam channel 10 in the cover body assembly 100, and the steam channel is arranged to be a zigzag mechanism, when the food processor 200 is heated and has a pulp overflow phenomenon, the bending parts 130 on the steam channel 10 can effectively prevent the pulp overflow from being sprayed out of the food processor 200, and the safety and reliability of the food processor 200 are improved; the manipulation area 210 is arranged on the upper cover 20 at a position far away from the steam outlet 120, so that the manipulation area 210 is prevented from being scalded by the steam sprayed from the steam outlet 120 to influence the use of the food processor 200, and further, the user is prevented from being scalded by the sprayed steam when operating the manipulation area 210, thereby facilitating the operation of the user and ensuring the product quality of the food processor 200; the heat insulation piece 320 is arranged on the peripheral wall of the steam valve 30, the transparent glue 3220 on the surface of the heat insulation piece 320 can prevent the temperature of the steam in the food processor 200 from being transferred to the peripheral wall of the steam valve 30, thereby preventing the high temperature on the peripheral wall of the steam valve 30 from scalding users and improving the use safety of the steam valve 30; meanwhile, the metal member 3210 of the heat insulating member 320 is provided with patterns, which makes the food processor 200 more beautiful in appearance.

A cover body assembly of a food processor comprises an upper cover and a lower cover and is characterized in that a steam channel is arranged in the cover body assembly and provided with a steam inlet and a steam outlet, a first exhaust channel is arranged on the upper cover and provided with the steam inlet, an exhaust outlet is arranged on the first exhaust channel, a first through hole communicated with the steam inlet is formed in the lower cover, the exhaust outlet is communicated with the steam outlet, the steam channel is at least provided with a bending part, an inlet of the bending part is right opposite to the inner peripheral wall of the steam channel, and a first sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the first through hole and the steam inlet; the upper cover is provided with a control area, and the steam outlet is arranged far away from the control area;
The inclination angle of the bending part and the horizontal plane is alpha, and alpha is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 80 degrees.
2. A cover assembly for a food processor according to claim 1, wherein the cover assembly comprises:

7. The cover assembly of a food processor of claim 1, wherein the upper cover is a metal fabrication and/or the lower cover is a single layer metal lower cover.
8. The cover assembly of claim 2, wherein the steam valve includes a valve body defining the second vent passage therein and a thermal shield disposed on an outer peripheral wall of the valve body.
9. The cover assembly of a food processor of claim 8, wherein the thermal shield comprises a metal piece disposed on an outer wall of the valve body and a clear adhesive disposed on an outer wall of the metal piece.
10. A food processor, comprising:
a barrel body;
the lid assembly of any of claims 1-9, provided on the bucket body.
